An assist grip includes a hollow molding member in which a grip main member is formed by a gas assist molding method, a holding portion, and concave storage portions provided to be connected to both longitudinal ends of the holding portion by interposing curved portions; and is attached to an attachment-face side by holding tools supported in both storage portions. Each of the storage portions is partitioned by an inner side wall and an outer side wall facing each other in a longitudinal direction; an upper wall connecting upper sides of the side walls at a curved-portion side; a lower wall connecting lower sides of the side walls at a terminal side; and a bottom wall connecting to both side walls and the upper and lower walls at an outer face side. The upper walls include inclined faces wherein inner faces on a storage-portion side are inclined toward a bottom-wall.

Assist grip

An assist grip includes a retainer having a secured part secured to an attachment surface, and a pair of shaft-supporting parts; and a grip body that has a pair of recessed parts provided at both ends, a guide groove through which the shaft-supporting parts can slide and which is formed in at least one of two inside surfaces facing each other, and bearing holes provided in both inside surfaces; the grip body being turned about the shaft-supporting parts as a fulcrum to switch between a storage position and a usage position. The guide groove extends from the open edges of the recessed parts toward the inner bottom surface, and at least one bearing hole of both inside surfaces has an elastic locking piece positioned in a bearing hole or in the terminal end of the guide groove, the piece matingly or retainingly locking an end part of a shaft-supporting part.

This rotation mechanism is provided with: a first member; a second member which is rotatably coupled to the first member by a pivot; and a torsion coil spring which applies force such that one from among the first member and the second member is rotated relative to the other. Any one of the first member and the second member is provided with a torsion coil spring-accommodating part in which a pair of protrusions facing each other in the axial direction of the pivot is provided. The pair of protrusions are configured so as to hold, around the axes of the protrusions, the two end portions of the coil shape of the torsion coil spring, and so as to protrude while being displaced in the radial direction of the coil shapes forming the two ends, with respect to the axial direction of the pivot.

Rotation mechanism

A mounting clip for a battery temperature sensor holds a temperature sensor including a sensor main body and a projection portion, and is mounted to a mounting hole of a battery case. The clip includes a holding portion allowing the temperature sensor to be internally inserted and held; a leg portion hanging from the holding portion, allowing the temperature sensor to pass through, and allowing to be inserted into the mounting hole; and an engagement portion protruding from the leg portion, to be engaged with the case when inserted into the mounting hole. In the clip, an operation portion extending from the engagement portion, and allowing an engagement of the engagement portion with the case to be released, is provided.

Mounting clip for battery temperature sensor

An electrode constituent member for a battery module includes a current-carrying member including an internal connection portion relative to a tab-shaped terminal of an electricity-storage cell, and an external connection portion exposed to an outside of the battery module; a fastener member for fastening a member electrically connecting electrodes of a plurality of battery modules to the external connection portion of the current-carrying member; and an insulating member positioned between the external connection portion of the current-carrying member and the electricity-storage cell. In an inner side of the external connection portion, clamp portions receiving the insulating member in between are formed. In the clamp portions and the insulating member, respectively, engagement portions, engaging with each other when the insulating member is received, are formed.

Electrode constituent member for battery module

A clip includes an abutting portion abutting against an outer surface of a case; an insertion hole to which a sensor main body can be inserted; a holding tube through which the sensor main body can pass, and can internally hold an overhanging portion; a leg tube which can be inserted into an attachment hole; and elastic claws sandwiching the case between the abutting portion and the elastic claws. In the abutting portion, at least a pair of ribs is provided, which is positioned respectively in both end portions in a diametrical direction of the abutting portion; protrudes toward the outer surface of the case; and applies a force to the holding tube in a direction bending the abutting portion and narrowing an open end surface when the case is sandwiched between the pair of elastic claws and the ribs.

Clip for attaching battery temperature sensor

A primary-side molded article includes a primary-side base part, a primary-side decorative raised part, an upright face, an intersecting face, a dead-end part on the primary-side base part at least surrounded by the upright face and intersecting face and positioned outside the primary-side decorative part, a secondary-side resin flow path formed in the dead-end part and running through the primary-side base part from a design face side to a bottom face side, and a protective wall projecting from the bottom face side of the primary-side base and surrounding a perimeter of the secondary-side resin flow path. A secondary-side molded article has a design face-side molded part, a bottom face-side molded part, and an interspersed molded part flowing through the secondary-side resin flow path from the design face side to the bottom face side and interspersed at a distance from the bottom face-side molded part with the protective wall in between.

Two-color molded article and process for production thereof

An apparatus includes a supporting body, a rotating body assembled with the supporting body and rotating at least between a standard position and a deployed position through an intermediate position, and a biasing device for applying a biasing force to the rotating device in a direction of returning the rotating body to the standard position. A speed switching device changes a rotational speed of the rotating body from the deployed position to the intermediate position different from that from the intermediate position to the standard position in a return rotational movement of the rotating body. The speed switching device includes at least two damping devices; at least two first gears attached to the damping devices for applying damping forces of the damping devices to the rotating body; and at least two second gears formed integrally on the rotating body.

Apparatus with a rotating body

An apparatus includes a supporting body, a rotating body assembled with the supporting body and rotating at least between a standard position and a deployed position through an intermediate position, and a biasing device for applying a biasing force to the rotating device in a direction of returning the rotating body to the standard position. A speed switching device changes a rotational speed of the rotating body from the deployed position to the intermediate position different from that from the intermediate position to the standard position in a return rotational movement of the rotating body.

A push-push type latch device includes a cam member and a pin member provided respectively on a movable body and a main body for coupling and decoupling with the cam member. The latch device locks the movable body in a first position on the main body via a coupling of the pin member and the cam member, and releases the coupling by pushing from the first position and releasing a pushing force to switch to a second position. The cam member includes a divided body including a locking part for coupling with the pin member. When the divided body receives a load above a predetermined value through the pin member in a state when coupled with the pin member, the divided body rotates to release the coupling with the pin member with accompanying movement toward a direction to absorb the load.

Latch device and opening and closing apparatus using same

A retracting locking mechanism for an openable unit includes a striker attached to one of the openable unit and a fixed unit, and a catcher attached to the other of the openable unit and the fixed unit. The catcher includes an inner part, and an outer part for housing the inner part. A coil spring is disposed between the inner and outer parts for biasing the inner part in a retreating direction to pull into the outer part. A dampening device provides dampening force to the retreating movement of the inner part caused by the coil spring.

Retracting locking mechanism for operable unit in stop position

A lid mechanism includes a divided lid for closing an opening extending in a longitudinal direction in a closed position, and a lid operating mechanism disposed below the opening closed by the divided lid. The divided lid has at least a front lid for closing a front part of the opening in the closed position and a rear lid for closing a rear part of the opening in the closed position. With the lid operating mechanism, the front lid in the closed position slides from a front part side to a rear part side and enters below the rear lid in the closed position in an overlapped state. Then, the front lid moves downwardly together with the rear lid in the overlapped state while a front end of the front lid faces upwardly.

Lid mechanism and center console box

A cap is used for a container as a bottle or jar. The cap includes a cylindrical cap main portion with a closed upper end and an open lower end, and a ring member. The cap main portion is screwed in an upper portion of the cylindrical container to close an opening of the container with the closed upper end. The ring member includes engaging pieces formed on an inner periphery of the ring for hooking from below on an extraction controlling projection formed on an outer periphery of a base portion of the container. A plurality of window holes is disposed on a lower side of the cap main portion along a periphery thereof so that the integrated ring member can be seen from the outside.

Cap for container

A regulator for regulating airflow through an air outlet includes a plurality of louver blades integrated with axis portions supported at bearing holes and interconnected through an interlocking member; a supporting plate with the bearing holes attached to an air outlet; and an elastic portion provided on the supporting plate to be capable of deforming along an axis of the louver blades. Also, the regulator may include a damper; a manual operating member for tilting the louver blades and damper; and two gears engaging each other and disposed at an interconnecting portion between the manual operating member and the damper. One of the gears is formed in two portions separated along an axis and provided coaxially. The two portions have slightly shifted pitch, and are able to displace with each other in a circumferential direction with elasticity.

Regulator for air outlet

A stabilizer system for an automobile door glass or window component comprises a support platform and a slide mechanism slidable thereon. The slide mechanism has a contact member mounted thereon which is adapted to engage the door glass or window component and exert a predetermined amount of pressure thereon so as to render the same stable during operation of the motor vehicle. Detent latching members are provided upon the support platform and slide mechanism so as to permit predetermined adjustment of the slide mechanism with respect to the support platform, and the support platform and slide mechanism have guide rails, frames, and grooves which permit the slide mechanism to be adjustably moved only in the horizontal direction with respect to the support platform. In this manner, since vertical movement of the slide mechanism is effectively precluded, the slide mechanism, and the contact member carried thereby for engaging the door glass or window component, cannot be carried or dragged along with the door glass or window component as the latter undergoes its upward and downward movements, and consequently, positional adjustment of the slide mechanism with respect to the support platform and the door glass or window component cannot be undesirably or inadvertently altered despite repeated movements of the door glass or window component in the upward and downward directions.
