A method for observing the dynamics of sweat glands and a method for evaluating a substance of interest, which are useful for development of a preparation for external application, such as a cosmetic. In each of the methods, an observation sample is used, which is prepared by staining all sweat glands, which are isolated alive, with a staining reagent, and then holding the all sweat glands on a support using at least one material selected from the group consisting of collagen, agarose, basement membrane matrix, poly-D-lysine and a membrane.

An immortalized sweat gland myoepithelial cell which expresses &#x3b1;-SMA and pan-cytokeratin and has a sphere forming ability after subculture at least 5 times. A method for producing immortalized sweat gland myoepithelial said method comprising: while culturing a cell structure, wherein sweat gland myoepithelial cells are exposed on a surface, in a state of being suspended in a medium, transferring an immortalizing gene into the cells; and then culturing the transgenic structure thus obtained in a state of being suspended in the medium to thereby obtain immortalized sweat gland myoepithelial cells.

Provided is a method for observing a sebaceous gland, the method making it possible to observe dynamics of a sebaceous gland which dynamics are close to dynamics of a sebaceous gland in a living body. The method includes: an anchoring step of anchoring a sebaceous gland structure to a support so that a sebaceous gland that is included in the sebaceous gland structure and is to be observed and the support are not in biological contact with each other, the sebaceous gland structure being obtained by removing all or part of each of dermis and hypodermis from a skin tissue; and an observation step of observing the sebaceous gland structure obtained in the anchoring step.

Method for observing sebaceous gland and use thereof

A water-disintegratable cleaning sheet consisting of a fibrous sheet having incorporated thereinto, a binder of alkylcellulose; an electrolyte, and (a) a copolymer of a polymerizable acid anhydride and other compounds and/or (b) an amino acid. The water-disintegratable cleaning sheet has excellent water disintegratability and wet strength and further it is not degraded in the water disintegratability and wet strength after storage at high temperatures.
