In a press area, a wet paper is pressed against a heating surface to heat the wet paper with a conveying surface to conveying the wet paper to form a pressure regulating gap between the heating surface and the conveying surface. The pressure regulating gap is provided in a size less than a thickness of the wet paper and more than a thickness of recycled paper to be produced therefrom.

Method of drying wet paper and waste paper recycling apparatus

A stacker device includes a conveying belt, a longitudinal receiving guide, a paper sheet discharge detecting part, a first detecting part having a rod body, a second detecting part, and a control part for controlling the guide drive mechanism and the belt drive mechanism. The control part is formed so as to control both the mechanisms so that after the predetermined time T, which is required for the paper sheet to be stacked on the stacking surface after the paper sheet discharge detecting part detects the rear edge of the paper sheet having been conveyed to the discharging roller, passes and until the first detecting part detects the paper sheet, the longitudinal receiving guide and the conveying belt move to the upstream side of the conveyance direction at the same time, and after that, until the first detecting part does not detect the paper sheet, the longitudinal receiving guide and the conveying belt move to the downstream side of the conveyance direction at the same time. Additionally, the control part is formed so as to control the belt drive mechanism so that, when the second detecting part detects the non-standing position of the paper sheet, only the conveying belt moves to the downstream side of the conveyance direction by the predetermined distance.

Stacker device

When the sheet () is mounted onto the conveyance surface (), the alignment guide () is located at the retraction position by the alignment guide moving mechanism, and after the sheet () is mounted onto the conveyance surface (), the alignment guide () is located at the guide position by the alignment guide moving mechanism.

Cross conveying device

A paper folding mechanism includes: first and second folding rollers (); first and second conveyance rollers (); a protrusion member (); and a control part. Both the rollers () are provided so that a paper is sandwiched therebetween with its fold line located in front, and is allowed to pass therethrough in a first direction. The first folding roller () and the first conveyance roller () are provided so that the paper is sandwiched therebetween and conveyed in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction. The second folding roller () and the second conveyance roller () are provided so that the paper is sandwiched therebetween and conveyed in any one of the second direction and the direction opposite thereto. The protrusion member () is provided so that the fold line of the paper conveyed by both the rollers () is protruded in the first direction and fed between both the rollers ().

Paper folding mechanism and paper folding apparatus

A paper sheet conveying device is equipped with a conveying path () formed of conveying roller pairs and a controlling section conveying rollers. The conveying path () is composed of a first-half conveying path (A) and a last-half conveying path (B). The first-half conveying path (A) has a first-half driving mechanism for controlling the rotational speed of the lower conveying rollers and a first-half vertically moving mechanism for vertically moving the upper conveying rollers. The last-half conveying path (B) has a last-half driving mechanism for controlling the rotational speed of the lower conveying rollers and a last-half vertically moving mechanism for vertically moving the upper conveying rollers. The controlling section is configured so as to control the first-half driving mechanism, the first-half vertically moving mechanism, the last-half driving mechanism and the last-half vertically moving mechanism depending on the position of the paper sheet being conveyed.

A paper sheet processing device for processing paper sheets while carrying the paper sheets, includes a device body, a carrier for carrying the paper sheets one by one, a carrier driver for driving the carrier, processing device parts which are installed in a carrying route and which process the paper sheets, and a processing driver for driving the processing device parts. The processing device parts are installed detachably from the device body.

A paper sheet processing device () for processing paper sheets while carrying the paper sheets, comprising a device body (), a carrier means () for carrying the paper sheets one by one, a carrier driving means for driving said carrier means, processing device parts (A,B,C) which are installed in a carrying route () formed of the carrier means and which process the paper sheets, and processing driving means for driving the processing device parts. The device is characterized in that the processing device parts are installed detachably from the device body.
