A gas compressor includes a compression mechanism, a separator tank that introduces lubricating oil to be supplied to the compression mechanism and a mixed fluid of a working fluid and lubricating oil discharged from the compression mechanism and separates the lubricating oil. An oil cooler cools the lubricating oil from the separator tank. An oil circulation path supplies cooled lubricating oil to the compression mechanism. The gas compressor includes a suction temperature sensor that detects suction temperature of the working fluid, a discharge pressure sensor that detects discharge pressure of the compressed working fluid, a rotation speed sensor that detects rotation speed of the motor. A lubricating oil state estimation unit estimates the temperature of the lubricating oil based on the detected suction temperature, discharge pressure, and rotation speed of the motor. The lubricating oil state estimation unit uses this result to estimate the deterioration state of the lubricating oil.

Gas compressor

A liquid-cooled rotary compressor includes a compressor main body having a compression chamber formed by a fixed wall and a rotating wall and compressing gas, and a liquid injection path for injecting a coolant into the compression chamber, and adjusts a discharge flow rate by changing a rotational speed of the rotating wall. The compressor includes a liquid amount adjusting unit that adjusts an amount of the coolant supplied from the liquid injection path to the compressor main body according to a change in the rotational speed of the rotating wall, and a compressed gas supply path that supplies compressed gas to a downstream side of the liquid amount adjusting unit in the liquid injection path. The compressed gas is supplied from the compressed gas supply path to the liquid injection path according to the amount of the coolant supplied to the compressor main body.

Liquid-cooled rotary compressor and coolant supply method therefor

In a scroll compressor, at an end plate surface of a fixed scroll, an annular back pressure groove connected to a back pressure chamber is provided, and an arc-shaped first groove and an arc-shaped second groove are provided inside the back pressure groove in a radial direction. A distance between the second groove and the back pressure groove is shorter than a distance between the first groove and the back pressure groove. A revolving scroll is provided with a first hole and a second hole for guiding lubricant oil from an oil supply path to the end plate surface side of the fixed scroll. At least part of a movement locus of an opening of the first hole is included in the first groove. At least part of a movement locus of an opening of the second hole is included in the second groove. The first groove and the second groove at least partially overlap with each other in the radial direction.

Scroll compressor and refrigeration cycle device

A scroll compressor includes a hermetic container, a fixed scroll, a swing scroll, a frame, an electric motor, and a shaft. A first groove and a second groove are provided outside a fixed wrap in a radial direction at an end plate surface of the fixed scroll. An oil supply hole for guiding lubricant oil from a through-hole opens at an end plate surface of the swing scroll. A single opening of the oil supply hole alternately communicates with the first groove and the second groove along with swing of the swing scroll.

A scroll compressor has: a revolving scroll; a fixed scroll; a compression chamber that is defined by the revolving scroll and the fixed scroll to compress a working fluid; a suction chamber that is defined by the revolving scroll and the fixed scroll to suck the compressed working fluid; an electric motor that drives the revolving scroll; a bypass mechanism that communicates or shuts off between the compression chamber and the suction chamber; and a sealed vessel, wherein the bypass mechanism has: a bypass port that is formed in the fixed scroll and communicates between the compression chamber and the suction chamber; and a bypass valve that opens and closes the bypass port, and wherein a groove is formed in the revolving lap to communicate between the bypass port and a suction pressure space when the bypass port is open.
