In a connector (), a substantially L-shaped terminal fitting () is mounted in a connector housing (). The terminal fitting () includes a first projecting portion () projecting backward from a back wall () of a receptacle () and a second projecting portion () bent downward substantially at a right angle from an end of the first projecting portion () and to be connected to a circuit board (). The connector housing () is integrally formed with a protection wall () extending backward from the back wall () of the receptacle () and configured to cover the first and second projecting portions () from an upper side, opposite lateral sides and a rear side with clearances formed between the protection wall () and both the first and second projecting portions ().

Connector, electrical connection box and connector manufacturing method

Described herein is an electrical connection box. In certain aspects the electrical connection box includes a case; a circuit board disposed inside the case; and a connector housing disposed in an opening surrounded by an opening edge portion of a side wall of the case. In certain aspects, the opening edge portion can have a first opening edge portion, a second opening edge portion, and an arcuate notch in which the arcuate notch is configured to reduce, prevent, or inhibit entry of water into the connector housing.

Electrical connection box

An electrical connection box is provided with a case which accommodates a circuit board on the interior thereof. The case has a connector provided with a synthetic resin section on which a terminal fitting connected to the circuit board is arranged. The synthetic resin section has a hood section with which a partner connector is engaged, a surrounding wall which is provided on the periphery of the hood section and forms a cavity between the surrounding wall and hood section, a locking section provided on the inner wall of the hood section, and a reinforcing rib which is provided on an area of the hood section corresponding to the locking section.

Electrical junction box

The present invention provides an electrical junction box that can prevent water in a casing from attaching to a circuit board. The electrical junction box may include a casing, an upper connector housing and fuse-mounting sections that are disposed on and are open in an upper wall in the casing, a circuit board contained in the casing, an upper frame portion that is disposed below the upper connector housing and fuse-mounting sections in the casing to cover an upper part of the circuit board, side frame portions that extend downward from side edges of the upper frame portion and are disposed adjacent to sides of the circuit board, slopes that are formed on an upper surface of the upper frame portion and slant down to the side frame portions, and groove portions that extend in a vertical direction on outer surfaces of the side frame portions. The casing may be provided with first drainage portions that are open at positions opposite lower end edges of the groove portions.

This invention provides an electrical junction box that can restrain a temperature from increasing in a casing. An electrical junction box comprises a casing made of a synthetic resin material, a circuit board contained in the casing, semiconductor relay mounted on the circuit board, a bus bar. The bus bar is insert-molded in the casing. The bus bar includes an embedment section embedded in the casing, and a connecting section that is not embedded in the casing and thermally connected to the semiconductor relay.

A circuit-constituting unit forming a distribution circuit or the like in a vehicle. The circuit-constituting unit includes a plurality of bus bars for constituting a power circuit; a semiconductor switching device provided in the power circuit; and a control circuit board. The bus bars are bonded to a surface of the control circuit board such that the bus bars are arranged to be generally coplanar with each other. The semiconductor switching device is mounted on both of the corresponding bus bars and the control circuit board. An opening may be formed through the control circuit board. In this case, one of terminals of the semiconductor switching device may be connected to a surface of the control circuit board facing away from the surface to which the bus bars are bonded. The other terminals may be connected respectively to the bus bar through the opening.

Circuit-constituting unit and method of producing the same

A plurality of fuses in each of which an input terminal and an output terminal are integrally connected with the opposite ends of a fusing element are provided inside an insulating fuse casing, the respective output terminals are so arranged as to be electrically connectable with tab terminals of busbars via tab terminal insertion holes formed to penetrate a casing main body from inside to outside (at the bottom), and the respective input terminals are so arranged as to be electrically connectable with tab terminals of the busbars via tab terminal insertion holes formed to penetrate the casing main body from inside to outside (at the bottom). A fuse module enabling an electrical connection box to be smaller and lighter can be provided.

Electric connection box

An electrical connection construction for connecting conductive members of an internal circuit of an electrical connection box and wires of a wiring harness, in which the wires of the wiring harness are inserted into the electrical connection box through openings formed on the electrical connection box such that conductors of the wires of the wiring harness are connected to the conductive members of the internal circuit of the electrical connection box, respectively by a joining member.

In an electrical wiring system, a typical process for suppressing noise due to electric current consists in preparing a pair of flat circuit units comprising respectively an insulation layer and at least one circuit conductor therein or thereon which undulates to form wave-like patterns and in superposing fixedly said conductor of the first unit with that of the second unit in such that at least one insulation layer is interposed between the superposed conductors and whereby peaks of the second unit conductor face troughs of the first unit conductor; according to the invention, fixing is performed by means enabling to interweave said peaks with said troughs. One such means consists in providing the first flat circuit unit with trough-side slits and the second with peak-side slits and in inserting the tongues formed by the trough-side slits in the peak-side slits. Another such means consists in forming a pair of flat circuit units and corresponding circuit conductors into an undulation and in interweaving the pair in alternate upside and downside fashion.
