In a rotary electric machine, each of coils includes coil terminals led out from a coil main body. The coil terminals are connected to bus bars. When a diameter of each of the bus bars is defined as D, a diameter of a cross section of a coil wire is defined as 'd', a Young's modulus of the coil wire is defined as E, a linear expansion coefficient of a material of the bus bars is defined as &#x3b1;1, a linear expansion coefficient of a material of a stator core is defined as &#x3b1;2, and an estimated temperature difference between a room temperature and a use environment temperature is defined as &#x394;T, a length L of at least one of the coil terminals from an end on the coil main body side to a connecting portion to the bus bar satisfies the following expression:&#x2265;((3&#x3c0;(&#x3b1;1&#x2212;&#x3b1;2)&#x394;10)/10.

Rotary electric machine

In a rotary electric machine, slots are formed between teeth of a stator core. A ratio of a number of poles to a number of slots is 2:3. When an electrical angle of a tooth tip width, which is a width dimension of a tip of each of the teeth in a circumferential direction of the stator, is represented by &#x3b1;, an electrical angle of a pole arc angle, which is an angle formed by two straight lines that connect a rotation center of a rotor to corners on a rotor surface side of one permanent magnet, is represented by &#x3b2;, and a number of pole pairs is represented by P, the tooth tip width is within a range of (electrical angle)&#xb1;0.2&#xb0;&#xd7;P for a value that satisfies the following expression: &#x3b2;=&#x2212;2.5&#x3b1;+319.7 (0&#x3c;&#x3b2;&#x2264;180) [deg].

A rotating electric machine includes a rotor, a stator, and a case, wherein each of the sub stator cores has a first insulated bobbin, a stator iron core, a second insulated bobbin, and a coil, and the coil is disposed in teeth parts of the first insulated bobbin, the stator iron core, and the second insulated bobbin, all of which are stacked in layers, and the first insulated bobbin has three ring holding parts which are formed in a core back part and extend to a circumferential direction, and the bus rings are separately inserted into the ring holding parts formed in the first insulated bobbin, and the first insulated bobbin, the stator iron core, and the second insulated bobbin each has a convex part formed at one side face of the core back part and a concave part formed at the other side face of the core back part.

Rotating electric machine

Provided is a rotary electric machine that decreases the rigidity of a frame into which a stator core is press-fitted and is also able to maintain the circularity of the frame. The rotary electric machine includes a rotatably held rotor, a stator having a stator core on which a coil is wound and which is disposed so as to oppose the rotor, and an annular frame holding the stator core. The frame has a tubular drum portion holding the stator core and a plurality of flange portions, and a plurality of grooves are formed on an end portion of the drum portion in an axial direction of the drum portion by cutting the drum portion.

Provided is a rotating electric machine that allows a stator cooling passage to be formed compactly. A passage of a stator cooling refrigerant is formed by a water jacket fitted and fixed to both ends on a base side which is the flange side and a distal end side of a cylindrical portion of a stator frame on an outer circumference of the cylindrical portion, the stator frame has a difference between a diameter on the base side and a diameter on the distal end side, the diameter on the base side being formed to be larger, and the stator frame and the water jacket are sealed by press fitting and welding on the base side and the distal end side.

In a motor stator, terminal wires of a coil are led out respectively from a feed-side and a neutral-side coil end. With three circumferentially adjacent first-, second-, and third-phase coils as one set, the leading end portion and intermediate portion of one of three terminal wires led out from the neutral side are connected to each of the remaining terminal wires. A structure wherein the first- and second-phase terminal wires are connected together in one position, and the second- and third-phase terminal wires are connected together in a different position from the one position, is adopted, thus compacting the size of one wire connection portion.

Motor stator and manufacturing method thereof

Obtain a rotary electric machine in which attachment of a sensor stator to a case having a cylindrical shape is not required, and a stator is inserted to the case having a cylindrical shape, whereby the sensor stator can be easily arranged at the inside of the case having a cylindrical shape. The rotary electric machine includes a rotor and a sensor rotor, which are maintained to a rotary shaft and are arranged in a shaft direction of the rotary shaft; a stator which is faced to the rotor and is arranged at the inside of a case having a cylindrical shape; and a sensor stator which is supported to sensor supporting components which are provided at end portions in a shaft direction of the stator, and is faced to the sensor rotor and is arranged.

A plurality of bus rings, which are arranged at bus ring maintaining portions, include coil connecting portions, which are protruded in an outer direction in a shaft direction of a stator core with respect to the bus ring maintaining portions, and terminals of coils of a stator are bent in an outer direction in a diameter direction of the stator core in a state where end surfaces of wall portions of bobbins are used as base points, and are connected to the coil connecting portions of the bus rings, and the end surfaces of the wall portions are protruded in an outer direction in a shaft direction of the stator core with respect to end surfaces of the bus rings, and are positioned in an inner direction in a shaft direction of the stator core with respect to end surfaces of the coil connecting portions of the bus rings.

A stator coil has a first layer wound around a tooth portion of a stator core-sequentially from the radially outer side to the radially inner side of a stator, and is wound while a winding direction is reversed for each layer. If the outermost layer is denoted by n (n is an odd number equal to or greater than 3) and the final turn in each layer is denoted by m (m is equal to or greater than 2), the m-th turn in the n-th layer is wound on the radially outer side of the stator, the stator coil on the radially inner side is lane-changed on a shorter-side tooth portion, and a part of the stator coil on the radially outer side in the outermost layer is lane-changed on a longer-side tooth portion.

A continuous kneading device is provided with an upper trunk () to which a powder supply tube () through which quantified powder is supplied is connected and in which the powder is blended with a fluid, and a lower trunk () concentrically connected to the bottom of the upper trunk (). The continuous kneading device continuously kneads the powder and the fluid by a first rotating kneading plate () built into the upper trunk () and a second rotating kneading plate () built into the lower trunk (), wherein surfaces of the base metals of the first and second rotating kneading plates () are covered with a coating material () for reducing friction when the powder and the fluid are kneaded together.

Continuous kneading device

An insulator includes: a trunk portion that is interposed between a tooth and a stator coil; and a first flange portion that is disposed on the trunk portion so as to be adjacent to the stator coil in a radial direction of a stator core. A notch portion is disposed on a flange protruding portion of the first flange portion that protrudes from the stator core in the axial direction of the stator core from an outer circumferential portion of the flange protruding portion toward the trunk portion. A holder that has a holder main body that is disposed on the notch portion is mounted onto the flange protruding portion. A temperature sensor is held between the holder main body and the stator coil.
