Provided is a low-cost noise filter having a noise suppression effect that is not reduced even when a resonance frequency changes according to changes in temperature. A noise filter includes: a noise detection unit which detects a common mode noise; a cancellation signal output unit; an injection unit which injects a cancellation signal; and a grounded capacitor. The cancellation signal output unit includes a filter part which generates the cancellation signal from the common mode noise, and an amplification part which amplifies the cancellation signal. A temperature dependence of a product of an inductance value and a capacitance value of a main circuit portion including the noise detection unit, the injection unit, and the grounded capacitor, and a temperature dependence of a product of an inductance value and a capacitance value of the filter part, are equal to each other.

Noise filter

A resonant inverter includes: an input capacitor; an inverter; a snubber circuit; a transformer having a primary winding connected to an AC end of the inverter; a resonant coil, a resonant capacitor, and a current sensor on the secondary winding side of the transformer; and a control unit, wherein, on the basis of current detected by the current sensor, the control unit controls switching elements so as to perform zero voltage switching at the time of turning-on, at a frequency at which a load including the resonant coil and the resonant capacitor becomes capacitive, and performs power regeneration of energy stored in a snubber capacitor to a DC voltage source.

A power conversion apparatus includes a high-power-factor converter section converting an AC voltage to a DC voltage, a smoothing capacitor, a DC/DC converter section, and a control circuit. The control circuit controls the high-power-factor converter section such that the power factor of AC is controlled and a DC voltage follows a target value, and performs duty control for semiconductor switching devices such that a DC voltage from the DC/DC converter section to a load follows an instruction value. A position detection system for an underwater inspection unit or vehicle improves the detection accuracy of the unit's position. The unit includes a pressure sensor for detecting its vertical position, and an inertial sensor for detecting its attitude angle. The unit also includes a range sensor unit for detecting relative distances relative to a neighboring structure A in several directions on substantially the same plane. A control unit computes a position of a detection direction plane of the range sensor unit based on the unit's detected vertical position and attitude angle, and a cross-sectional shape and position of the structure at the computed position of the detection direction plane. Additionally, the control unit computes the unit's relative position with respect to the structure's cross-sectional shape based on detection results by the range sensor unit, and computes the unit's horizontal position based on position information of the structure's cross-sectional shape.
