A vehicular headlamp () serving as a lamp fitting includes: a board () on which a first light source () and a second light source () are mounted; a heat sink (); and a reflector unit () that presses the board () against the heat sink () and reflects a part of light emitted from the first light source () and the second light source (), in which the board () has recesses () which are recessed portions of side surfaces () facing each other, the first light source () and the second light source () are positioned at inner positions with respect to a bottom portion (B) of each of the recesses (), and the reflector unit () presses parts of the board () that are positioned at outer positions with respect to the bottom portion (B) of each of the recesses ().

Lamp fitting, and vehicular headlamp

A vehicle-mounted light source unit (LU) includes a heat sink () including a first rib (L) and a second rib (R), and a substrate () including a first through-hole (L) and a second through-hole (R) into which the first rib (L) and the second rib (R) are fitted. Each of the first rib (L) and the second rib (R) includes an extending portion (E), and a protruding portion (P) that protrudes from a part of the extending portion (E) to a side on which the first rib (L) and the second rib (R) approach each other or are away from each other in a left-right direction. Each of the first through-hole (L) and the second through-hole (R) includes first facing portions facing both end surfaces of the extending portion (E) and a second facing portion facing an end surface of the protruding portion (P).

Vehicle-mounted light source unit

A vehicle lamp includes a lamp unit configured such that emitted light from a light source is emitted toward the front of the lamp via a projection lens. The lamp unit includes first and second light sources as the light source, which are turned on at respective required turning on modes. The first light source includes at least one light emitting element disposed in a vicinity of a rear focal point of the projection lens. The second light source includes at least one light emitting element disposed at a position obtained by being moved from the rear focal point in a front-rear direction above the rear focal point. Light emitting elements including the first and second light source respectively are mounted on the same substrate extending obliquely in the front-rear direction of the lamp relative to a vertical plane orthogonal to the front-rear direction of the lamp.

Vehicle lamp

A planar light emitting bodyconfigured to emit a first illumination light, and a semiconductor light emitting elementconfigured to emit light toward the planar light emitting bodyare disposed in a lamp chamberdefined by a lamp housinghaving an opening and a coverthat covers the opening. The planar light emitting bodyincludes a transmitting layer through which light is caused to pass, and a control layer configured to irradiate light as a second illumination light by controlling a travelling direction of the light that is emitted from the semiconductor light emitting elementand passes through the transmitting layer.

A light source unit includes a socket, a heat dissipation member, a board and a semiconductor light emitting element. The socket has a first thermal conductivity and includes a portion that defines a first side and a second side. The heat dissipation member has a second thermal conductivity being higher than the first thermal conductivity. The board is disposed on the first side. The semiconductor light emitting element is supported by the board. The socket is an injection-molded member. The heat dissipation member includes a first portion and a second portion. The first portion is disposed on the first side, extends in a first direction, and supports the board. The second portion includes a portion extending in a second direction intersecting with the first direction, as a result of being subjected to bending processing. A part of the second portion is disposed on the second side.

Light source unit

A vehicular lamp includes a light source unit that is attached to one of a lamp body and a reflector. The light source unit includes a semiconductor light emitting element that is a light source; a plurality of conductive members formed into a predetermined three-dimensional shape by press working a conductive metal material; and a housing that is formed of an insulating material. The plurality of conductive members each include: an element mounting portion to which the semiconductor light emitting element is mounted, a heat dissipating portion that dissipates heat generated when the semiconductor light emitting element emits light, and a connecting portion to which a connector that supplies power to the semiconductor light emitting element is connected. The housing holds the plurality of conductive members in a spaced apart state.

Light source unit and vehicular lamp

The present disclosure provides a vehicular lamp including a low-beam lamp and a daytime running lamp. The low-beam lamp includes a low-beam LED, a low-beam reflector, and a projection lens. The daytime running lamp includes a DRL LED, and a DRL reflector. The DRL LED is disposed at the rear side of the low-beam reflector to emit a light in a direction which intersects with the optical axis of the vehicular lamp. The DRL reflector includes an extension area that extends to at least the outer side of the projection lens when viewed from the front, and reflects the light from the DRL LED in the extension area to emit the light to the front side of the lamp through the outer side of the projection lens.

Vehicular lamp

A vehicular lamp has a semiconductor light emitting element as a light source. The vehicular lamp includes a heat dissipation member that dissipates heat generated by the semiconductor light emitting element; a power supply member that supplies power to the semiconductor light emitting element; a light emitting element holding portion that holds the semiconductor light emitting element in a state of contact with the heat dissipation member; and a housing portion that is secured to a lamp body. The light emitting element holding portion electrically connects the semiconductor light emitting element and the power supply member, the housing accommodates the power supply member and the heat dissipation member, and the light emitting element holding portion is detachably secured to the heat dissipation member.

A vehicle lamp includes a semiconductor light emitting device as a light source, a power supply module configured to supply electric power from a power source to the semiconductor light emitting device, and a housing in which the power supply module is accommodated. The semiconductor light emitting device is mounted on the power supply module. The power supply module comprises a current control circuit configured to control an amount of current supplied to the semiconductor light emitting device. The semiconductor light emitting device and the current control circuit are arranged to overlap each other in a direction of an optical axis of the semiconductor light emitting device.
