A new information processing device for presenting information and allowing a user to input sound in relation to the presented information is provided. An information processing deviceincludes: a display sectionthat displays a sentence that is a reading-aloud target; a sound input sectionto which sound is input; a time measuring sectionthat measures a sound input time in which the sound is input to the sound input section; and a test execution sectionthat determines whether or not the reading-aloud target is read aloud based on the sound input time and a silent time after the sound is input to the sound input section.

A problem related to a known eyewear-type electro-oculogram measuring apparatus which detects the eye potential using a pair of electrodes positioned outside both the eyes of a user and a pair of electrodes respectively positioned above and below one eye is that the two pairs of electrodes have had an impact on the skins of users, and discomfort on them. Besides, the electrodes are not excellent in design. The present invention provides eyewear including: a frame; a pair of nose pads; and a first electrode and a second electrode respectively provided on the surface of the pair of nose pads, the first electrode and the second electrode detecting eye potential.

The electroencephalogram electrode unit for small animals includes a base that covers the scalp or brain surface of a small animal and has a plurality of through holes and a plurality of electrodes. Each of the plurality of electrodes is inserted into each of the plurality of through holes, and each of the plurality of electrodes is equipped with an insulating tube, an electrode section disposed within the tube, an extraction conducting wire that is connected to the electrode section and extracts the EEG signal to outside, and a paste that is filled within the tube. The tube is installed in the through hole in a manner of standing upright from the scalp or brain surface, and the electrode section is formed in the form of a wire and is disposed, in a manner of standing upright from the scalp or brain surface, within the paste filled within the tube.
