Injection molding system and setting support method for injection molding machine

An injection molding system includes a step of determining a manufacturing condition including a combination of a first mold and a first injection molding machine, a step of confirming presence or absence of a first track record in production, in which a combination of the first mold and the first injection molding machine is used, by searching a production-track-record storage unit to, and a step of producing, in a case of the absence of the first track record in production, a corrected molding condition for injection molding by using the combination of the first injection molding machine and the first mold, based on first molding machine-specific information acquired in advance for the first injection molding machine, second molding machine-specific information acquired in advance for a second injection molding machine that is combined with the first mold and has a second track record in production, and the second track record in production acquired from the production-track-record storage unit. In the step, at least an amount of resin injected from the first injection molding machine into the first mold is corrected, and the produced corrected molding condition is inputted to the second injection molding machine.

Injection molding system, molding condition correction system, and injection molding method

An injection molding system includes: determining a manufacturing condition including a first mold and a first injection molding machine; checking whether a first actual production result acquired using the combination of the first mold and the first injection molding machine exists by searching an actual production result storage unit; and generating a correction molding condition for performing injection molding using the combination of the first injection molding machine and first mold based on first molding-machine-unique information acquired in advance for the first injection molding machine, second molding-machine-unique information acquired in advance for a second injection molding machine with which a second actual production result is acquired in combination with the first mold, and the second actual production result acquired from the actual production result storage unit when the first actual production result does not exist, and inputs the generated correction molding condition to the second injection molding machine.

A flow-rate sensor is provided with a lead frame, a semiconductor chip that is disposed on one surface of the lead frame, and in which a diaphragm including a void portion on the lead frame side is formed, a flow rate detecting unit that is formed on the one surface including the diaphragm of the semiconductor chip, and resin that includes a flow passage opening portion exposing at least a portion of the flow rate detecting unit formed on the diaphragm, and covers the lead frame and the semiconductor chip. A lower side resin portion of the resin covering another surface side of the lead frame, on an opposite side to the one surface side thereof, has a thinned portion that is thinner than a periphery thereof in a region facing a peripheral edge portion of the diaphragm.

Provided is a flow analysis method capable of predicting a flow state of a composite resin material by taking into account a change in filler dispersion degree of the composite resin material. In a flow analysis method for a composite resin material having a filler and a resin, in a certain process of identifying a region in which the composite resin material flows and analyzing a flow, an exothermic reaction speed of the composite resin material in the region is computed using a filler dispersion degree in the composite resin material, a temperature and the filler dispersion degree of the composite resin material in the region is computed using the computed exothermic reaction speed, and an exothermic reaction speed in a process subsequent to a process is computed using the computed filler dispersion degree.
