A clutch includes a roller arranged between a clutch housing and a driven side rotating body. The roller is rotated about a rotation axis of a drive side rotating body together with the drive side rotating body when the drive side rotating body is rotationally driven. The roller hinders rotation of the driven side rotating body by being sandwiched between the clutch housing and the driven side rotating body when the drive side rotating body is not rotationally driven. The support member sandwiches the roller between the clutch housing and the driven side rotating body. The support member rotates about the rotation axis of the drive side rotating body together with the drive side rotating body. The grease is arranged between the clutch housing and the roller. The support member restricts rotation of the roller about a central axis of the roller.

Clutch and motor

A lubricating grease composition includes a base oil, a thickener, and a solid lubricant, wherein the base oil is a synthetic hydrocarbon oil with a kinematic viscosity of 600 to 2000 mm/s at 40&#xb0; C., the thickener is a barium complex soap, and the solid lubricant is an inorganic fine particle with Mohs hardness of 3 to 6 and an average particle size of 10 to 40 &#x3bc;m.

Lubricating grease composition, clutch and power window motor

A clutch transmits rotation drive force of a rotation shaft to a driven shaft and restricts transmission of a rotation force from the driven shaft to the rotation shaft. The clutch includes a grease accommodation portion and a rotation member. Grease is arranged in the grease accommodation portion. The grease accommodation portion opens in an axial direction of the rotation shaft. The rotation member is at least partially inserted into the grease accommodation portion and rotated with the rotation shaft about a center axis of the rotation shaft. The rotation member includes a leakage restriction wall that is located toward a radially outer side of the rotation shaft from the opening of the grease accommodation portion and extended in the axial direction of the rotation shaft. The leakage restriction wall is located toward an outer side of the grease accommodation portion from the opening of the grease accommodation portion.

A motor includes a rotation shaft, a commutator, power supply brushes, and a brush holder. The brush holder includes an opposing portion that faces an end face of the commutator in an axial direction, a bearing holder, and a diffusion stopper. The diffusion stopper is arranged in a portion of the opposing portion located toward the outer side in the radial direction from the bearing holder and limits the diffusion of abrasion powder of the power supply brushes. The diffusion stopper is projected toward the commutator in the axial direction or recessed in the axial direction.

A brush holder extends substantially in a radial direction of a commutator. The brush holder includes a first inner side surface and a second inner side surface, which are separate from each other in the axial direction of the commutator. A torsion spring presses portions-to-be-pressed of a brush-rear end, thereby urging the brush toward the commutator. The portions-to-be-pressed are deviated from a brush-center line in the axial direction of the commutator. The brush is urged by the torsion spring, thereby bringing a brush-tip end into contact with the first inner side surface, and bringing the brush-rear end into contact with the second inner side surface.
