A conductor includes a connection conductor that is directly connected to at least one of a plurality of electrode terminals of an electrode terminal group of a plurality of battery cells arranged in a same direction; a linear conductor that is connected to a battery monitoring unit configured to monitor a battery state of the battery cells; a fuse element that is indirectly connected between the connection conductor and the linear conductor, and that melts when overcurrent flows between the connection conductor and the linear conductor; and a resin mold member that has an insulation property and that includes the fuse element, a part of the connection conductor, and a part of a relay terminal.

Connection structure of conductor and conductive module

A busbar module includes a basic busbar module assembled to an electrode terminal group arranged in a row of a battery module formed of a plurality of battery cells, and a holding member that holds the basic busbar module. The basic busbar module includes a plurality of busbars that is arranged along an arrangement direction of respective electrode terminals of the electrode terminal group and is electrically connected to the corresponding electrode terminals, and flat cable having a conductor portion that is electrically connected to the plurality of busbars, and an insulating holding portion that holds the plurality of busbars, and the holding member has a holding body that holds the basic busbar module.

Busbar module and battery pack

A connection conductor and a relay terminal are electrically connected together directly, the connection conductor being electrically connected to one of the two opposite electrode terminals of a battery cell, the relay terminal being provided to an extremity of a voltage detection conductor electrically connected to a voltage detector. The relay terminal has a fusible part operable to fuse and break when an overcurrent flows through the fusible part, wherein a sectional area of the fusible part perpendicular to a direction in which the voltage detection conductor extends is smaller than a sectional area of any other part of the relay terminal perpendicular to the direction.

Voltage detection structure and voltage detection module

A bus bar module includes a plurality of bus bars, conductive portions for the respective bus bars, and a flexible flat conductor that includes insulating holding members each holding each of the conductive portions and each of the bus bars. The flexible flat conductor includes conductor connection areas for the respective bus bars in which the bus bar and an electric connecting portion are electrically connected to each other, and a connection area that connects the adjacent conductor connection areas in an arranging direction of the bus bars. Each of the conductor connection areas is formed in a mountain fold shape so as to expand and contract in the arranging direction, and is formed so as to reduce a difference in rigidity between the conductor connection areas.
