A device for suspending a rail of an overhead conveyor or a hoisting machine from a traversing gear or supporting structure includes a tension element, which carries the rail by one end via a fixing device. The fixing device grasps a support element of the rail. The support element widens and extends at least partly in the lengthwise direction of the rail. To provide a device for suspending a rail that provides enhanced safety against collapse, the fixing device includes two fixing parts, which are connected like pliers by means of a bolt running in the lengthwise direction of the rail. The fixing parts swivel toward each other from the open position into the fixing position by their fixing regions. The support element of the rail rests against the bearing surfaces of the fixing parts, even in the open position, when the fastening means are released.

Device for suspending a travel rail of an overhead conveyor or a hoisting machine

A device for suspending a rail, particularly a running rail of an overhead conveyor or of a lifting apparatus, on a traveling mechanism or supporting framework with a traction element, which is fastened at one end to the rail. The traction element is passed through by a bolt, which is fastened to the rail via a fixing device. The traction element consists of a single part and comprises a lower borehole for the bolt and an upper borehole for fastening to the traveling mechanism or to the supporting framework.

A device for suspending a rail, such as a travel rail of an overhead conveyor or a hoisting machine, from a traversing gear or supporting structure includes a tension element secured by one end to the rail. A bolt passes through the tension element and is received by a fixing device that is secured to the rail. The tension element is at least partly recessed in the fixing device in the direction of suspension. In order to provide a secure device that has a long service life and a low structural height, the tension element is fastened to the bolt by a ball-shaped joint, such as a pivoting bearing.

Device for suspending a rail of an overhead conveyor or a hoisting machine

The invention relates to a suspended control device () which is suspended by means of a control line () connected to a unit to be controlled (). Said suspended control device is especially a control switch or a suspended push-button switch for controlling hoisting equipment, the control line () comprising electrical lines () for transmitting control signals, and a traction relief element () which is supported at the top, on the unit (), and used to absorb weight and tractive forces. The aim of the invention is to provide a suspended control device () whereby the length of the control line () can be easily changed. To this end, a storage element for receiving and releasing a defined length of the electrical lines () is provided behind the region wherein the traction relief element () is supported, seen in the direction of the unit () from the suspended control device ().

The invention refers to a hanging control device connected to a unit to be managed, specifically control switches or hanging control panels in order to control hoisting gear, by means of a control line, whereby the control line contains electrical lines () to transmit control signals and strain relief, which is supported at the top of the unit to absorb weight and traction forces. In order to create a hanging control device for which the length of the control line can be easily changed, we suggest that strain relief be created by means of hose (), which can be folded flat and has the design of a type of textile hose, and that electrical lines () run through the inside of the hose.

A chain block with a drive motor () with a motor shaft (), which is connected at the take-off side via a slip clutch () to a transmission input shaft (), having a first gear () and mounted in a housing () by pivot bearings (), of an at least one-stage transmission (). In order to create a simple design of chain block with a slip clutch, the transmission input shaft () is to be mounted floating in the pivot bearings () in order to change the frictional force of the slip clutch ().

A chain block with a drive motor () and with a transmission (), connected to the drive motor () at the take-off side, with a transmission output shaft (), on which a chain wheel () is rigidly arranged for pulling a chain. In order to create a compact chain block, the chain wheel () faces the drive motor () at its take-off end face () and the outer circumference of the chain wheel () reaches into the imaginary extension of the outer contour of the drive motor ().

A device for the removal of plastic injection moldings from the mold of an injection molding machine having movable and fixed die chucking plates includes a drive unit for moving an actuating element toward or away from the mold. The actuating element is connected to a spindle mounted in an engagement component. One end of the spindle is connected to a toothed disk. A tubular component is mated with the toothed disk so that the toothed disk is fixed with respect to rotation relative to the tubular disk and is axially movable therein. The tubular component is rotatable by the drive unit for effecting the axial displacement of the actuating element.
