An object of the present invention is to improve availability when a power is lost. In a power conversion device, a gate drive power supply circuitcan supply a gate drive power within a predetermined normal voltage range. A backup power supply circuitsupplies the gate drive power to a lower arm gate circuitwhen a voltage of the gate drive power applied from the gate drive power supply circuitto the lower arm gate circuitfalls below a normal voltage range. When the gate drive power is supplied from the backup power supply circuit, the lower arm gate circuitdrives a lower arm switching circuitin a short state in which all switching elements of the lower arm switching circuitare turned on.

Provided is a detector. The detector includes: one or more detection diodes configured to detect a change in an environment of a detection target; a Y capacitor including a plurality of capacitors separately disposed between one end of the detection diodes and a GND and between the other end of the detection diodes and the GND; and a rectifier circuit disposed at least between one end of the detection diodes and the GND or between the other end of the detection diodes and the GND, connected in series with the Y capacitor, and configured to transmit a common-mode current accompanying noise induced in the detection diodes to the GND and cut off a normal-mode loop current that flows between the plurality of capacitors and the detection diodes.

Detector and power conversion apparatus

An object of the present invention is to improve the reliability of a power converter against electromagnetic noise. A power converter according to the present invention includes: a power semiconductor circuit unit; a DCDC converter circuit unit; a first drive circuit board that outputs a drive signal to the power semiconductor circuit unit; a second drive circuit board that outputs a drive signal to the DCDC converter circuit unit; and a control circuit board that outputs a first control signal for controlling the first drive circuit board and a second control signal for controlling the second drive circuit board, in which the control circuit board is arranged at a position facing the second drive circuit board with the power semiconductor circuit unit and the DCDC converter circuit unit interposed therebetween, the first drive circuit board is arranged to be substantially parallel to an array direction of the control circuit board and the second drive circuit board, and the first drive circuit board has a relay wiring that relays the second control signal output from the control circuit board to the second drive circuit board.
