A laminating device includes: a plurality of laminating heads that each holds a unit laminated body; a drum section in which the plurality of laminating heads are arranged, which holds each laminating head swingably via a support shaft, and which rotates to advance each laminating head to a laminating position facing a lamination stage; a cam section which is in contact with each laminating head and which causes each laminating head to swing around the support shaft in association with a movement of each laminating head caused by a rotation of the drum section; and a biasing member that biases each laminating head in a radial direction of the drum section.

Laminating device

A laminating device is adapted to laminate a plurality of sheet members on a lamination stage and includes: a plurality of laminating headsthat each has a curved holding surface; a drum section in which the plurality of laminating heads are arranged, the drum section holding each laminating head, and rotation of the drum section causing each laminating head to advance to a laminating position facing a planar lamination surface; and a rolling motion mechanism that rolls the holding surface on the lamination surface so that a delivery point of the sheet member moves from a rear end to a front end of the sheet member while each laminating head is caused to move by the drum section.

A workpiece conveyance device includes: a plurality of holding heads that include a holding part and a vacuum pump; and a conveyance track. The vacuum pump includes a pump unit and a shaft part that is rotated to activate the pump unit. The shaft part includes a first magnet. The conveyance track includes a second magnet extending in a conveyance direction of the holding head and being arranged to generate a magnetic force between the second magnet and the first magnet. By alternately switching a magnetic pole of a portion in the second magnet applying a magnetic force to the first magnet, the shaft part is rotated, which causes the pump unit to generate a holding force.

Workpiece conveyance device

An inspection device is a device that inspects the position of an electrode plate in a multilayer body, which is obtained by bonding a separator and the electrode plate to each other by means of an adhesive, from the separator side. This inspection device is provided with: an infrared light irradiation unit that irradiates the multilayer body, from the separator side, with infrared light that has a peak wavelength within the range of from 6.5 μm to 9.6 μm; a camera that takes an image of the infrared light that transmits through the separator and is reflected by the electrode plate; and a detection unit that detects the position of the electrode plate.

A sheet material conveyance device includes a plurality of first holding heads each having a curved first holding surface, a first drum holding the plurality of first holding heads, a plurality of second holding heads each having a planar second holding surface, a second drum holding the plurality of second holding heads, a tilt adjustment mechanism structured to adjust a tilt of each second holding surface, and a speed adjustment mechanism structured to adjust a relative movement speed of the first holding head and the second holding head. The first holding head and the second holding head move to a delivery position, and deliver the sheet material between the first holding surface and the second holding surface in a situation in which adjustment is performed by the tilt adjustment mechanism and the speed adjustment mechanism.
