The exemplary embodiments disclose a system and method, a computer program product, and a computer system for generating a customized blueprint dynamically based on contextual data. The exemplary embodiments may include collecting contextual data within an environment and extracting one or more factors from the collected contextual data. The exemplary embodiments may additionally include generating an optimized path of egress by applying a model to the one or more factors and displaying the optimized path of egress on a device of a user.

Generating a customized egress blueprint

According to an embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of networked sensing devices monitor one or more activities of a first user, wherein the one or more activities of the first user are associated with a subject area. Information associated with the one or more activities of the first user from the plurality of networked sensing devices is analyzed to determine a level of expertise of the first user with respect to the subject area. A review by the first user is generated for an item offered on a network site, wherein the item pertains to the subject area. The item is displayed on the network site with the review and determined level of expertise of the first user in response to a search for the item for a second user.

Measuring user expertise utilizing networked sensing devices

A search term used in an online search is analyzed to determine a concept corresponding to the search term, the concept being present in an ontology related to a subject-matter domain of the search term. A set of concepts is selected from the ontology, including a related concept related to the concept in the organization of the ontology. A set of subscriber data sources is determined where a subscriber data source in the set subscribes to a concept in the set of concepts. From the set of subscriber data sources, a subset of those subscriber data sources is identified whose data is not participating in a result set corresponding to the search term. A non-participation message is sent to a subscriber data source in the subset of subscriber data sources.

Contextual enhancing of content participation in search results

A communication system obtains a message intended for one or more recipients. The message contains one or more content elements. The communication system determines, based on the message, a first recipient of the one or more recipients. The communication system detects a first content tag associated with a first content element of the one or more content elements. The communication system alters the first content element based on the first recipient and the first content tag.

Decluttering general communication message for specific audience

For online searching, data of a user activity is analyzed where the user activity occurs at an application other than a search application and the search application is used for the online searching. In response to the analyzing, a topic of interest of the user is identified. A search term input is detected at the search application. A subject of the search term is identified. The search term is modified using a modifier. The modifier is a term related to the topic of interest, and the online searching occurs in response to the modified search term.

Enhancing a search with activity-relevant information

Two or more users of a system are determined. The system includes at least one resource. Contextual information for a user of the two or more users is determined. The user of the two or more users are assigned to a tier of a plurality of tiers based on the contextual information. A failure of a system is determined. Responsive to determining the system has a system failure, a user of the two or more users is granted access to the system based on the tier assigned to the user.

Prioritization of users during disaster recovery

For a software product delivered as a hosted service from a host, the host delivers, to a single user interface, a current version of the software product comprising one or more selectable functions of the current version of the software product, wherein the current version of the software product is one version of multiple separate versions of the software product. The host updates the single user interface to display at least one selectable previous version function from at least one previous version of the separate versions of the software product. In response to receiving a user selection within the single user interface to access a particular selectable previous version function, the host delivers the functionality of the particular selectable previous version function from a particular previous version of the software product within the single user interface for the current version of the software product.

Managing user access to alternative versions of a particular function of a software product from within a current version of the software product

A push email system which includes an email server and an unstructured supplementary service data (USSD)-type server. The email server is configured to receive email for an email account of a mobile user and notify the USSD-type server of the receipt of the email for the mobile user. The USSD-type server is configured to send a USSD or USSD-like message to a mobile user's handheld device, the USSD or USSD-like message notifying the mobile user's handheld device of the receipt of the email by the email server for the account of the mobile user. Also disclosed is a method of pushing email to a mobile user's handheld device.

Smarter mechanism to implement push email on handheld devices

A method and system for performing financial transactions. The method includes receiving by a mobile device, credit/debit card data belonging to a user of the mobile device. The credit/debit card data is registered with a financial transaction server and the user is authenticated. A USSD message comprising details associated with the user and a financial transaction is transmitted to a USSD server and a financial transaction server. In response, a random code representing the user and the credit/debit card data is received by the mobile device and a barcode is generated based on the random code. The bar code is presented to a merchant barcode scanner. The barcode is scanned, decoded, and transmitted to the financial transaction server. The decoded barcode is compared to the random code to perform a verification process associated with the financial transaction, the user, and credit/debit card data.

Mobile device financial transactions

For collaboration amongst applications, a first application is selected from the applications based on a pre-defined parameter of the first application and selecting a second application from the applications. At least one common collaboration element exists between the first application and the second application. A tag is added to the first application. The tag corresponds to an event notification corresponding to an event associated with the at least one common element.
