A resource management system includes a resource management device that manages a usage of a resource, a reservation management device that manages a reservation for the resource, and a communication relay device that communicates with the resource management device. The resource management device receives reservation information transmitted from the reservation management device. The reservation information is information on the reservation for the resource. The resource management device transmits, to the communication relay device, a request for identification information identifying the communication relay device. The resource management device receives the identification information, which is transmitted from the communication relay device in response to the request. The identification information is used to execute an event associated with the reservation information. The resource management device transmits, to an operation display terminal that displays a usage status of the resource, the identification information and a password that is associated with the identification information.

Resource management system, resource management device, and non-transitory recording medium

A predetermined image processing is carried out on the images that have been taken by the camerasthroughattached to a side of the cars that form a train before the images are displayed on the monitorthat is mounted in the train. That is to say, as a first image processing, among the images to be displayed, a left-right inversion process is carried out on the images where the positional relationship between the cars and the platform in the image is opposite between left and right to the positional relationship as viewed in the direction in which the train is to travel. In addition, as a second image processing, a cutout process is carried out on the images to be displayed so that the cutout regions differ in accordance with the opening and closing state of the doors.

Image display system and image display method

A monitoring server of a platform-side monitoring system analyzes an image taken by a plurality of platform monitoring cameras installed on a platform, and transmits information on the results of detection to a car-side monitoring system in the case where an object of attention is detected from the image. A control unit of the car-side monitoring system allows the monitor to display an image taken by the car camera which corresponds to the platform monitoring camera that has taken an image of the object of attention in a mode that is different from that of the images taken by the other car cameras on the basis of the information on the results of detection that has been received from the platform-side monitoring system.

An electric power conversion apparatus includes a channel case in which a cooling water channel is formed; a double side cooling semiconductor module that has an upper and lower arms series circuit of an inverter circuit; a capacitor module; a direct current connector; and an alternate current connector. The semiconductor module includes first and second heat dissipation metals whose outer surfaces are heat dissipation surfaces, the upper and lower arms series circuit is disposed tightly between the first heat dissipation metal and the second heat dissipation metal, and the semiconductor module further includes a direct current positive terminal, a direct current negative terminal, and an alternate current terminal which protrude to outside. The channel case is provided with the cooling water channel which extends from a cooling water inlet to a cooling water outlet, and a first opening which opens into the cooling water channel.

Electric power conversion apparatus

Technology leading to a size reduction in a power conversion apparatus comprising a cooling function and technology relating to enhancing productivity and enhancing reliability necessary for commercial production are provided. Series circuits comprising an upper arm and lower arm of an inverter circuit are built in a single semiconductor module. The semiconductor module has cooling metal on two sides. An upper arm semiconductor chip and lower arm semiconductor chip are wedged between the cooling metals. The semiconductor module is inserted inside a channel case main unit. A DC positive electrode terminal, a DC negative electrode terminal, and an alternating current terminalof a semiconductor chip are disposed in the semiconductor module. The DC terminalsandare electrically connected with a terminal of a capacitor module. The alternating current terminalis electrically connected with a motor generator via an AC connector.

Power conversion apparatus

A power semiconductor module includes a first package having an upper arm circuit section, a second package having a lower arm circuit section, a metal case having a storage space to store the first package and the second package and an opening connecting with the storage space, and an intermediate connecting conductor to couple the upper arm circuit section with the lower arm circuit section; the case includes a first radiating section and a second radiating section facing the first radiating section through the storage space; the first package is arranged so that the arrangement direction of the first and second packages may be parallel to the respective surfaces facing the first and second radiating sections; and the intermediate connecting conductor couples an emitter side terminal extending from the first package with a collector side terminal extending from the second package in the storage space.

Power semiconductor module and power converter using the same

The object is to provide a power converter which is capable of minimizing an extent to which the power converter components other than the semiconductor module are thermally affected by the heat originating from the semiconductor module. The semiconductor modules constituting a main circuit for power conversion; a capacitor electrically connected to the main circuit; drive circuits that provide the main circuit with a drive signal used in power conversion operation; a control circuit that provides the drive circuit with a control signal used to prompt the drive circuit to provide the drive signal. Within a casing, a cooling chamber including a coolant passage is formed, and a chamber wall of the cooling chamber is formed with a thermally conductive material. At least the semiconductor modules are housed inside the cooling chamber, and at least the capacitor and the control circuit are disposed outside the cooling chamber.

Power converter

Disclosed is a ruthenium film-forming material having a lower melting point and a higher vapor pressure that facilitates supply of the material onto a base and moreover enables a high-quality ruthenium film to be obtained. A ruthenium film-forming material includes a compound represented by general formula (1) below (wherein Ris independently at each occurrence a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms or a halogenated hydrocarbon group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms; Ris independently at each occurrence a halogenated hydrocarbon group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, an alkoxy group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms or a halogenated alkoxy group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, with the proviso that Rand Rare mutually differing groups; Ris independently at each occurrence a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms; and L is an unsaturated hydrocarbon compound having 4 to 10 carbon atoms and having at least two double bonds).
