A magnetic encoder is provided with a first member including a first wall part that has formed therein an insertion through-hole through which a rotary body is passed, and a second member including a second wall part. A permanent magnet and a magnetic sensor for detecting a change in the magnetic field formed by the permanent magnet are disposed between the first wall part and the second wall part. In this configuration, the first member and the second member are composed of a soft steel that contains at most 3.0 wt % of carbon.

Magnetic encoder

A layered nut () comprises a plurality of thin nuts () formed with through-holes () having almost the same diameter. On the inner peripheral surface of each thin nut (), a plurality of screw threads () are formed at predetermined angular spacing so as to protrude toward the inside of the through-hole (). In this case, the thin nuts () are layered along the direction of the central axis () so that the through-holes () become approximately coaxial. The outer peripheral surfaces of the layered thin nuts () are subjected to laser welding or the like, thereby joining the thin nuts () and completing the layered nut ().

A speed reduction ratio automatic switching device includes a planetary gear mechanism. The planetary gear mechanism includes a sun gear provided for an input shaft, planetary gears in mesh with an outer circumferential side of the sun gear, an internal gear in mesh with an outer circumferential side of the planetary gears, and first and second carriers made of a semi-rigid magnetic material. The first and second carriers support the planetary gears in a rotatable manner, and rotate together with the planetary gears along with revolution of the planetary gears. Each of the sun gear, the planetary gears and the internal gear is a helical gear. First and second magnets for generating a thrust force in an axial direction are provided between the first and second carriers and the internal gear.

Speed reduction ratio automatic switching device

An elastic body of an elastic shaft coupling includes a connection portion disposed around a center axis of the elastic shaft coupling, and a plurality of rotation transmission portion of substantially columnar shapes provided for the connection portion along the circumferential direction of the elastic shaft coupling, and extending from the connection portion along the center axis. Outer circumferential portions of the rotation transmission portions are in surface contact with a first hub main body portion and first protrusion portions of a first hub, and a second hub main body portion and second protrusion portions of a second hub.

Elastic shaft coupling

A linear guide device including an actuator including: a base section; a slider slidably provided to the base section; and guide sections disposed between the base section and the slider in a state that the guide sections are extending in the sliding direction of the slider. DLC films are formed on the guide sections, and the guide sections are locked to the slider such that the guide section can slide in a state that the DLC films are applying a predetermined preload with respect to the base section.

Linear guide device and actuator

An electric actuator such that a nut threadedly engaged with a sliding screw shaft is displaced along an axial direction under the operation of a motor, the sliding screw shaft being made of a light metal or light metal alloy. A diamond-like carbon film is formed on at least either a portion of screw threads of the nut that is located at least within three threads from a starting end in the axial direction, or screw threads of the sliding screw shaft.

Electric actuator

In an electric actuator, a first bore portion in which a driving section is accommodated, and a second bore portion that extends in parallel with the first bore portion and in which a feed screw of a drive force transmission mechanism is inserted, are provided in the interior of an elongate body. Further, a rotary drive source of the driving section and the feed screw are connected through the drive force transmission mechanism. In addition, a drive force of the rotary drive source is transmitted to the feed screw through the drive force transmission mechanism for displacing a slider disposed on an upper portion of the body along an axial direction.

An automatic speed reducing ratio-switching apparatus comprising an input side carrier, an output side carrier, and an intermediate carrier includes first and second planetary gear mechanisms juxtaposed in the axial direction of an input shaft, first and second inner clutch members which are rotatable in one direction while locking rotation in the other direction of the input shaft, and have mutually different locking directions, first and second outer clutch members which are rotatable in one direction while locking rotation in the other direction of the input side or output side ring gear, and have mutually different locking directions, and a viscous resistance member functioning under a static frictional force to integrally rotate the input side or output side sun gear, the input side or output side planet gears, and the input side or output side ring gears respectively in an identical direction.

Automatic speed reducing ratio-switching apparatus

Helical gears, which are provided for a sun gear, planet gears, and an internal gear, have helix angles &#x3b8; of not less than 25 degrees and not more than 45 degrees. Pawls provided for lock sections and internal gear lock receiving sections of the internal gear have rising angles &#x3b3;, respectively, that satisfy the relational expression, 0 &#x2266;tan &#x3b3;&#x3c;(&#x3b7;&#xb7;di)/{dp&#xb7;tan(90&#x2212;&#x3b1;)}, wherein &#x3b1; is the helix angle of the sun gear, &#x3b7; is the screw efficiency of the sun gear as a sliding screw, dp is the pitch circle diameter of the sun gear, and di is an outer diameter of the internal gear defining a center of application of torque of the pawls.

An actuator control system comprises an electric actuator, a driver, and a controller. The electric actuator is provided with a buffering mechanism which absorbs impact applied to a piston rod. The buffering mechanism includes piston dampers which absorb impact applied to a piston, a first end damper which is provided at an end of a housing facing the piston, and a second end damper which is provided on a rod cover separated from the housing by a predetermined distance.

Actuator control system

Helical gears are used for a sun gear, planet gears, and an internal gear. Accordingly, when a load, which exceeds a preset torque, is applied to the internal gear, the internal gear is moved in a direction toward an input shaft or a direction toward an output shaft while making rotation in a direction different from that of the sun gear to automatically switch the speed reducing ratio.
