A detection sensor according to an aspect of the invention includes a vibratable film constituted by a piezoelectric film, a case accommodating the vibratable film, and a circuit board. The vibratable film is configured to be irradiated with infrared rays and thereby generate first electric signals through a pyroelectric effect, and configured to be vibrated by sound waves and thereby generate second electric signals through a piezoelectric effect. The case includes a transmissive part. The transmissive part is configured to transmit at least infrared rays and disposed on one side in a first direction relative to the vibratable film to face the vibratable film. The first direction is a thickness direction of the vibratable film. The circuit board is fixed to the case and disposed on the other side in the first direction relative to the vibratable film. The circuit board has a sound hole to input therethrough sound waves.

Detection sensor and detection device including the same

A microphone includes a tubular case having a bottom surface, a side surface and an opened top, a substrate which is fixed so as to block an opening portion of the opened top of the case, and has an electrode portion on an upper surface thereof, and a side-surface sound hole formed in the side surface of the case.

Microphone

A microphone unit including a tubular case having an opened top and an opened bottom, a waterproof film made of metal that has a thickness of 0.01 mm or more and 0.05 mm or less, a hardness of 100 HV or more, a proof stress of 70 N/mmor more, and a tensile strength of 350 N/mmor more, the waterproof film being fixed to the bottom of the case so as to block an opening part of the bottom of the case, a substrate arranged in the case, a microphone mounted on the substrate, and a sealing member that seals an opening part of the top of the case.

Microphone unit

A sound collecting device that is located in a first space and collects sounds generated in a second space isolated from the first space by a predetermined plate, comprising a metal plate, a piezoelectric element fixed on an upper surface of the metal plate, a housing that has a tubular shape having opened upper and lower surfaces, and has an upper end surface adhesively attached to a lower surface of the metal plate and a lower end surface adhesively attached to the predetermined plate, and a vibration pickup terminal that is accommodated in the housing, and comprises a leg part adhesively attached to the lower surface of the metal plate, a shaft part extending downward from the leg part, and a tip part which is formed at a tip of the shaft part in the downward direction and comes into contact with the predetermined plate when the housing is adhesively attached to the predetermined plate.

Sound collecting device

A unidirectional microphone includes: a case having a shape of a bottomed cylinder and including a sound hole in a bottom thereof; a ring-shaped diaphragm fixed to the bottom in the case; a vibrating membrane stretched on the diaphragm; a backplate which has a shape of a bottomed cylinder and is housed in the case in a nested manner such that an air gap to serve as a sound propagation path is formed between the backplate and an inner surface of the case, the backplate including an aperture serving as a sound propagation path in a side face thereof; a spacer positioned between the diaphragm and the backplate to fix the diaphragm and the backplate, and including a notch serving as a sound propagation path in a portion thereof; and a base plate covering a top opening of the case and including a hole serving as a sound propagation path.

Unidirectional microphone

A microphone assembly including a main board and a microphone. The microphone includes a capacitor or a MEMS chip, a case accommodating the capacitor or the MEMS chip, and a microphone board electrically connected to the capacitor or the MEMS chip. The microphone board has a larger outer dimension than the case and includes a fixing portion and a connecting portion. The case is fixed onto the fixing portion. The connecting portion is a portion of the microphone board, the portion being located outside the case and electrically and mechanically connected to the main board.

Microphone assembly

A microphone has a housing () defining an acoustic hole () and having inner faces. The microphone includes a MEMS capacitor () secured to and electrically connected with a first face () of the inner faces of the housing (), the first face defining the acoustic hole (), a detecting circuit () secured to and electrically connected with a second face () of the inner faces of the housing (), the second face () being not adjacent the first face (), the detecting circuit () detecting at least a change in the electrostatic capacity of the MEMS capacitor (). The microphone further includes a flexible substrate () secured to the first face () and the second face () and disposed under a bent state inside the housing (). The flexible substrate () establishes electrical connection between the MEMS capacitor () and the detecting circuit () via a wire electrically connecting the first face () and the second face ().

An electret condenser microphone is provided that can reduce parasitic capacitance and realize enhanced sensitivity. The electret condenser microphone includes a capacitor section including a fixed electrode having an electret member and a diaphragm electrode, a casing section housing the capacitor section, a circuit board including a converter circuitfor converting variations of capacitance of the capacitor section caused by vibrations of the diaphragm electrode to electric signals for output, and conducting elements for making the capacitor conductive with the circuit board, in which the casing section has a shape as viewed from top different from a shape of the capacitor as viewed from top to provide different distances between outer sides of the capacitor section and the casing section circumferentially of the capacitor section as viewed from top.

Electret condenser microphone

An object of the present invention is to provide an electro-acoustic transducer having the effects of absorbing vibration and high-frequency noise, reducing the number of components, and preventing heat conduction at the same time. An electro-acoustic transducer according to the present invention includes: an electrically conductive capsule having an opening for electrically connecting internal circuitry to an external object; terminals which protrude from the opening to the outside; and a raised part which is a portion of the capsule on the opening side and is spaced with a gap from the internal structure of the capsule. The raised part and the terminals are arranged in such a manner that the raised part and all of the terminals are able to be directly soldered to a wiring board. The raised part may extend toward the terminals in such a manner that the opening is narrowed. Furthermore, the raised part may have a slit extending to the boundary between the raised part and the other part of the capsule.

Electro-acoustic transducer

An electronic device which enables easily providing a mounting orientation recognition mark thereon while being provided with, on a end surface thereof, input/output terminals surrounded by a ground pattern. A substrate is provided within a case main body. A ground is formed on the surface of the substrate. An output terminal, a power terminal, a clock terminal, a GND terminal and a mounting orientation recognition mark hole have been formed on the ground through pattern removal. The main portion of the substrate is exposed through an opening in the case and the tip end portions of the output terminal and the like are slightly protruded from the end surface of the case main body. The ground pattern on the substrate, the case main body and the like are electrically connected to the GND terminal and the entire component is shielded.

An electro-acoustic transducer, for example a microphone, with a holder is provided with a block-shaped holder having on the front face a housing chamber housing a microphone main body with its acoustic holes situated on the external face, the microphone main body housed in the housing chamber, a plurality of connection electrodes connected to a plurality of terminal electrodes formed on the microphone main body, respectively, and a plurality of mounting electrodes exposed at each of a front face, a back face and a rear end face in correspondence with the plurality of connection electrodes.
