The present invention relates to a method of preparing a microporous crystalline molecular sieve having mesoporous skeleton, comprising following steps: (a) adding a meso-SDA (meso-Structure Directing Agent) into a gel composition of synthesizing molecular sieve, (b) subjecting the mixture obtained in the above step (a) to crystallization by a hydrothermal reaction, a microwave reaction, a dry-gel synthesis, etc., and (c) removing selectively organic materials from the resulted material obtained in the above step (b) by a calcination or a chemical treatment. Molecular sieve having mesoporous skeleton synthesized by the present invention exhibits, as compared with conventional zeolite, a good molecule diffusion ability and a greatly improved catalytic activity.

Method of the preparation of microporous crystalline molecular sieve possessing mesoporous frameworks

Provided are a nanoporous organic polymer and preparation method thereof, and its application for catalyst. More particularly, provided is a nanoporous organic polymer composite comprising a mesoporous molecular sieve having micropores within mesopore walls, and an organic polymer impregnated within the micropores of the molecular sieve and coated on the wall surfaces of the molecular sieve. Also, provided is a method for preparing a nanoporous organic polymer composite comprising preparing a mesoporous molecular sieve having micropores within mesopore walls; impregnating an organic monomer diluted in solvent into the molecular sieve; and polymerizing the molecular sieve impregnated with the organic monomers to form organic polymers within the micropores and on the wall surfaces of the mesoporous molecular sieves. Disclosed is a carbon molecular sieve material. It is prepared by a method comprising the step of adsorbing a mixture of an aqueous carbohydrate solution and an acid or a polymer precursor into pores of an inorganic molecular sieve material; drying and polymerizing the adsorbates; re-adsorbing a mixture of an aqueous carbohydrate solution and an acid or a polymer precursor onto the resultant mixture obtained in the previous steps, and drying and polymerizing the adsorbates; carbonizing the adsorbates through thermal decomposition; and removing the framework of the inorganic molecular sieve from the carbonized adsorbates by use of a fluoric acid or a sodium hydroxide solution. With uniformity in pore size and regularity in structure, the carbon molecular sieve is suitable for use in catalysts, adsorbents, supports, sensors, electrodes, etc.
