The moving blades are configured so as to meet a condition: (L&plus;3D)&times;f&gE;14,500 or L&times;(L&plus;D)&times;f &gE;1.55&times;10 , where L is an effective length of the moving blade measured in inches, D is a blade root circle diameter of the moving blades measured in inches, and f is the rated operating speed of the turbine measured in Hz. The moving blades are formed of a titanium alloy. The dovetail has an Christmas-tree shape, and is a curved-axial-entry. The moving blades are configured and arranged so as to meet a condition: 3.5&lE;P/W&lE;7.0 or 0.8&lE;P/C&lE;1.0, where W is a width of a section of a tip of the moving blade measured along an axis of the rotor wheel, P is pitch of the moving blades, and C is a chord length of the tip section of the moving blade. Adjacent moving blades are connected to each other in such a manner that the adjacent moving blades being capable of relative movement while the adjacent moving blades being connected to each other.

Moving blades for steam turbine

A combined cycle power plant generally comprises a gas turbine power facility, a heat recovery steam generator, a steam turbine power facility, and an existing boiler. The power generation plant further comprises a system for introducing steam, which is generated in the heat recovery steam generator and the existing boiler, to the steam turbine of the steam turbine power facility through steam lines, which extend from the existing boiler and heat recovery steam generator and are then joined together, and a system for causing a line, which is arranged on a downstream side of a condenser provided in the steam turbine power facility, to branch off into feedwater lines, and supplying condensed water condensed by the condenser into the heat recovery steam generator and the existing boiler.

A steam turbine includes a turbine high pressure section, a turbine intermediate pressure section and a turbine low pressure section, in which at least two or more of these pressure sections are combined together, and a turbine rotor which is subjected to a gradient thermal treatment at different thermal treating temperatures at respective pressure sections is rotatably supported by bearings and accommodated in a turbine casing, and in a case where an axial distance from a setting position of a turbine movable blade of a final stage of the turbine low pressure section to a setting position of a partition plate disposed at a time when the gradient thermal treatment is performed to each of the pressure sections at different thermal treating temperature is defined as A, a blade length of the turbine movable blade is defined as B, and an axial distance from a prior stage of the final stage of the turbine low pressure section to the setting position of the partition plate is defined as C, the setting position of the partition plate is set in a range of (A/B)&gE;0.9 and C&gE;300 mm.
