An X-ray image capturing apparatus includes: scanning and signal lines; an X-ray sensor; detecting elements; a switching element to make charges accumulated in response to an OFF voltage and released in response to an ON voltage; a scan driving unit to switch a voltage applied to the scanning lines between ON and OFF voltages; a readout circuit to read the charges as image data; and a control circuit to detect an irradiation start by a first scheme based on a current increase due to X-ray irradiation or a second scheme based on an output from the X-ray sensor and to turn off the switching element to make charges accumulated if the first or second scheme detects the irradiation start, wherein a detection threshold is set such that the second scheme has a slower response and can detect an X-ray at a lower dose rate than the first scheme.

A radiography image photographing device includes: a sensor panel in which a plurality of radiation detection elements is arrayed two-dimensionally; a housing that houses the sensor panel; a detector that detects triaxial acceleration applied to the housing; an integrator that integrates a temporal change of acceleration in each axis which acceleration is detected by the detector; a normalization processor that normalizes an integration value of the acceleration in each axis which value is by the integrator; and a determiner that classifies the numeric value of each axis, which value is normalized by the normalization processor, by a first threshold and determines an impact part on the housing on the basis of a result of the classification for each axis.

Radiography image photographing device and radiography image photographing system

A radiographic image capturing apparatus, includes the following. A sensor panel includes scanning lines, signal lines, a two-dimensional array of radiation detecting elements each having a first electrode and a second electrode, bias lines each applying a reverse bias voltage to the corresponding radiation detecting element, and switching elements. The first electrode of each radiation detecting element is connected to the corresponding bias line. The second electrode of the radiation detecting element is connected to the corresponding signal line via the corresponding switch element. A determination unit determines any defect in the sensor panel based on a signal value read after varying a potential difference between each signal line and the corresponding bias line or a signal value read after turning-on or turning-off of each switching element during a readout operation from the corresponding radiation detecting element.

Radiographic image capturing apparatus and radiographic image capturing system

A radiation image capturing apparatus includes a plurality of radiation detecting elements; a switch element; a scanning line; a signal line; a bias line; a hardware processor; and a reader which reads image data based on detection of irradiation, the image data based on an amount of charge accumulated in the plurality of radiation detecting elements. The hardware processor samples a signal a plurality of times, the signal based on a current of at least one of the currents flowing in the signal line, the bias line, the scanning line, and the detector line within a predetermined term and the hardware processor obtains a digital signal. The hardware processor calculates the obtained digital signal. The hardware processor determines whether the radiation image capturing apparatus is under a disturbance environment based on a result of calculation.

Radiation image capturing apparatus and radiation image capturing system

A radiographic apparatus includes: a plurality of detection elements arranged in a two-dimensional fashion; at least one radiation sensor configured to change a signal value to be output, when radiation is emitted thereto; and an irradiation start detecting unit configured to determine whether X-ray emission from an X-ray generator has been started based on the signal value output from the radiation sensor, wherein, when the signal value output from the radiation sensor moves out of a predetermined range, the irradiation start detecting unit does not determine whether the signal value output from the radiation sensor is a signal value outside the predetermined range at least, and when the number of times the signal value output from the radiation sensor moves out of the predetermined range reaches a predetermined number, the irradiation start detecting unit detects a start of X-ray emission from the X-ray generator.

Radiographic apparatus with X-ray emission detection

A data communication system and a radiation image capturing system are described. According to one implementation, a data communication system includes a wireless terminal; an access point; and a channel determination section. The channel determination section carries out calculation processing for calculating an influence rate as a score for each of a plurality of channels, and determines a channel having the smallest calculated score to be a channel used, and classifies the influence rate by the interfering radio wave into a plurality of zones, sets the score in each of the zones so that the value of the score is higher as transmission/receiving of the data between the wireless terminal and the access point of the system becomes more difficult when the interfering radio wave having the strength of the zone exists, adds the scores of each zone, and calculates the score.
