The movable contact piece includes a first movable contact disposed to face the first fixed contact. The contact case includes a first fixed contact and a movable contact piece. The magnet generates a magnetic field inside the contact case. The magnet holding member is comprised of resin. The magnet holding portion includes a flexible portion. The magnet holding member holds the magnet as the flexible portion deforms.

Electromagnetic relay

An electromagnetic relay includes a movable contact piece, a drive shaft, a spacer, a contact spring, and a stopper. The drive shaft is positioned apart from the movable contact piece in a second direction from the first fixed contact toward the first movable contact. The drive shaft includes a shaft portion and a flange portion projecting from the shaft portion. The spacer is positioned between the movable contact piece and the drive shaft. The contact spring is disposed between the spacer and the drive shaft. The stopper includes a holding portion and a press portion. The holding portion holds, together with the spacer, the movable contact piece in the movement direction of the movable contact piece. The press portion is pressed in the second direction by the flange portion of the drive shaft when the first movable contact is separated from the first fixed contact.

An electromagnetic relay includes a base, a contact block, an electromagnet block, a permanent magnet, and a rigid member. The base is insulating. The contact block is placed on the base. The electromagnet block is placed on the base at a space from the contact block. The permanent magnet generates a magnetic field in the contact block. The rigid member is made of a magnetic material having a higher rigidity than the base, is incorporated in the base, and suppresses a magnetic flux leakage of the permanent magnet.

An electromagnetic relay includes a fixed contact, a movable contact, a movable contact piece, a movable iron core, a drive shaft, a coil, and a stopper. The movable iron core is movable in a moving direction including a contact direction in which the movable contact approaches the fixed contact and a separation direction in which the movable contact separates from the fixed contact. The movable contact faces the fixed contact. The movable contact piece is connected to the movable contact. The movable contact piece is movable between a closed position at which the movable contact is in contact with the fixed contact and an open position at which the movable contact is separated from the fixed contact. The dust collecting mechanism is disposed adjacent to the fixed contact and the movable contact. The dust collecting mechanism generates a second negative pressure greater than a first negative pressure generated between the fixed contact and the movable contact when the movable contact piece moves from the closed position to the open position.

An electromagnetic relay includes a fixed terminal, a movable contact piece, a first contact, a second contact, a movable mechanism, and a magnet unit. The first contact is disposed on one of the fixed terminal or the movable contact piece. The second contact is disposed on another of the fixed terminal or the movable contact piece. The magnet unit generates a magnetic field to apply a Lorentz force to an arc generated between the first contact and the second contact. The magnet unit applies the Lorentz force in a first direction to the arc when a current flowing through the arc is directed from the second contact toward the first contact. In a state in which the first contact is in contact with the second contact, a center position of the first contact and a center position of the second contact are shifted from each other in the first direction.

The electromagnetic relay includes a fixed terminal, a movable contact piece, a drive device, a contact case, at least one magnet, and at least one yoke. The fixed terminal includes a fixed contact. The movable contact piece includes a movable contact disposed to face the fixed contact. A first yoke is arranged in a contact direction with respect to a movable contact piece. A second yoke is arranged in an opening direction with respect to the movable contact piece. The first yoke and the second yoke are configured to generate a magnetic force that attracts the first yoke and the second yoke to each other when the movable contact contacts the fixed contact and is energized. The first yoke and the second yoke are arranged not to contact each other so that the movable contact piece can contact the fixed terminal in a state where the movable contact and the fixed contact are lost.

An electromagnetic relay includes a case including a base, a first fixed terminal held by the base, a movable contact piece, a gas inflow space, and a gas passage. The first fixed terminal includes a first fixed contact disposed apart from the base in a first direction inside the case, a contact support portion disposed between the first fixed contact and the base and configured to support the first fixed contact, and a first extending portion extending at an angle from the contact support portion and penetrating the base in the first direction. The movable contact piece includes a first movable contact facing the first fixed contact in the first direction. The gas inflow space is formed between the base and the contact support portion inside the case. The gas passage penetrates the base in the first direction and communicates the gas inflow space with an outside of the case.

An electromagnetic relay includes a fixed terminal, a movable contact piece, a first contact, and a second contact. The fixed terminal includes a first surface. The movable contact piece includes a second surface disposed to face the first surface.
