A mobile apparatus includes a position detection device, and an autonomous mobile body. The position detection device includes input means for inputting route data, a distance sensor, map data, position identification means, and relative route calculation means for calculating a relative position and a relative angle to a position of the target point from the position data and the route data of the mobile body. The autonomous mobile body includes a controller that controls an autonomous travel of the autonomous mobile body itself by using the relative position and the relative angle received from the position detection device as control signals.

When an axial gap rotating electrical machine is assembled, stator cores are accurately positioned and a manufacturing process therefor is simplified. The axial gap rotating electrical machine comprises: a housing frame body having a first space in the cylindrical central part thereof and multiple second spaces located in the circumferential direction which have the same distances from the center; a shaft rotatably provided in the first space in the housing frame body; a core placed in each of the second spaces in the housing frame body and a coil arranged around the core; a rotor yoke fixed on the shaft, extended in the direction of the circumference thereof, and having multiple magnets arranged in circumferential positions confronting the cores; and a case having a hole for the shaft and housing the housing frame body and the rotor yoke.

Axial gap rotating electrical machine

An armature core includes a core portion formed of a lamination of plural non-crystalline metallic foil bands, wherein the armature core is provided with at least two cut surfaces with respect to the lamination layers. Amorphous metal is used as the iron base of the non-crystalline metallic foil bands. The cut surfaces are perpendicular to the lamination layers of the non-crystalline foil bands. Still further, the stator includes a stator core holding member in a disc form, the stator having a plurality of holes or recessions that are substantially in the same shape as a cross-sectional shape of the stator cores and wherein the stator cores are inserted in the holes or recessions of the stator core holding member and held by fixing in vicinities of respective central portions thereof, the central portions being with respect to the axial direction thereof.

Armature core, motor using same, and axial gap electrical rotating machine using same

An axial gap motor includes a stator having stator teeth, and also includes a rotor opposed to the stator with a gap in an axial direction of the stator. Each of the stator teeth includes a stator tooth body, a stator tooth end joined to at least one axial-direction end of the stator tooth body, and a stator coil disposed around the stator tooth body. The stator tooth body includes a wound core comprised of a multi-layered amorphous foil strip winding. The stator tooth end is formed by a compact including a powder magnetic core, and the stator tooth end includes a surface opposed to the rotor. A cross-sectional area of the stator tooth end perpendicular to an axis of the amorphous foil strip winding is larger than a cross-sectional area of the stator tooth body perpendicular to the axis of the amorphous foil strip winding.

Axial gap motor, compressor, motor system, and power generator

The present invention provides a motor which includes a stator including a plurality of one-phase stators composed of a pair of stator cores having claw-type teeth and a coil for generating magnetic flux at the claw-type teeth, and a rotor for generating torque at a rotary shaft, wherein the stator core includes a plurality of split cores having the same shape, and the split cores are formed to have a recessed portion and a projected portion to be fitted in the recessed portion. Thereby, by using a plurality of the split cores having the same shape, one stator core is formed. On this occasion, the shape of the split cores is molded so that the recessed portion and the projected portion of one stator core are disposed at positions at which those are fitted to the projected portion and the recessed portion of the opposing stator core, respectively.

Motor and fan device using the same

It is desired to design a coreless motor in which a gap size is set to be as small as possible, and a magnet having a large energy product is used in order to increase the gap magnetic flux density since the coreless motor has no iron core so that the magnetic flux density is small in the gap part. A rotor core of the motor has a permanent magnet rotor which is formed by a compression molding means, and which is formed of a compact formed by molding a powder material, the compact comprising a bond magnetic portion mainly composed of a binder and a magnetic powder, and a soft magnetic portion mainly composed of a binder and a soft magnetic powder, the bond magnetic portion having magnetic poles having at least one surface which is mechanically bonded to the soft magnetic portion, in order to solve the inherent problems.

Motor

A claw pole type motor includes first and second claw poles opposed to each other and each including a radial yoke portion having an inner diameter side and an outer diameter side, a plurality of pole portions arranged on the inner diameter side, and axially extended, and an outer peripheral side yoke portion extending on the outer diameter side. A stator core is provided having an inner diameter side, and is formed so as to cause the pole portions of the first claw pole to be meshed with the pole portions of the second claw pole. A rotor is arranged on the inner diameter side of the stator core with a circumferential gap being defined therebetween. In order to provide high efficiency while simplifying manufacturing, the first and second claw poles are formed by compacting of magnetic powder.

Multiple phase claw pole type motor

A multiphase claw-pole type electric rotary machine has two or more phases-stator units. The stator units are arranged phase by phase in an axial direction of the electric rotary machine. Each phase stator unit comprises a pair of complementary-opposed claw pole core blocks and a ring-shaped stator coil sandwiched therebetween. The stator units have structures rotatably adjustable independent of each other in their phase positional relations while maintaining concentricity of them after assembly of the rotary machine before being secured.

Multiphase claw-pole type electric rotary machine, cogging torque adjustment system of the same, generator system, and motor system

To realize reduction in vibration and noise while utilizing reluctance torque, a rotating electrical machine includes: a rotor having permanent magnets disposed in a cylindrical surface coaxial with a rotary shaft; and a stator having an annular stator core disposed coaxially with the rotary shaft, and a annular coil for magnetizing the stator core. The stator core has an annular part covering the annular coil, claws disposed at equal intervals in an inner radius surface of the annular part and extending axially, and magnetic gaps formed between neighboring claws. The number of claws is equal to the number of permanent magnets, and magnet flux in a direction orthogonal to a center axis of the magnetic pole of the permanent magnet at right angles in electric angle is larger than magnetic flux in the center axis direction generated between neighboring permanent magnets. Metal interpoles are provided between neighboring permanent magnets.

Claw-teeth-type rotating electrical machine

In a multiple phase claw pole type motor which includes: a plurality of claw poles including a claw portion extending in an axial direction and having a magnetic pole surface facing a rotor in a state of being separated from the rotor by a small gap, a radial yoke portion extending radially outwardly from this claw portion, and an outer peripheral yoke extending from this radial yoke portion in the same direction as the direction of extension of the claw portion; a stator core formed by alternately placing the claw poles in a circumferential direction so that a distal end of each claw portion faces the outer peripheral yoke of an adjacent one of the claw poles; and a stator constructed by sandwiching an annular coil with the adjacent claw poles of this stator core, a multiple phase claw pole type motor characterized in that the claw poles are formed by compacting a magnetic powder and are formed of a magnetic compact having a DC magnetizing property of its flux density becoming 1.7 teslas or more when 10000 A/m of magnetic field is applied.

In a motor having a pawl-shaped magnetic pole, if a coil is wound like a ring shape so as to be formed, one leader line can be generally drawn out to an external portion from a position close to an outer periphery of a stator, however, the other leader line is drawn out to the external portion from an inner periphery of the stator. Accordingly, the leader line occupies a part of the inner space formed by the stator core, so that there is generated a problem that a space factor of the coil is reduced. Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to improve the space factor of the coil. In order to achieve the object mentioned above, a space passing wirings of a plurality of coils therethrough is provided in a part of the pawl-shaped magnetic pole of the stator core of the stator having the pawl-shaped magnetic pole. Accordingly, one of leader lines of the coil is drawn out from an outer peripheral portion (or an opposite side to a side facing to the rotor) of the stator, and the other is drawn out in an axial direction from the space of the claw-shaped magnetic pole of the stator. Therefore, it is possible to do away with an influence by the leader line, it is possible to increase a winding number of the coil even in the same space, and it is possible to improve a downsizing of the motor.

Polyphase claw pole type motor

A claw teeth type electric rotary machine comprises a stator including an annular core with claws formed from a powder core and an annular coil installed inside the annular core, and a rotor rotatably positioned inside the stator. An inner edge of the annular core is provided with plural claw poles which are protruded at a predetermined interval in a circumferential direction and extended in an axial direction of the annular core so as to alternately meshes with each other. The stator comprises the annular core with claws, the annular coil, and a molded nonmagnetic potting material filled between the annular core with claws and annular coil, so that the annular core with claws and annular coil are integrated with the molded potting non-magnetic material.
