Provided is a method for cleaning the inside of a pressure tight container for a blasting treatment, wherein the inside of a pressure tight container can be cleaned for a short period of time after a blasting treatment. The method is comprised of a setting process wherein a cleaning blast () capable of cracking a part of a residual substance remaining on the inside of a pressure tight container (), and a solid separating material () which collides with a substance bonded to an inner wall surface () of the pressure tight container (), to separate the bonded substance from the inner wall surface () of the pressure tight container (), are set on the inside of the pressure tight container (); and a separation process wherein the cleaning blast () blasts on the inside of the pressure tight container (), to crack a part of the residual substance remaining on the inside of the pressure tight container (), and the separating material () is divided into a plurality of granular elements by the blast, so that the granular elements are spread, and collide with the bonded substance to remove the bonded substance.

Method for cleaning inside of pressure tight container for blasting treatment

A blast treatment method capable of performing blast treatment of a treatment subject with a simple structure, with high efficiency, and at low cost, while inhibiting scattering of harmful substances or the like to the outside. The method includes: inside disposing an inside explosive for blasting a treatment subject around the treatment subject; disposing an outside explosive having a detonation velocity greater than that of the inside explosive at a position outside the inside explosive; and detonating the outside explosive using an initiation device, and initiating the inside explosive by detonation of the outside explosive, thereby performing blast treatment of the treatment subject by initiation of the inside explosive. The outside explosive disposing includes arranging a cord-like explosive member containing the outside explosive and having a shape extending in one direction so that a detonation propagation velocity in a specific direction of the inside explosive initiated by the outside explosive is greater than a detonation propagation velocity in the specific direction of the inside explosive.

This method includes: a step of setting an explosive for cleaning, different from an explosive for blasting, in an amount necessary for decomposing a residue of the object inside of a pressure vessel after a blasting step of setting and blasting the object and the explosive for blasting in the pressure vessel; and a step of decomposing the residue by exploding the explosive for cleaning in the pressure vessel.

A blast treatment method and an apparatus, which can perform the blast treatment of a treatment subject by using and securely initiating a blasting explosive having fluidity. The blast treatment method includes: a blasting preparation operation of housing a blasting explosive having fluidity in a container and placing the blasting explosive around a treatment subject as well as attaching an initiation device to the container; a housing operation of housing the container, the blasting explosive, and the treatment subject in a chamber; a decompression operation of decompressing the inside of the chamber; and a blasting operation of initiating the blasting explosive and blasting the treatment subject with the blasting explosive. A blast treatment method for blasting a treatment subject having an outer shell and a chemical agent charged into an interior of the outer shell includes the steps of: disposing an explosive to cover a periphery of the treatment subject; and detonating the explosive from respective end portions of a specific direction toward a predetermined cutting position of the treatment subject between the respective end portions so that detonation waves of the explosive advancing from respective sides of the cutting position collide in the cutting position, wherein, in the step of detonating the explosive, the chemical agent is exposed by cutting the outer shell in the cutting position through detonation of the explosive, and the chemical agent is decomposed using the detonation.

It is intended to provide a pressure container which can prevent dispersion of a hazardous substance or the like to the exterior and ensure a high level of safety with a simple structure. To achieve this object, a pressure container () comprises an outer vessel () and an inner vessel () which receives an impact load produced at the time of blasting disposal operation. The inner vessel () is disposed inside the outer vessel (). The inner vessel () has a pressure relieving part () which can discharge part of high-pressure gas produced in the inner vessel () at the time of the blasting disposal operation into a gap formed between the inner vessel () and the outer vessel ().

Pressure container

The object is to rapidly clean-up an off-gas generated by blasting in a pressure vessel to such a level as to permit the exhaust of the off-gas. An object to be blasted is blasted in a pressure vessel to generate an off-gas, which is introduced into a combustion furnace to burning a combustible component contained in the off-gas. The off-gas after the burning in a reservoir section is stored in the reservoir section, and exhausted out of the reservoir section if a component contained in the off-gas complies a predetermined emission requirement, otherwise returned to at least one of the pressure vessel and the combustion furnace to be re-treated if the component does not comply the emission requirement.

Blasting system and blasting method

The present invention aims at estimating a residual life of a blasting vessel. For the estimation, a strain gaugeis attached to a blasting vessel. The strain gaugemeasures high-frequency repetitive strain caused in the blasting chamberin each explosion. Strain waveform data obtained with the strain gaugeis analyzed to calculate the cumulative degree of fatigue damage due to a high-frequency repetitive load applied to the blasting vesselin each explosion. A residual life of the blasting vesselis estimated on the basis of a cumulative value of the cumulative degrees of fatigue damage.

Apparatus for estimating residual life of blasting vessel, method of estimating residual life, and blasting facility

It is intended to provide a blasting treatment apparatus which can prevent dispersion of a hazardous substance or the like to the exterior with a simple structure. To achieve this object, a blasting treatment apparatus () comprises a pressure container () including an outer vessel () and an inner vessel () and a suction device. The outer vessel () has a first sucking part () and a second sucking part () for interconnecting the interior and the exterior of the outer vessel () at an end thereof opposite to a pressure-resistant lid () and in an upper wall. The inner vessel () has an interconnect hole () for interconnecting the interior and the exterior of the inner vessel () at a location thereof corresponding to the first sucking part (). The first sucking part () and the second sucking part () are located at positions where gas in the inner vessel () can be sucked by the suction device and the gas released from the inner vessel () through an inner opening () can be sucked from a gap between the upper wall of the outer vessel () and the inner vessel ().
