A cooling channel structure includes a tubular member with openings at both ends. In an inner portion of the tubular member or on a surface of the tubular member, as cooling channels for a cooling medium for cooling the tubular member, spiral outer surface-side channels are located on an outer surface side of the tubular member, at least one inner surface-side channel is located on an inner surface side of the tubular member, and folded channels, respectively, connect the outer surface-side channels and the at least one inner surface-side channel on one end side of the tubular member.

Cooling channel structure and burner

A combustion burner includes a fuel nozzle configured to blow in fuel gas of solid fuel and air, a combustion air nozzle configured to blow in air from the outside of the fuel nozzle, and at least one flame stabilizer arranged on the axial center side at a distal end of the fuel nozzle. The flame stabilizer is arranged at the distal end, and has a flame stabilizing member whose width increases in a direction toward the distal end, and a straightening vane having a plate shape and being arranged on an extension of the flame stabilizing member on the upstream side in a flow direction of the fuel gas. An abrasion-resistant member is arranged on a wide width surface of the flame stabilizer, and an abrasion-resistant member is arranged on at least a part of the straightening vane.

Combustion burner and method for maintaining combustion burner

A particle separator capable of enhancing the collection efficiency while minimizing an augmentation of auxiliary machinery power and an increase of the device size is provided. A particle separator that separates powder being transported on an air flow in a state of a solid-gas two-phase flow from the air flow and collects the powder is provided with a drift generating portion provided in the vicinity of a main body connecting portion of a solid and gas supply tube for letting the solid-gas two-phase flow stream inside a separator main body from the circumferential direction and configured to concentrate a high powder particle concentration of the solid-gas two-phase flow on the outer peripheral side of the separator main body.

Particle separator and solid fuel burner

To provide a burner structure in which a burner is capable of highly precisely controlling the flow rate of the air for combustion within itself. An air flow passage () in a wind box () for injecting the air for combustion into a furnace () has a bent portion () just before joining with the furnace, and one or a plurality of guide vanes () are provided in the air flow passage () in the bent portion (), and also in the bent portion (), a drift control damper () is provided for varying the ratio of flow passage resistances of each of the air flow passages () divided by the guide vanes ().

Burner structure

To provide a burner structure that is capable of efficiently cooling a nozzle main body with a small amount of air, and takes an efficient countermeasure against a falling clinker or radiation heat. The burner structure includes: a pulverized coal-air mixture path provided in a burner central portion and supplying a mixture of a fuel and a primary air; a secondary air path provided around the pulverized coal-air mixture path and supplying a secondary air; a cooling air path provided around or above and below the secondary air path and supplying a cooling air; a nozzle main body attached to furnace-side end portions of the pulverized coal-air mixture path and the secondary air path in a tiltable form and provided with a flame holder at its tip end; and a cooling air nozzle attached to a furnace-side end portion of the cooling air path in a tiltable form.
