Disclosed is a block copolymer composition for a hot melt adhesive, comprising a block copolymer A and a block copolymer B each having a particular structure, characterized in that the aromatic vinyl monomer unit content of the block copolymer A is 30% to 50% by weight; the aromatic vinyl monomer unit content of the block copolymer B is 15% to 25% by weight; a content of the aromatic vinyl monomer units relative to all polymer components of the block copolymer composition is 18% to 45% by weight; the weight ratio (A/B) of the block copolymer A with respect to the block copolymer B is 20/80 to 80/20; and the ratio (MwA/MwB) of the weight average molecular weight of the block copolymer A (MwA) with respect to the weight average molecular weight of the block copolymer B (MwB) is 0.65 to 1.5.

Block copolymer composition for hot melt adhesive

Provided is an adhesive composition for labels, which can be easily applied at a relatively low temperature and has satisfactory die cutting properties so that the adhesive composition can contribute to an improvement of the productivity of labels, and which is capable of producing labels having excellent holding power and tackiness. There is disclosed an adhesive composition for labels comprising: a block copolymer A represented by the following general formula (A); a polymer C, which is a polymer having a glass transition temperature of &#x2212;30&#xb0; C. or lower, or a block copolymer that has a polymer block having a glass transition temperature of &#x2212;30&#xb0; C. or lower at an end of the polymer chain; and a tackifier resin D.Ar1-D-Ar2&#x2003;&#x2003;(A),in the general formula (A), Ar1represents an aromatic vinyl polymer block having a weight average molecular weight of 6,000 to 20,000; Ar2represents an aromatic vinyl polymer block having a weight average molecular weight of 22,000 to 400,000; and Drepresents a conjugated diene polymer block having a vinyl bond content of 1 mol % to 20 mol %.

Adhesive composition for labels

The present invention provides a composition for a stretchable film, which achieves a high-level balance between a high elastic modulus and a small permanent elongation, which is excellent in adhesive force when laminated with a non-woven fabric or the like, and also has good formability. The present invention also provides a composition for a stretchable film comprising a block copolymer composition containing a block copolymer A represented by the following general formula (A) and a block copolymer B represented by the following general formula (B), and a polyolefin-based thermoplastic resin:Ar1-D-Ar2&#x2003;&#x2003;(A)(Ar-D)-X&#x2003;&#x2003;(B),in these formulas, Ar1and Areach represent an aromatic vinyl polymer block having a weight average molecular weight of 6,000 to 20,000; Ar2represents an aromatic vinyl polymer block having a weight average molecular weight of 40,000 to 400,000; Dand Deach represent a conjugated diene polymer block having a vinyl bond content of 1 mol % to 20 mol %; X represents a single bond or a residue of a coupling agent; and n represents an integer of 2 or greater.

Composition for stretchable film

An object of the present invention is to provide a block copolymer composition containing an aromatic vinyl-conjugated diene-aromatic vinyl block copolymer, which is capable of achieving a high-level balance between a high elastic modulus and a small permanent set, and is capable of producing a highly isotropic molded product having uniform mechanical properties even when a molding method which is likely to cause molecular orientation, such as extrusion molding, is applied. The object is attained by providing a block copolymer composition comprising a block copolymer A represented by the following Formula (A) and a block copolymer B represented by the following Formula (B), wherein a weight ratio (A/B) between the block copolymer A and the block copolymer B is 36/64 to 85/15:12&#x2003;&#x2003;(A)()&#x2003;&#x2003;(B),in the Formulae (A) and (B), Ar1and Areach represent an aromatic vinyl polymer block having a weight average molecular weight of 6,000 to 15,000; Ar2represents an aromatic vinyl polymer block having a weight average molecular weight of 40,000 to 400,000; Wand Deach represent a conjugated diene polymer block having a vinyl bond content of 1 mol % to 20 mol %; X represents a residue of a coupling agent; and n represents an integer of 3 or greater.

Block copolymer composition, film, and method for producing block copolymer composition

Disclosed is a block copolymer composition for flexographic printing plates, which is capable of providing a flexographic printing plate that has much more excellent wear resistance than conventional flexographic printing plates, while maintaining sufficient rubber elasticity. The block copolymer composition for flexographic printing plates comprises a block copolymer A and a block copolymer B, each of which is an aromatic vinyl-conjugated diene-aromatic vinyl block copolymer having a specific structure, wherein a content of the aromatic vinyl monomer unit in the block copolymer A is 41% or more.

Block copolymer composition for flexographic printing plates

The block copolymer composition comprises a block copolymer A represented by formula (A) and a block copolymer B represented by formula (B), where the weight ratio of the block copolymer A to the block copolymer B, A/B, is from 36/64 to 85/15 and the ratio of the aromatic vinyl monomer units relative to all polymer components in the block copolymer composition is 27-70 wt %. (In the formulae, Ar1, Ar1and Ar2each represent an aromatic vinyl polymer block having a weight-average molecular weight of from 6,000 to 18,000; Ar2represents an aromatic vinyl polymer block having a weight-average molecular weight of from 40,000 to 400,000; Dand Deach represent a conjugated diene polymer block having a vinyl bond content of from 1 to 20% by mol; and Dhas a weight-average molecular weight of from 60,000 to 400,000).
