Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may determine, based at least in part on one or more parameters, an extended reality (XR) compute location for XR data associated with an XR device that is associated with the UE, wherein the XR compute location corresponds to the UE, the XR device, or an application server associated with the XR data. The UE may selectively transmit an indication of the XR compute location to a network node. Numerous other aspects are described.

Dynamic distributed extended reality compute

Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. For instance, a flow control layer of a UE may provide a capability message to an application layer including an indication that the UE supports a service for providing flow control information for support of extended reality traffic and may receive a message from an application of the application layer registering a flow associated with the application with the service. The flow control layer may provide, to the application via the service, an indication that a quantity of packets or bytes in a buffer of the flow control layer fails to satisfy a threshold. The UE may obtain, from the application, a packet associated with the flow based on providing the indication that the quantity of packets or bytes in the buffer fails to satisfy the threshold and may transmit, to a network entity, a message including the obtained packet.

Uplink packet management for user interaction delay reduction

Disclosed are techniques for wireless communication. In an aspect, a method of wireless communication performed by a first pedestrian user equipment (PUE) includes performing a ranging operation to a set of UEs, the set including at least a second PUE, and providing ranging data to a third entity, the third entity comprising a vehicle user equipment (VUE) or a road-side unit (RSU). The set of UEs may be randomly selected or selected using a selection algorithm. The set of UEs may be selected by the PUE or by the third entity. The ranging data may include the location of the first PUE, and may include a report on the battery status of the first PUE. The third entity may use the ranging data to update estimated positions of the first PUE and the set of UEs.

Ranging assisted pedestrian localization

A first apparatus is provided that is configured to receive, from a wireless device, an indication enabling radar measurement sharing; receive a first set of configuration parameters for the radar measurement sharing; perform a radar measurement based on the first set of configuration parameters and network state information; and transmit a first set of radar measurement transmissions at a first radar measurement transmission rate selected based on the first set of configuration parameters and the network state information. In some aspects, a second apparatus is provided that is configured to select a first set of UEs from a plurality of UEs for radar measurement sharing; transmit, to each UE in the first set of UEs, an indication enabling the radar measurement sharing; and receive, from each UE in the first set of UEs, a radar measurement transmission based on a radar measurement performed at a corresponding UE.

Update rate adaptation for collaborative radar and mapping

Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. In some wireless communications systems, a first device may receive a feedback message from a second device that indicates a set of one or more sensing results associated with a sensing procedure performed by the second device. The first device may transmit, to the second device, a control message indicating resource information for a message for the second device. The control message may include an indication of a transmission configuration indication (TCI) state indicating a quasi-colocation (QCL) relationship between a reference signal associated with the message and a sensing result of the set of one or more sensing results indicated by the feedback message. The first device may transmit the message using a transmit beam and the second device may receive the message using a receive beam based on the TCI state and the QCL relationship.

Transmission configuration indication state configuration for sensing-assisted communication

This disclosure provides systems, devices, apparatus, and methods, including computer programs encoded on storage media, for radar-assisted beam failure. A second wireless device may transmit, to a first wireless device, a configuration to monitor for a potential obstruction for a set of one or more beams for the wireless communication with the second wireless. The first wireless device may receive, from the second wireless device, the configuration to monitor for the potential obstruction for the set of one or more beams for the wireless communication with the second wireless device. The first wireless device may perform radar detection for the potential obstruction to the set of one or more beams for the wireless communication with the second wireless device.

Radar-assisted beam failure avoidance in NLoS environments

Wireless communication devices, systems, and methods related to mechanisms to implement improved interference tracking over time. A BS may transmit information to a UE that allows the UE to quantize channel measurements into interference states. The UE may transmit an interference change report as triggered by an event, such as an interference metric exceeding a threshold after quantizing into the interference states. This enables the system to capture and respond to abrupt changes. Further, the interference change report may include historic interference information. The UE may include statistics based on the historic interference information. The UE may further be triggered to transmit an interference change report in response to a BS requesting it, or in response to a configured period of time elapsing. The UE may further include MCS information predicted for one or more future time periods based on historic information, which the BS may use in scheduling.

Interference variation indication

Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, an apparatus for wireless communication at a user equipment (UE) may transmit, to at least one vehicle UE, in accordance with a first update rate, a first set of position messages indicating position information associated with the UE. Position message update rate adaptation for vehicle-to-pedestrian communications

A method for centralized device tracking includes: obtaining, at a first UE from multiple sources, first multi-source position information corresponding to a second UE; determining, based on the first multi-source position information, second multi-source position information corresponding to the second UE; identifying a third UE, separate from the first UE, to which the second multi-source position information is relevant; and sending migration information to the third UE, the migration information comprising an identifier of the second UE and comprising the first multi-source position information, or the second multi-source position information, or a combination thereof.

Network edge centralized location determination

Techniques described herein provide for identification of a mobile device that belongs to an observed pedestrian, by a vehicle. According to embodiments, a vehicle can receive a mobile device message including a first set of pedestrian-identifying features, and the vehicle can use vehicle sensor data to extract a second set of pedestrian-identifying features for an observed pedestrian. If the features match, the vehicle can determine that the observed pedestrian is in possession of the mobile device, and the vehicle can subsequently communicate with the mobile device as needed regarding the status of the pedestrian.
