A door control device stops a door such that the door does not come into contact with an obstacle existing in a rotation range of the door. The door control device includes: a distance calculation unit configured to calculate a distance from the door to the obstacle; a speed calculation unit configured to calculate an actual speed of the door; a braking force setting unit configured to set a braking condition indicating transition of a braking force applied to the door; a speed estimation unit configured to estimate transition of an estimated speed of the door from start of braking until the door stops; and a braking force correction unit configured, during braking, to correct a braking force such that the braking force is increased, or reduced, when a time gradient of the actual speed is gentler than, or steeper than, that of the estimated speed.

Door control device

A vehicle door device includes: a braking control unit applying a braking force to a swing door of a vehicle by controlling an operation of a braking device; and an action position detection unit detecting an action position of the swing door. The braking control unit sets a strong opening prevention boundary on a closing direction side from a fully open position as a mechanical opening action limit of the swing door and applies a braking force to the swing door that opens on an opening direction side from the strong opening prevention boundary.

Vehicle door device

A vehicle door apparatus includes: a moving object detector configured to detect a moving object approaching a door of a vehicle; a door opening operation detector configured to detect a door opening operation performed by an occupant in the vehicle; a door opening restriction unit configured to restrict opening of the door by the door opening operation when detecting approach of the moving object; and a door opening permission unit configured to permit opening of the door by the door opening operation when the door opening operation is detected a predetermined number of times in a state in which the opening of the door is restricted.

A door device for a vehicle includes a latch drive device configured to unlatch a swing door by driving a latch mechanism, a door hold-open device configured to hold the swing door at an opened angle by applying a braking force to the swing door, a door open switch issuing an operation request of the latch drive device to open the swing door; a door stop switch issuing an operation request of the door hold-open device, and a grip portion including the door open switch and the door stop switch to issue the operation requests of the door open switch and the door stop switch in a state where an occupant of the vehicle holds the grip portion.

Door device for vehicle

A vehicle door apparatus includes: an opening and closing drive device capable of opening and closing a swing door provided in a vehicle; and a control device configured to control the opening and closing drive device. The control device includes: an occupant detection unit configured to detect an occupant of the vehicle who approaches the door; a first opening operation control unit configured to open the door to a first opening degree when the occupant has entered an opening control area from a proximal end side of the door; and a second opening operation control unit configured to open the door from the first opening degree to a second opening degree when the occupant has moved to a free end side of the door beyond an opening operation trajectory of the door.
