An all solid state battery includes an electrode body A and an electrode body B connected in parallel and stacked along a thickness direction. The electrode body A includes a Si based active material, and the electrode body B includes an anode active material B having lower expansion/contraction than the Si based active material. A proportion of a capacity of the electrode body A with respect to a capacity of a total of the electrode body A and the electrode body B is 25% or more and 60% or less.

Solid state battery

An electrode structure includes a positive electrode layer and a positive electrode collector member. The positive electrode collector member includes a positive electrode collector foil, a carbon film, and a hot melt adhesive agent. A positive electrode total specific surface area is more than or equal to 2.2 m/g and less than or equal to 3.0 m/g, the positive electrode total specific surface area being represented by a total of a product of weight ratio and specific surface area of a positive electrode active material, a product of weight ratio and specific surface area of a solid electrolyte, and a product of weight ratio and specific surface area of a conductive material. A softening point of the hot melt adhesive agent is more than or equal to 100° C. and less than or equal to 130° C.

Electrode structure

An all-solid-state battery includes two or more stacked battery units stacked together and having a monopolar structure. The stacked battery unit includes a first current collector layer, a first active substance layer, a solid electrolyte layer, a second active substance layer, a second current collector layer, a second active substance layer, a solid electrolyte layer, a first active substance layer, and a first current collector layer, which are stacked in this order. The first current collector layer and the first active substance layer that are stacked adjacently are bonded together with an adhesive.

All-solid-state battery and method for manufacturing the same

A method of producing an all-solid-state battery includes forming an insulating layer-attached stack unit including an insulating layer and a stack unit that includes a positive electrode layer, a solid electrolyte layer and a negative electrode layer; performing a dielectric breakdown test on the insulating layer included in the insulating layer-attached stack unit, and determining that the insulating layer-attached stack unit is a non-defective product if no dielectric breakdown is present; forming an electrode member having both ends by disposing the two insulating layer-attached stack units at the both ends, the insulating layer-attached stack unit being determined to be a non-defective product; accommodating the electrode member in a case; and assembling a restraint member to the outside of the case to produce an all-solid-state battery.

Method of producing all-solid-state battery

The all-solid-state secondary battery of the disclosure comprises a positive electrode collector layer, a positive electrode layer, a solid electrolyte layer, a negative electrode layer and a negative electrode collector layer stacked in that order, wherein the positive electrode layer has a positive electrode active material layer and an insulating layer disposed around the perimeter edges of the positive electrode active material layer, and when the all-solid-state secondary battery is viewed from the stacking direction, the outer edges of the positive electrode active material layer on the solid electrolyte layer side are further inward than the outer edges of the positive electrode active material layer on the positive electrode collector layer side, and the outer edges of the positive electrode collector layer are further inward than the outer edges of the positive electrode active material layer on the positive electrode collector layer side.

All-solid-state secondary battery

According to an aspect of the present invention, provided is a sulfide solid-state battery including a negative electrode current collector that contains copper, and a negative electrode mixture layer that contains a negative electrode active material, a sulfide solid electrolyte material, and an oxide solid electrolyte material. Assuming that the negative electrode mixture layer is virtually divided into two portions in a thickness direction, the upper layer portion contains a larger amount of the sulfide solid electrolyte material than the lower layer portion, and the lower layer portion contains a larger amount of the oxide solid electrolyte material than the upper layer portion.
