An infrared Raman device is capable of switching and performing Raman measurement and first infrared measurement on a sample. The infrared Raman device includes an objective lens for Raman measurement; a first observation lens for infrared measurement; a laser light source that generates laser light; a first infrared light source that generates first infrared light; and a mirror. The mirror is disposed at time of the Raman measurement to reflect the laser light to cause the laser light to pass through the objective lens for Raman measurement and reflect Raman light generated from the sample by the laser light that passes through the objective lens for Raman measurement and radiated to the sample. The Raman light passes back through the objective lens for Raman measurement.

Infrared Raman device

A micro-Raman device includes a first laser light source, a second laser light source, a first holder, a second holder, a first ND filter, and a second ND filter. The first laser light source and the second laser light source generate first laser light of a first wavelength and second laser light of a second wavelength, respectively. The second wavelength is different from the first wavelength. The first laser light and the second laser light proceed in a second direction orthogonal to a first direction while being separated from each other in the first direction. The first holder and the second holder are arranged overlapping each other in the second direction.

Micro-Raman device

A Raman infrared compound microscope device includes: a first light source that generates laser light; a second light source that generates infrared light; a third light source that generates visible light; and a first optical system. The first optical system orients the visible light having reached the first optical system in different directions between when performing a Raman analysis using Raman light generated from a sample by irradiation of the laser light and when performing a first infrared analysis using the infrared light having passed through the sample.

Raman infrared compound microscope device

A spectroscopic detector comprises a first housing, a second housing, a camera lens housed in the first housing, and an image sensor housed in the second housing. The first housing has a first through hole formed therein. The second housing has a second through hole formed therein. The second housing is attached to the first housing so as to allow for communication between an inside of the second housing and an inside of the first housing via the first through hole and the second through hole. In a state where the second housing is attached to the first housing, a periphery of the second through hole is located inside a periphery of the first through hole.

Spectroscopic detector assembly

A combined analyzer includes a thermal analyzer, a trap, a gas chromatograph, a mass spectrometer, a first flow path to which a gas generated in the thermal analyzer is supplied, a second flow path that branches from the first flow path and is connected to the mass spectrometer, a third flow path that branches from the first flow path and is connected to the trap, a fourth flow path that connects the trap and a column included in the gas chromatograph, and a fifth flow path that connects the column and the mass spectrometer.

Combined analyzer and analysis method

In the gas chromatograph, a light source is provided in a column oven. Since a space in which the light source is disposed needs not to be secured outside the column oven, the size of the gas chromatograph can be reduced. A first connecting section in a sample introducing unit and a second connecting section in a detector are provided in an upper part in the column oven. The light source emits light toward the upper surface of the inside of the column oven (second inner casing). Therefore, light from the light source can be emitted toward the upper surface of the inside of the column oven where the first connecting section in the sample introducing unit and the second connecting section in the detector are provided and thus an operator frequently performs maintenance. Thus, work efficiency in the gas chromatograph can be improved.

Gas chromatograph

A gas chromatograph in which the effect of the heat from a column oven on the detection sensitivity of a detector is reduced. The gas chromatograph includes a separation column, a column oven, a heat insulating material covering the outer surface of the column oven, a sheet metal covering the outside of the heat insulating material, a detector including a detection unit disposed outside the sheet metal, a flow path part of the detector communicating with the detection unit and being connected to the separation column through upper surfaces of the sheet metal, the heat insulating material, and the column oven, and an outside seal member interposed between the sheet metal and the heat insulating material on at least the upper surface side of the column oven and blocking an outward fluid movement from an inside of the sheet metal.
