Provided is a lenticular display including a lenticular lens including a plurality of columnar convex lenses that each have a semicylindrical surface and are arrayed in parallel and a lenticular image disposed on an opposite side of the convex lenses from the semicylindrical surface. The lenticular image includes an image strip group in which a plurality of image strips for displaying a plurality of display images respectively are arranged in positions for causing the image strips to be displayed through the plurality of convex lenses respectively in a state where a longitudinal direction of the image strips is parallel to a longitudinal direction of the plurality of convex lenses, and in the image strip groups, and a total width of image strips for displaying at least one display image among the plurality of display images is larger than a total width of image strips for displaying another display image.

A lenticular display includes a lenticular image including an image strip group in which display image strips that are respectively extracted in the form of a stripe from a plurality of display images are arrayed adjacently to each other in their respective corresponding positions, and in which an interpolation image strip is disposed between display image strips that are adjacent to each other, that are extracted from different display images, and that have different colors in at least a portion thereof, the interpolation image strip having a color that is in between the color of one of the adjacent display image strips and the color of the other of the adjacent display image strips.

The apparatus is for forming a resin film from a resin for a middle portion to form a resin film main body of the resin film and a resin for edge portions to form both side edge portions in a crosswise direction of the resin film. The apparatus comprises: a feed block which includes a joining part where the resin for the middle portion in a molten state and the resin for the edge portions in a molten state are joined in such a manner as to enclose both side edges in the crosswise direction of the resin film main body with the resin for the edge portions; and an extruding die through which the joined resins are extruded to form the resin film. Thus, a method and apparatus for forming the resin film can avoid the inclusion of the resin for the middle portion in the trimmed-off selvages while preventing the film separation of the resins for the middle portion and for the edge portions, and therefore, increase the recyclability and the productivity of the resin film.

In the resin film forming method for extruding a fused resin from an extruder die to form a resin film, the second resin forming both ends in width direction of the resin film uses a resin greater in extension viscosity than the first resin forming the center in width direction of the resin film. Thereby, even if production conditions such as resin condition and operating conditions change, faults such as neck-in and its resultant thickening at both ends of the resin film can be suppressed. In the production of a laminate by nipping a support and a resin film of a thermoplastic resin by means of a nip roller and a cooling roller while coating the resin film onto the surface of the support, the accompanying air following the rotation of the cooling roller to the nip point is shut off by blowing a gas permeable through the resin film from a gas jet nozzle toward the surface of the cooling roller. Thereby, the occurrence of craters can be inhibited, a laminate excellent in surface appearance can be produced and the production of a laminate effective especially at the time of a line speed rise in the laminate production is performable.

The manufacturing apparatus of a resin molded product has a feed block that sets a layer configuration of the resin molded product obtained by molding a plurality of molten resins. The feed block includes a feed block body having a through hole, and a plurality of replacement blocks that are removably fitted into the through hole and have layer configuring passages corresponding to different layer configurations. A replacement block before change is pushed out of the through hole by a replacement block having a layer configuring passage corresponding to a layer configuration after change, thereby changing the layer configuration. This allows an easy change of a layer configuration, and in particular, prevents degradation of resin due to heat or oxidation, and reduces time for the change and a material loss even when a significant change of the layer configuration such as a change of a layer arrangement is performed.

Resin film forming method

Rollers, substrates, products and the like are not smeared with a sticky volatile component when a gas is blown from a blower provided near an extruding die to produce laminates. The blower is heated by a heater at a temperature not below the volatilization temperature of the volatile component volatilized from a resin film of thermoplastic resin extruded in molten conditions from the extruding die, and therefore the volatile component cannot stick on the blower and is immediately volatilized on the blower.
