A component supply device includes a reel placement portion capable of supporting a plurality of reels each on which a component supply tape is wound, and a feeder configured to feed the component supply tape toward a component supply position. The reel placement portion includes a first reel placement portion and a second reel placement portion including a first support configured to support an outer peripheral portion of a reel. The second reel placement portion is configured to change a position of the first support with respect to the feeder so as to change a distance between the feeder and the first support.

Component supply device

A tape ejection guide structure () is a structure which guides ejection of a component storing tape () ejected from a tape ejection port () of a component supply unit (A), and includes a guide body (), and a pair of restraining portions (). The guide body () guides an upper surface portion (A) of the component storing tape () which is ejected from the tape ejection port () in a tape ejection direction (H). A pair of restraining portions () is connected to both end portions of the guide body () in a tape width direction (H) respectively, and restrains the displacement in the tape width direction (H) of the component storing tape () which is ejected in a state where the upper surface (A) is guided by the guide body ().

Tape ejection guide structure, component supply device and component mounting machine

A component feeding device includes a tape lead-in mechanism that leads a component storage tape into a tape traveling path. A pair of tape holding portions are coupled to an operating lever such that the pair of tape holding portions are allowed to shift in posture between a holding posture in which the pair of tape holding portions are able to hold the component storage tape and a hold releasing posture in which the pair of tape holding portions release their hold on the component storage tape. As a result of turning together with the turned operating lever, the pair of tape holding portions shift in position between a send-off enabling position and a send-off disabling position at which the component storage tape is released from a state of being sent off. At the send-off disabling position, the pair of tape holding portions takes the hold releasing posture.

Component supply device and component mounting machine using the same

A component feeding device includes a cover tape lifting portion that carries out a lifting process of lifting a cover tape of a component storage tape, which travels along first guide surface portions, and a cover tape post-processing portion that carries out post-processing. The first guide surface portions are formed into curved shapes. The cover tape lifting portion includes a lifting extent adjusting portion that continuously increases an extent of lifting of the cover tape off a carrier tape. The cover tape post-processing portion includes an upper regulating portion that pushes the cover tape having been subjected to the lifting process outward in a tape width direction. The gap between the first guide surface portions and the upper regulating portion is determined such that the gap becomes narrower as the gap extends from the upstream side to the downstream side in the tape send-off direction.

Component feeding device and method

A component supply device supplies components stored in a component storage tape to a component extracting position. The component supply device includes a component exposing unit that performs an exposing process for exposing the components in the component storage tape fed by a tape feeding unit, the component storage tape traveling on a travel path formed from a tape travel path forming unit. The component supply device further includes a cover member that covers at least a part of each component storage part of the component storage tape after the exposing process by the component exposing unit.

A component supply device supplies components stored in a component storage tape to a component extracting position. The component supply device includes a component exposing unit that exposes the components in the component storage tape fed by a tape feeding unit, the component storage tape traveling on a travel path formed from a tape travel path forming unit. The component exposing unit includes an insertion member that is inserted between a cover tape and a carrier tape and includes a base part and a tip part continuous with an upstream end in a tape feeding direction of the base part. The tip part is inclined toward the cover tape away from the carrier tape with respect to the base part in a state where the insertion member is inserted between the cover tape and the carrier tape.

A component supply device supplies components stored in a component storage tape to a component extracting position. The component supply device includes a component exposing unit that exposes the components in the component storage tape fed by a tape feeding unit, the component storage tape traveling on a travel path formed from a tape travel path forming unit. The component exposing unit includes a cover tape raising unit that performs a raising process for a cover tape. In the travel path formed from the tape travel path forming unit, a first path part on which the cover tape raising unit is disposed is inclined to one direction side in a Z-axis direction from an upstream side toward a downstream side in a tape feeding direction.
