The present invention provides a method for producing a peptide for the treatment (in particular, immunotherapy), monitoring, or diagnosis of a disease in a subject. This method is achieved by obtaining information pertaining to a genome read, for example an exome read, of the subject and a mutation thereof, and, as necessary, information regarding the RNA sequence of the subject and information regarding the MHC type of the subject, analyzing an epitope related to the mutation on the basis of the information pertaining to the genome read (for example, the exome read) and the mutation, arbitrary information from the RNA sequence, the MHC type information, and information regarding the disease, and producing a peptide, as necessary, on the basis of information regarding the epitope.

Monitoring and diagnosis for immunotherapy, and design for therapeutic agent

The repertoire of the variable region of T cell receptors (TCR) or B cell receptors (BCR) is quantitatively analyzed using non-biased gene sequence analysis. The present invention provides the following: a method for quantitatively analyzing the repertoire of the variable region of the T cell receptors (TCR) or B cell receptors (BCR) of a subject by using a database, wherein the method includes (1) a step for providing a nucleic acid sample containing the nucleic acid sequence of T cell receptors (TCR) or B cell receptors (BCR) amplified in a non-biased manner from the subject; (2) a step for determining the nucleic acid sequence contained in the nucleic acid sample; and (3) a step for calculating the frequency of appearance of each gene or combination thereof on the basis of the determined nucleic acid sequence and deriving the TCR or BCR repertoire of the subject.

Color separation/combination optical system, image display optical system, and projection type image display apparatus

The present invention discloses a camera system comprising: a first focus detection unit, which detects the focusing condition of an image-taking optical system; a second focus detection unit, which detects the focusing condition of the image-taking optical system at a higher precision than the first focus detection unit; and a control circuit, which controls a stepping motor for driving a focus lens. The control circuit performs closed loop control for driving the stepping motor based on the output of a rotation detector, which detects the rotation phase of the stepping motor, when controlling the stepping motor using the information based on the output of the first focus detection unit, and performs open control for driving the stepping motor a predetermined number of steps at a time, when controlling the stepping motor using the information based on the output of the second focus detection unit. The autofocus process is thereby made high in speed and high in precision at the same time.

Camera system and lens apparatus

An image blur correction apparatus includes a correction optical system for correcting an image blur, an actuator for driving the correction optical system, a plurality of resilient members provided on an outer periphery of the correction optical system, the resilient members being provided substantially angularly equally divided into at least three locations about an optical axis of the correction optical system, and a guide member for movably guiding the correction optical system along a direction orthogonal to the optical axis of the correction optical system. The plurality of resilient members and the guide member are disposed within substantially the same plane orthogonal to the optical axis. In a case in which the actuator does not perform the drive of the correction optical system, the plurality of resilient members hold the correction optical system substantially at a center of the optical axis.

In a motor or an electromagnetic driving device having a first stator yoke excitable by energizing a first coil, a second stator yoke excitable by energizing a second coil and a rotor opposed to the first and second stator yokes to be driven and rotated by energizing the first and second coils, the first and second coils are collectively arranged together in one direction on the outer side of the periphery of the rotor, and the first stator yoke is arranged in a state of being superposed on the second stator yoke to form an electromagnetic driving motor. A motor includes a first stator yoke which is excitable by energization into a first coil, a second stator yoke which is excitable by energization into a second coil, and a rotor which can be driven for rotation under the control of energization into the first coil and the second coil, wherein the first stator yoke and the second stator yoke are disposed in the rotational axial direction of the rotor, while the rotor is provided with a rotational output portion which can take out the rotational output with a gap between the first stator yoke and the second stator yoke. By this arrangement, a novel motor can be configured to take out the rotational output without problems of noise generation in the motor transmission drive, fully coping with the mounting conditions on the products.
