A connector device has a constitution in a connector in which a plurality of terminals protrude into a connector opening. The plurality of terminals are respectively provided with a plurality of switches that have independent states of supplying power to the terminals and are switchable in between. A plurality of conductor plates are provided in the connector opening in an attachable and detachable state, and are each configured to electrically connect at least two of the plurality of terminals. The plurality of conductor plates are coupled by an insulating member.

Connector device

A vehicular circuit body includes a trunk line that includes a power source line and a communication line, and that is routed in a vehicle body; and a plurality of control boxes that are disposed in a distribution manner along the trunk line. The trunk line includes a first trunk line portion extending in a front-and-rear direction of the vehicle body and a second trunk line portion extending in a leftward-and-rightward direction of the vehicle body. The plurality of control boxes include a branch control box that connects the first trunk line portion and the second trunk line portion, and distributes power from one of the first trunk line portion and the second trunk line portion to the other one.

Vehicular circuit body

A connector device includes a connector housing including a plurality of terminal accommodating chambers, a plurality of terminals accommodated in the plurality of terminal accommodating chambers, and a plurality of electric wires configured to be welded to the respective one of the plurality of terminals. A laser radiation through hole is formed in side walls, each forming the terminal accommodating chambers, the laser radiation through hole being configured to allow the plurality of terminals and the plurality of electric wires to be welded with each other inside the terminal accommodating chambers, and the laser radiation through hole is configured to allow laser light emitted from a laser welding machine disposed outside the connector housing to enter one of the plurality of terminal accommodating chambers.

An unauthorized connection detecting device to detect an unauthorized device connection at a connection part at which an electronic control unit mounted on a vehicle and an input and output unit are connected to each other is provided. The unauthorized connection detecting device includes a pair of connectors having one connector mounted on the electronic control unit and another connector mounted on the input and output unit, the pair of connectors being to be attached to each other, a protrusion or a conductor pattern formed on the another connector, a switch unit arranged on the one connector and to detect the protrusion or a conductor connection detecting unit arranged on the one connector and to be electrically connected to the conductor pattern, and an unauthorized connection identification unit to detect an unauthorized connection based on a state detected by the switch unit or the conductor connection detecting unit.

Unauthorized connection detecting device

A connector device includes a connector housing having a terminal accommodating chamber, a terminal configured to be accommodated in the terminal accommodating chamber, an electric wire configured to be connected to the terminal, a corrosion-proof material to be disposed at a position facing the terminal accommodated in the terminal accommodating chamber and a corrosion-proof target portion of the electric wire, and a corrosion-proof material support portion retaining the corrosion-proof material above the connector housing such that the corrosion-proof material can be moved toward the corrosion-proof target portion. A melting point of the corrosion-proof material is set to be lower than a melting point of a material forming the connector housing, and the corrosion-proof material is configured to be melted and then cured while covering the corrosion-proof target portion.

Connector device and wire harness manufacturing method

An electrical circuit board on which an electronic component forming an electronic control unit disposed between an upstream power supply and a downstream power supply trunk line is mounted. The electrical circuit board includes a first circuit pattern that forms an electrical circuit corresponding to a single power supply voltage of the upstream power supply, a second circuit pattern that forms an electrical circuit corresponding to a plurality of power supply voltages of the upstream power supply, a single power supply connection portion corresponding to connection with an external circuit that supplies the upstream power supply, and an inter-board connection portion corresponding to inter-board connection with another circuit board that supplies the upstream power supply.

Electrical circuit board

A power device to be mounted on a vehicle is provided. The power device includes a battery, a power converter connected between the battery and an auxiliary device, a first capacitor, a first relay connected between the first capacitor and a line connecting the power converter and the auxiliary device, a second capacitor, a second relay connected between the second capacitor and the line connecting the power converter and the auxiliary device, and a controller configured to control the first relay and the second relay, in which the controller turns on the first relay and turns off the second relay when a power switch of the vehicle is ON, and turns off the first relay and turns on the second relay when the power switch of the vehicle is OFF.

Power device

A current detecting device includes a sense resistor through which a sense current corresponding to a consumption current supplied to a load flows, and an A/D converter configured to perform A/D conversion on a voltage drop generated by the sense current flowing through the sense resistor to detect the consumption current. A resistance value of the sense resistor is variably provided.

Current detecting device and power supply device

A timer circuit switches a second changeover switch and a third changeover switch to a pulse output unit for a certain period of time when power supply is started, and causes the pulse output unit to output a code pulse to a second communication line. An input-output control unit switches a first changeover switch to a first terminal for the certain period of time when the power supply is started, determines whether a code indicated by the code pulse received from the first terminal is a regular code, and cuts off electric power supplied from a first power supply line to a second power supply line when the code is not the regular code.

Control device and input-output interface unit

A control device includes a standard substrate on which a first input/output circuit and a control circuit configured to control the first input/output circuit are mounted, and a power supply substrate on which a connection portion and a power supply circuit are mounted. The first input/output circuit is at least one of an input circuit or an output circuit for a standard electrical equipment. The connection portion is configured to be connected to a power supply line for supplying electric power. The power supply circuit is configured to generate electric power for operating the standard substrate from the electric power supplied from the power supply line.

Control device and manufacturing method of control device

A joint connector includes a circuit board that is located behind a back wall of the connector housing through a component space, an independent male terminal jointed to the circuit board, and a joint terminal. The joint terminal includes a bridge portion fixed to the connector housing, a plurality of male terminal portions conducted to each other and protruding into a fitting space of the connector housing to serve as connector terminals, and one contact conduction piece extending to a back of the back wall of the connector housing and elastically brought into conductive contact with one of the independent male terminals via a spring portion.

Joint connector

An in-vehicle power supply system includes: a main battery; an upper power supply unit configured to supply power of a power supply to the main battery; a first power supply line allocated to conduct the power of the power supply of a first voltage; a second power supply line allocated to conduct the power of the power supply of a second voltage lower than the first voltage; a step-down conversion unit configured to step down a voltage of the first power supply line to supply the power of the power supply to the second power supply line; and a capacitor. The upper power supply unit, the capacitor, and an input of the step-down conversion unit are connected to the first power supply line. The main battery and an output of the step-down conversion unit are connected to the second power supply line.

In-vehicle power supply system

A communication system includes a central, zone ECUs capable of communicating with the central ECU via a communication bus, and zone ECUs capable of communicating with the central ECU via a communication bus. The central ECU periodically transmits, to the communication buses, a count signal including a count value counted up every time the count signal is transmitted, transmits a control signal including a start count value and control content to the communication buses, and sets a transmission priority of the count signal to be higher than a transmission priority of the control signal. The zone ECUs receive the count signal and the control signal, after the control signal is received, when the count value included in the received count signal becomes equal to the start count value included in the control signal, an operation corresponding to the control content included in the control signal is started.

Communication system, superior control device and subordinate control device

An auxiliary device system battery and a small electric power load are connected to a first power supply line, and power supply power stepped up by a DC/DC converter in a zone ECU is supplied to a second power supply line. A large electric power load and a capacitor are connected to the second power supply line, and when the large electric power load is driven, the capacitor is connected to supply necessary power supply power, and voltage fluctuation is prevented. When an ignition is OFF, a switch circuit is closed, a dark current is supplied from the capacitor, and electric charge is discharged to prevent deterioration. Alternatively, the auxiliary device system battery is connected to a second power supply line side, and a dark current is supplied to a first power supply line side when the ignition is OFF using a capacitor or a dedicated circuit.

An in-vehicle power supply system supplies electric power to a large electric power load and a small electric power load. The in-vehicle power supply system includes a first power supply unit to output electric power having a first voltage higher than a total power supply voltage required by the large and small electric power loads, zone management units to manage predetermined zones on the vehicle, a power supply trunk line unit connecting the first power supply unit and the zone management units and a step-down conversion unit disposed in a zone of one zone management unit of the zone management units and to convert the electric power having the first voltage into electric power having a second voltage lower than the first voltage. The power supply trunk line unit includes a high-voltage power supply line to distribute the electric power having the first voltage.
