A probe including a catheter sheath, a shaft inserted inside the catheter sheath, and an attachment portion detachably attached to a rotational drive unit, wherein the attachment portion includes an isolation member isolating the inside of the attachment portion into a first area in which a member for transmitting the drive force generated by the rotational drive unit to the shaft is rotatably held and a second area in which the catheter sheath is fixedly held; the isolation member includes: an insertion hole through which the shaft is inserted between the first area and the second area and an ejection hole provided in a surface to which an end portion on the rotational drive unit side of the catheter sheath is connected and which is approximately perpendicular to the rotation axis of the shaft; and the ejection hole defines a flow path extending to the outside of the isolation member.

Probe and optical imaging apparatus for diagnosis

A digestive tract device is configured to reduce the burden on a living body associated with the adjustment of the length of a tubular portion retained inside the living body and simplify a retention operation after introducing the digestive tract device into the living body. The digestive tract device includes a tubular portion provided with a main body having a through hole extending in the longitudinal direction and a tip opening continuous with the through hole and a folded-back portion formed by folding back the main body in the longitudinal direction, a holding unit which holds the folded-back portion in a folded-back state with the tip opening open, and a retention unit which is provided on the base end side of the tubular portion and retains the tubular portion inside a living body.

Digestive tract device

A probe includes a connector having a connection end surface, a first cover covering the connection end surface of the connector and defined by a surface perpendicular to a first direction corresponding to the direction toward which the probe is inserted, and a second cover configured to move in a second direction corresponding to a direction opposite to the first direction and which covers the connector by being stretched from the outer circumference of the first cover toward the second direction. The second cover moves in the second direction by receiving a press force directed toward the second direction from a wall surface formed by an opening of the adapter unit at the time of insertion of the connector into the adapter unit. The first cover is configured to be broken by the connector's press force directed in the first direction when the second cover moves in the second direction.

A catheter holder which is compact and which can be relatively easily released while holding the unhoused portion of the catheter stably includes: an attachment portion for receiving or being attached to a portion of a holding tube housing a portion of the catheter, and a plurality of hold portions integral with the attachment portion and holding an unhoused portion of the catheter, which is exposed outside the holder tube.

Catheter holder

A tissue closing device includes an elongate arrangement device of which a distal end portion can penetrate an opening penetrating an living tissue membrane and which has a handling portion on the proximal side, and a clip which is detachably retained at a distal end portion of the arrangement device and which closes the opening. The arrangement device includes a retaining member for detachably retaining the clip and pulling the clip in the proximal direction, a cover tube, and a fixed tube. The handling portion has a first elastic member. When a restriction for maintaining the coil spring in a deformed state is canceled, the thread is moved to the proximal direction by the restoring force of the coil spring in the condition where the clip is locked to a distal end portion of the fixed tube, and the clip is pulled in the axial direction by the thread, whereby a deformation portion is deformed.

Tissue closing device

A tissue closing device includes a closure configured to close a hole penetrating a tissue membrane. The closure has a seal part for covering the hole penetrating the tissue membrane and a peripheral part of the hole from one surface side of the tissue membrane, and a deformable deformation part. The tissue closing device also comprises an arrangement device which removably retains the closure and closes the hole with the closure so as to arrange the closure in a living organism.
