This seat rotating device is a seat rotating device that rotates a seat body between a seating position where the seat body faces front of a vehicle and a getting-on and -off position where the seat body faces an opening of a door of the vehicle. The seat rotating device includes a base plate fixed to a floor side of the vehicle, a turn frame arranged above the base plate and fixed to a lower surface of the seat body so as not to rotate relatively to the seat body, and a coupling unit that couples the base plate and the turn frame to each other such that the turn frame is rotatable with respect to the base plate between the seating position and the getting-on and -off position. The coupling unit includes a turn link and a drive mechanism fixed to a lower surface side of the turn link.

Seat rotating device

A seat rotating device capable of achieving both of suppression of floating of a rotating plate from a seat slider and positioning in a front-rear direction of the rotating plate at a seating position is provided. The seat rotating device includes a seat slider including a lower rail and an upper rail, a base plate, a rotating plate including a belt anchor bracket, a coupling unit, a restriction portion, a fixing member, and a load bearing portion. The restriction portion includes an opposed portion opposed, in the front-rear direction, to a rear end of the belt anchor bracket while the rotating plate is located at the seating position and a tab located above the rear end of the belt anchor bracket while the rotating plate is located at the seating position.

A seat rotating device includes a base plate, a rotating plate, and a coupling unit. The coupling unit includes a rotation link including a fixing end and a rotating end, a guide rail fixed to the base plate, the guide rail being in a linearly extending shape, a support slider movable along the guide rail, the support slider supporting the rotating end, a connection member that connects the support slider and the rotation link to each other, a lower rail, and an upper slider. The connection member is constructed to accommodate variation in distance between the rotating end and the support slider that is produced when the rotating end and the support slider move with respect to the base plate.

A seat rotating device includes a base plate, a rotating plate, a coupling unit, and a drive unit. The coupling unit includes a link, a guide having a linearly extending shape, and a moving body that is movable along the guide and supports the rotating plate. The drive unit can move the moving body along the guide. The link includes a fixing end and a rotating end. The guide has a shape extending linearly along a diameter of a virtual circle, the virtual circle having length twice the distance between the fixing end and the rotating end as its radius, and having the fixing end as its center. The moving body moves the rotating plate along the guide while relatively rotating the rotating plate with respect to the moving body.

Disclosed is a gearing device for a seat including a first internally toothed gear, a second internally toothed gear, an externally toothed gear, and an eccentric member. The first internally toothed gear includes a rotation center axis. The second internally toothed gear has the rotation center axis in common with the first internally toothed gear and is rotatably supported by the first internally toothed gear. The externally toothed gear is arranged to an inner side of the first and the second internally toothed gear, to thereby mesh with the first and the second internally toothed gears. The eccentric member rotates the externally toothed gear such that a rotation center thereof follows a path around the rotation center axis, rotatably supports the externally toothed gear about the rotation center, and rotates about the rotation center axis in response to a rotational force being externally input thereto.

Gearing device for seat

A vehicle seat includes a seat cushion, an ottoman, a driving unit, and a power transmission mechanism. An ottoman frame formed as a framework of the ottoman is pivotably attached to a cushion frame formed as a framework of the seat cushion. The driving unit has an output shaft capable of outputting a rotational driving force, and the ottoman frame has a pantograph mechanism that allows the ottoman to deform between an extended state and an unextended state. The power transmission mechanism has a pinion gear fixed to the output shaft, and a first sector gear meshing with the pinion gear. The first sector gear is connected to a driving link of the pantograph mechanism, to implement pivoting and deformation of the ottoman.

Vehicle seat

A seat driving device includes a rotary motor having a rotary shaft, operation members, and clutch mechanisms. The operation members are separately arranged to respectively correspond to position adjustment mechanisms. The clutch mechanisms are separately arranged to respectively correspond to the position adjustment mechanisms. When any one of the operation members is operated, each clutch mechanism selectively connects the corresponding position adjustment mechanism to the rotary motor. In response to operation of any one of the operation members, the rotary motor is energized with the polarity corresponding to the operation direction of the operation member. Each clutch mechanism is arranged with respect to the rotary motor such that the axis of the clutch mechanism is parallel with the axis of the rotary shaft.

Seat driving device

A power transmission apparatus in one aspect of the present disclosure comprises at least one gear that transmits an inputted driving force to at least one output part; at least one shaft that supports the at least one gear; a displacement portion configured to be mechanically interlocked with a displacement gear among the at least one gear and displaced in association with the displacement gear; a housing that houses the at least one gear and the at least one shaft; and an abutting portion that is disposed in the housing and configured to restrict a possible displacement range of the displacement portion by abutting the displacement portion. The abutting portion is configured so as not to be displaced along with a rotation of the at least one gear and is disposed in the housing at a location spaced apart from the at least one shaft.

Power transmission apparatus

A deceleration device for a vehicle seat comprises an external gear comprising teeth with tops projecting radially outward. A tooth of the external gear comprises a straight portion and a critical cross-section located in a dedendum flank of the tooth of the external gear. The straight portion is provided in a vicinity of the critical cross-section and a thickness of the straight portion becomes linearly larger toward a root of the tooth.

Deceleration device

A sliding device in one aspect of the present disclosure includes a fixed rail, a movable rail, and a rail cover. The movable rail is slidable with respect to the fixed rail. The rail cover covers an outer periphery of a first end in the longitudinal direction of the fixed rail, and is slidable in the longitudinal direction. The rail cover is displaced by sliding with the movable rail when the first end in the longitudinal direction of the movable rail is displaced to protrude from the first end of the fixed rail.

Sliding device

A deceleration device comprising first and second gears that have different numbers of teeth. A cam mechanism is disposed on the same axis as the first gear, engages the first gear with the second gear in a state of eccentricity. A connecting shaft is disposed on the same axis as the first gear and is connected to the cam mechanism. A rotating body is disposed on the same axis as the second gear and is connected to the connecting shaft. When the connecting shaft is inserted into a long hole of the rotating body, the rotating body is connected to the connecting shaft in an eccentric position. The major axis of the long hole is set so as to allow the rotating body and the connecting shaft to move relative to one another along the longitudinal direction of the long hole.

Deceleration device and seat drive device

A seat driving apparatus includes: a tubular member into which an output shaft is fitted, into which an input shaft is fitted, and which includes a tubular portion and a pressing piece; a first biasing member biasing the tubular member in an axial line direction toward the input shaft; an intermediary member into which the tubular portion is loosely inserted and which is turnable about an axial line extending in a direction different from a direction of an axial line of the tubular member; a cam member supported turnably around an axial line extending in a direction different from the directions of the axial lines of the tubular member and the intermediary member, pressing the pressing piece via the intermediary member, and allowing the input shaft to fit into the tubular member; and a second biasing member biasing the cam member, wherein a counterface of the intermediary member pressing the pressing piece includes a curved surface.

Seat driving apparatus

A seat drive device is provided with: a single rotary motor; a plurality of operating members, which are arranged to correspond to a plurality of positioning mechanisms; a plurality of tubular members, which are arranged to correspond to the positioning mechanisms and selectively connect an output shaft to the positioning mechanism corresponding to the operating member operated with the operation of any one of the operating members and input shafts rotated by the rotary motor; and a single switch, which passes an electric current through the rotary motor with a polarity corresponding to the direction of the operation with the operation of any one of the operating members.

A seat reclining apparatus for a vehicle includes an inner gear plate, an outer gear plate, a first wedge member and a second wedge member positioned within a clearance formed between a peripheral of a center opening of the outer gear plate and a center cylindrical portion of the inner gear plate while outer teeth and inner teeth are meshed with one another, a third wedge member and a fourth wedge member positioned within respective spaces formed between the first wedge member and the center cylindrical portion of the inner gear plate, and the second wedge member and the center cylindrical portion of the inner gear plate, respectively, a first biasing member locking a relative rotation of the inner gear plate and the outer gear plate, and an operating portion allowing the relative rotation of the outer gear plate and the inner gear plate.

Seat reclining apparatus for vehicle

A seat adjustment device adjusts the pivoting angle formed by a first seat member and a second seat member. A hinge shaft connects at a first connection point, the first seat member, and the second seat member. An arm section and a connection mechanism are connected at a second connection point. The positions of the axes of the first connection point, the second connection point, and a pivoting section are set in such a manner that, when a load is applied to the front end of either the first seat member or the second seat member, the distance from the second connection point to the axis of the pivoting section is less than the distance from the first connection point to the second connection point with respect to the direction perpendicular to the line of action of a load applied to the second connection point.
