A medical X-ray photographing apparatus includes a support, a support holder, a motor, a turning controller, an image processor, a light emitter, and a processor. The support is configured to turn an X-ray generator and an X-ray detector about a predetermined turning axis while holding the X-ray generator and the X-ray detector such that they face each other. In the apparatus, the light emitter is disposed on a virtual loop line surrounding the turning axis and includes a plurality of color LEDs. The processor is configured to control the light emitter in association with the turning of the support. The processor controls emission of the plurality of color LEDs according to an operating situation of the apparatus.

Medical X-ray photographing apparatus

A medical X-ray photographing apparatus includes: a support configured to hold the X-ray generator and the X-ray detector in a facing state, the X-ray generator emitting an X-ray, the X-ray detector outputting an electric signal according to an incident X-ray; a base body that rotatably holds the support; a turning driver that turns the support about a turning axis; and a turning controller that controls the turning driver. The medical X-ray photographing apparatus also includes: a light emitter disposed at a position on a virtual loop line surrounding the turning axis; and a light emitter controller that controls the light emitter in association with the turning of the support.

Medical X-ray photographing apparatus and X-ray photographing method

An X-ray CT apparatus including an X-ray generator, an X-ray detector, a support part, and a base that rotatably supports the support part. The support part includes an exterior part made of carbon fiber reinforced plastic, and the X-ray generator and the X-ray detector are supported by the exterior part while being opposed to each other. The base rotatably supports the support part such that the X-ray generator and the X-ray detector turn about a turning axis.

Medical X-ray CT imaging apparatus

A tissue excision and cutting apparatus used by being inserted into a trocar for cutting off a part of tissue as a sample piece for such a diagnosis in a laparoscopic surgery or the like. The apparatus comprises a resection blade having an inner hollow cylinder with a cutting blade at its tip end, and a forceps having at its tip end a clamp having a movable jaw capable of opening and closing which is joined to a fixed jaw with a chopping block piece, open-close mechanism having an operation part for opening and closing the movable jaw, and a longitudinal penetrating passage into which the resection blade is inserted and moves back and forth therein.

Tissue excision and cutting apparatus and its forceps

A laparoscope apparatus for use in laparoscopic surgery or the like comprises a cannula with an inner hollow having therein a light guide for introducing light to its tip end for illuminating the object to be observed, and an endoscope which is capable of being pulled into and out from the inner hollow of the cannula. The cannula is airtightly sealed with a transparent member at its tip end, while the endoscope has therein an image pick-up with a wide-angle lens, and the image pick-up is housed in the cannula close to the transparent member.

Laparoscope apparatus

An endo-bag with an inflation-type receiving mouth comprising a flexible bag body having an organ receiving mouth provided with an inflation-type frame edge and an inserting portion for a surgical instrument such as forceps and laparoscope or the like. The inflation-type frame edge is provided with gores formed by three-dimensional tailoring and being so constructed as to be inflated and expanded to open said organ receiving mouth by pumping a fluid therein. The endo-bag can be easily and rapidly inflated and expanded to open the organ receiving mouth by pumping a fluid at low pressure and with small amount.
