A control apparatus according to an embodiment is a control apparatus that embeds a virtual network for implementing provision of a service on a physical network, the control apparatus including: a first acquisition unit that acquires a predicted value of an amount of traffic of the service and a predicted value of an amount of power including renewable energy usable by each of physical nodes constituting the physical network; a second acquisition unit that acquires information regarding the physical network; a solution calculation unit that calculates an optimal solution of a 2-stage robust optimization problem regarding allocation of virtual nodes constituting the virtual network to the physical nodes and route determination between the virtual nodes to minimize a link congestion rate representing a maximum value of a utilization rate of a link constituting the physical network and a node power congestion rate representing a maximum value of a power consumption rate of a node constituting the physical network on the basis of the predicted value of the amount of traffic, the predicted value of the amount of power, and the information regarding the physical network; and a control unit that controls the virtual network embedded in the physical network on the basis of the allocation of the virtual nodes and the route determination that are represented by the optimal solution.

A vehicle service providing system includes a vehicle and a server apparatus. The vehicle includes an in-vehicle camera and one or more vehicle processors. The server apparatus includes an output unit, one or more server memories, and one or more server processors. The one or more vehicle processors transmit, to the server apparatus, point group data and patch data regarding the face of an occupant, together with classification data regarding the occupant or the vehicle with which the occupant is uniquely unidentifiable. The one or more server processors carry out morphing with the use of point group data and patch data regarding a selected one of sample face images, and the point group data and the patch data generated regarding the occupant, to generate a morphed face image, and allow the output unit to output the morphed face image, instead of a face image of the occupant.

Vehicle service providing system

A vehicle includes a storage, an obtainer, an extractor, a comparator, and a notification processor. The storage is configured to store first vehicle data in association with first image data. The obtainer is configured to acquire second vehicle data and second image data. The extractor is configured to extract, from the first vehicle data and the first image data stored in the storage, the first vehicle data that is identical or similar to road data obtained from the second image data. The comparator is configured to compare the second vehicle data acquired by the obtainer with the first vehicle data extracted by the extractor, and obtain a difference value between the second vehicle data and the first vehicle data. The notification processor is configured to execute, when the difference value obtained by the comparator exceeds a predetermined value, a notification that the difference value exceeds the predetermined value.

A vehicle includes a social media information acquisition unit, a collector, a browsing time acquisition unit, an extractor, and a control processor. The social media information acquisition unit communicates with portable devices of occupants in the vehicle to acquire social media information of the occupants from the portable devices. The collector collects search keywords from the social media information of the occupants. The browsing time acquisition unit acquires information on browsing time for each of the search keywords from the social media information. The extractor extracts a common subject based on the search keywords collected from all of the portable devices of the occupants in a communicable state, and the information on the browsing time. The control processor determines content of a proposal to be provided to the occupants in the vehicle based on the common subject, and notifies the occupants of the content of the proposal.

A vehicle of a system that provides a service includes an in-vehicle camera configured to capture an image of an occupant of the vehicle, and a vehicle controller. A sever apparatus includes an output unit and a server controller. The vehicle controller segments a captured region of a face of the occupant from the captured image by the in-vehicle camera, and generates point group information and patch information for the face regarding a segmented face image of the occupant. The vehicle controller executes a morphing process on a sample face image with use of the point group information and the patch information regarding the face image of the occupant, to generate a morphed face image to be transmitted to the server apparatus instead of the face image of the occupant.

An occupant-dependent setting system for a vehicle includes a setting processor, a server apparatus including a server memory, and first and second authentication processors. On the condition that the occupant is authenticated by the first authentication processor, the second authentication processor acquires, from the vehicle, data regarding the occupant and data regarding the vehicle, and authenticates a combination of the occupant and the vehicle. On the condition that the combination of the occupant and the vehicle is unauthenticatable by the data regarding the occupant and the data regarding the vehicle, the second authentication processor authenticates the combination of the occupant and the vehicle, by a combination of account data regarding the occupant and the vehicle. The account data is held by an occupant terminal of the occupant on board the vehicle to make access to the server apparatus.

An occupant-dependent setting system for a vehicle includes a setting processor, a combination authentication processor, and a memory. The setting processor provides the vehicle with setting to make occupant-dependent setting available in the vehicle. The combination authentication processor authenticates a combination of an occupant on board the vehicle and the vehicle. The memory holds personalized setting data. On the condition that the combination of the occupant and the vehicle is authenticated by the combination authentication processor, the setting processor acquires the personalized setting data regarding the occupant authenticated by the combination authentication processor from the memory and provides the vehicle with the setting.

A gaze calibration system includes first and second display units, an imaging unit, a display image processor, a calibration data generation processor, and a calibration processor. The first display unit is disposed vehicle-widthwise halfway and vehicle-lengthwise in front of a driver's seat of the vehicle. The second display unit fronts onto the driver's seat. The imaging unit is disposed on an upper portion of the outer periphery of the first display unit. The calibration data generation processor detects, from an image captured by the imaging unit, facial poses and gaze directions with gazes of a driver who drives the vehicle that are directed respectively toward the first and second display units, to generate calibration data. On the basis of the calibration data, the calibration processor makes calibration of the gaze directions.

Gaze calibration system

A vehicle includes a fatigue state detector, an information provider, and a processor. The fatigue state detector is configured to detect a fatigue degree of an occupant of the vehicle. The information provider is configured to provide various pieces of information related to traveling of the vehicle to the occupant. The processor is configured to change a frequency of providing the various pieces of the information by the information provider, depending on the fatigue degree of the occupant.

An attachment structure of a vehicular module to a ceiling of a vehicle cabin of a vehicle includes a design member. The design member is configured to attach, to the ceiling, the module including an in-cabin sensor configured to perform detection in the vehicle cabin, and includes a securing portion configured to be secured to a vehicle-body ceiling member of the vehicle or an interior ceiling member disposed on a vehicle cabin side of the vehicle-body ceiling member, a downward protrusion protruding downward from the securing portion, and a design constituent extending from the downward protrusion and covering the securing portion. On the basis of the determination data, the one or more processors make assignment of a part to be monitored, of an occupant in a vehicle, to be monitored by the occupant monitoring apparatus, to detect a physical state of the occupant.

A vehicle setting system includes an occupant data acquisition processor, a server apparatus including a provisional generation processor, a provisional acquisition processor, and a setting processor. The occupant data acquisition processor acquires or estimates physical data regarding an occupant on board the vehicle, at least in a case with absence of a setting value for the occupant held in a vehicle memory of a vehicle. The provisional generation processor acquires the physical data regarding the occupant, and generates a provisional setting value for the relevant occupant. The provisional acquisition processor acquires the provisional setting value. The setting processor records, in a vehicle memory of the vehicle, the provisional setting value as the setting value for the occupant, and provides the vehicle with setting of the provisional setting value.

A vehicle occupant monitoring apparatus includes an operation determination unit and an output unit. The operation determination unit is configured to process a captured image obtained by an imaging device configured to capture an image of an occupant in a vehicle. The operation determination unit is further configured to determine a non-contact operation provided by the occupant. The output unit is configured to output a control signal associated beforehand with the non-contact operation that is provided by the occupant and that is determined by the operation determination unit.

Vehicle occupant monitoring apparatus

An occupant monitoring device for a vehicle includes an imager, a display, and a determiner. The imager is configured to image a cabin of the vehicle to monitor conditions of occupants in the vehicle. The display is configured to display a screen to be viewed by the occupants in the vehicle. The determiner is configured to determine the conditions of the occupants in the vehicle by using captured image data obtained by imaging each of the occupants by the imager while the screen is displayed on the display. A panel configured to display the screen of the display has an outer edge outside a display area of the screen. The imager is disposed on a back of the outer edge of the panel of the display.

Occupant monitoring device for vehicle

A drive assist system includes an occupant monitoring apparatus, a determination apparatus, and a drive assist control apparatus. The occupant monitoring apparatus monitors a physical state of an occupant, including a driver, of a vehicle. The determination apparatus determines a traveling state and a stopped state of the vehicle. The drive assist control apparatus executes a control to secure safe traveling upon determining that sleep duration of the occupant is less than a predetermined time and quality of sleep thereof is lower than a predetermined level on the basis of monitoring information acquired by the occupant monitoring apparatus. The drive assist control apparatus includes one or more processors that perform, in a case where determination information from the determination apparatus indicates the stopped state, a control of appropriately restricting the driver's driving operation on the basis of at least the sleep duration and the quality of sleep of the driver.
