A stock management method and system utilizes a mat that includes a plurality of sensors corresponding to a plurality of sensing areas, each of sensors is configured to sense an item placed on a certain sensing area. Partitions define a plurality of lanes on the mat. A controller receives sensing results of the plurality of the sensors and calculates a stock level of remained items on the mat based on the sensing results. One of the sensing areas is located in both of two lanes of the plurality of lanes.

In an information providing terminal, a half mirror, which reflects display content of a third display panel toward an operator and causes incident light of a third camera to pass therethrough, is obliquely attached to a part above a fourth display panel by 45&#xb0; with respect to a horizontal direction. The third camera is disposed behind the half mirror. The operator has a conversation with a user while viewing a facial picture of the user which is projected by the third display panel and is reflected in the half mirror. The third camera disposed at a back of the half mirror images a facial picture of the operator from the front over the half mirror. An imaging apparatus of the disclosure includes a base that has a power transmitter for transmitting power wirelessly; and a movable unit that has a power receiver for receiving power wirelessly from the power transmitter, an imager operating on the basis of power received by the power receiver, and a first communicator transmitting image information acquired by the imager wirelessly. The movable unit is movable relative to the base.
