An injection foam molding machine of the invention includes: a movable mold platen; a fixed mold platen; a mold fastening hydraulic cylinder that is provided at each of four corners of both mold platens; a tie bar that is driven by the hydraulic cylinder to fasten the molds; two sets of mold opening and closing actuators that drive the movable mold platen to move close to or away from the fixed mold platen; two sets of dedicated core back devices; and a control device that controls the two sets of mold opening and closing actuators and the two sets of dedicated core back devices, wherein the control device includes a dedicated core back program that simultaneously controls the two sets of mold opening and closing actuators and the two sets of dedicated core back devices during a foaming core back operation of moving the movable mold platen away from the fixed mold platen.

Breakage of the actuator moving the movable platen in the clamping device of an injection molder is prevented. The clamping device includes a movable platen shifting device increasing and decreasing a horizontal distance between the movable platen () and the fixed platen (). It includes an actuator (), a clevis pin connecting the actuator () and the movable platen (), a clevis pin holding part holding a central axis of the clevis pin perpendicular to a moving direction of the movable platen (), and a clevis pin connecting part that connects the actuator () and the clevis pin. A mechanism for advancing and retreating a movable die plate toward and from a fixed die plate includes a moving base in which the upper surface thereof is connected integrally with the movable die plate and a slide unit is installed on the lower surface thereof. A pair of track rails are provided on the base and form a linear guide by engaging with the slide unit. A ball screw shaft is supported in parallel with the track rails by a bearing provided on the base and has an axial direction restrained rotatably. A servomotor drives the ball screw shaft and a ball screw nut is installed on the lower surface of the moving base to threadedly engage with the ball screw shaft, and the ball screw shaft and the ball screw nut are provided at an arbitrary position between the paired track rails for linear guidance.
