The laminate of the present disclosure is a laminate including multiple glass ceramic layers each containing quartz and a glass that contains SiO, BO, AlO, and MO, where M is an alkali metal. An AlOcontent of a surface layer portion of the laminate is higher than an AlOcontent of an inner layer portion of the laminate, and a MO content of the surface layer portion is lower than a MO content of the inner layer portion.

The laminate of the present disclosure includes multiple glass ceramic layers each containing quartz and a glass that contains SiO, BO, AlO, and MO, where M is an alkali metal. The B concentration of a surface layer portion of the laminate is lower than the B concentration of an inner layer portion of the laminate.

The glass ceramic material of the present disclosure contains a glass that contains SiO, BO, AlO, and MO, where M is an alkali metal, and a filler that contains quartz, AlO, and ZrO. The glass ceramic material contains the glass in an amount of 57.4% by weight or more and 67.4% by weight or less, the quartz in the filler in an amount of 29% by weight or more and 39% by weight or less, the AlOin the filler in an amount of 1.8% by weight or more and 5% by weight or less, and the ZrOin the filler in an amount of 0.3% by weight or more and 1.8% by weight or less.

Composite laminate ceramic electronic component

A glass ceramic composition includes a SrZrOceramic, a LiO&#x2014;MgO&#x2014;ZnO&#x2014;BO&#x2014;SiO-based glass, Mg2SiO4 in an amount of about 5 to 40 weight percent, and a SrTiOceramic in an amount in the range of about 0 to about 6 weight percent of the total. The LiO&#x2014;MgO&#x2014;ZnO&#x2014;BO&#x2014;SiO-based glass accounts for about 1 to about 12 weight percent of the total.

Glass ceramic composition, glass ceramic sintered body, and monolithic ceramic electronic component

Provided is a glass ceramic composition which can be fired at a temperature of 1000&#xb0; C. or lower, and a sintered body of which has a low relative permittivity and a high Q value, stable temperature characteristic and high reliability, and is excellent in plating solution resistance. Glass ceramic composition and glass ceramic substrate

A glass ceramic composition which is formed by firing into a sintered body having a relatively high relative dielectric constant and Q value is provided. It includes a CaZrO-based ceramic and a LiO&#x2014;MgO&#x2014;ZnO&#x2014;BO&#x2014;SiO-based glass. The LiO&#x2014;MgO&#x2014;ZnO&#x2014;BO&#x2014;SiO-based glass is 1 to 12 percent by weight of the total composition, the content of LiO is 3.5 to 15 percent by weight, the content of MgO is 20 to 50 percent by weight, the content of BaO is 0 to 25 percent by weight, the content of CaO is 0 to 10 percent by weight, the content of SrO is 0 to 25 percent by weight, the content of BOis 16 to 29 percent by weight, the content of SiOis 11 to 35 percent by weight, the content of ZnO is 5 to 20 percent by weight, and the content of AlOis 0 to 15 percent by weight. This glass ceramic composition is advantageously used for green glass ceramic layers to form a green laminate structure useful as a main component body of an LC filter or the like.

Glass ceramic composition, glass ceramic sintered body, and multilayer ceramic electronic component

A multilayer ceramic substrate having high transverse strength, minimized warpage, and no delamination, has a laminated structure including an inner layer portion and surface layer portions, in which the thermal expansion coefficient of the surface layer portions is lower than the thermal expansion coefficient of the inner layer portion, the difference in thermal expansion coefficient between the surface layer portions and the inner layer portion is about 1.0 ppmKor more, and the weight content of a component common to both a material constituting the surface layer portions and a material constituting the inner layer portion is about 75% by weight or more.

Multilayer ceramic substrate, method for producing same, and electronic component

An insulating ceramic composition includes a mixture of a ceramic powder containing MgAlOand a glass powder containing 30-60% by mole of silicon oxide on the basis of SiOand 20-55% by mole of magnesium oxide on the basis of MgO, and the ceramic powder further includes MgSiOand TiO. The insulating ceramic composition can be fired at 1000&#xb0; C. and co-sintered with Ag and Cu. An insulating ceramic obtained by sintering the insulating ceramic composition has a high Q-factor and is therefore suitable for ceramic multilayer substrates used at high frequencies.

Composition for insulating ceramics and insulating ceramics using the same

A glass ceramic composition which can be fired at a low temperature and which has a high dielectric constant, a relatively small thermal expansion coefficient and a small temperature coefficient of dielectric constant is provided. The glass ceramic composition contains about 5% to 75% by weight of TiOpowder, about 5% to 75% by weight of CaTiSiOpowder and about 15% to 50% by weight of glass powder.
