To configure a pad so as to be gentle to the skin, to prevent stretching and/or tearing of the front surface sheet, and to not reduce liquid permeability and air permeability. [Solution] An underarm sweat pad in which an absorbent is interposed between a front surface sheet and a back surface sheet and which is used folded in two at a folding line and attached to the inside of the axillary portion of a garment. The front surface sheet is composed of a hydrophilic cellulose fiber. Adhesive regions, in which an adhesive for bonding the front surface sheet to the absorbent is applied, are formed as stripes that are parallel to the folding line and are spaced at intervals in the direction that is orthogonal to the folding line.

Underarm sweat pad

An objective is to provide an absorbent article that can prevent backflow and can reduce water retention in a front sheet as much as possible. In an incontinence padfor use with a medium or larger volume that absorbs 20 cc or a larger volume of urine, a front sheetis formed by coating a water repellent on a spunlace nonwoven fabric that is made of 100 wt. % of cotton fiber. On a skin facing surface side, in a plan view, recess part linesof a diamond-shaped lattice pattern are formed from many first recess part linesthat go along a predetermined inclination angle direction and are formed with a constant gap in the pad longitudinal direction and many second recess part linesthat go along the inclination angle direction obtained by reversing the first recess part linesin a width direction by the pad longitudinal direction and are formed with a constant gap in the pad longitudinal direction, partition areasof a diamond-shaped lattice shape partitioned by these recess part linesare arranged adjacently in the longitudinal direction and the width direction. Furthermore, many open holespenetrating through both sides are formed at least at an excretion hole corresponding part H.

Absorbent article

In an absorbent article for incontinence using cotton fiber for a front-surface sheet, a diffusing range of liquid in the front-surface sheet is made to be a predetermined range or less, thereby eliminating a sticky feeling of the surface, and reducing water retention of the front-surface sheet so as to cause urine to diffuse in the front-surface sheet rapidly.

An absorbent article, where on a skin side of a laminated part of a side sheetand a liquid permeable front-surface sheet, a side emboss that sinks in toward a non-skin side and is made by fusing the side sheetand the liquid permeable front-surface sheetis formed. A side sheet and a front-surface sheet are strongly joined to prevent detachment, and to improve the feel against the skin by fitting flexibly to a body.

An absorbent article that prevents back flow and that uses cotton fibers in the surface sheet. The absorbent article is an incontinence pad having at least a medium volume for absorbing at least 20 cc of urine. A surface sheet is formed by coating, with a water-repellent, a spunlace non-woven fabric comprising 100 wt % of cotton fibers. The skin-facing surface side is provided with: a plurality of protrusions that extend along the longitudinal direction of the incontinence pad and are formed with gaps therebetween in the widthwise direction; and a plurality of recesses that extend along the longitudinal direction of the incontinence pad and are formed between adjacent protrusions. The recesses are formed thinner than the protrusions. A plurality of openings, which penetrate the incontinence pad from the front to the rear thereof, is formed along the recesses in at least a section (H) corresponding to an excretory opening.

To provide an absorbent article that uses a cotton fiber in a front-surface sheet, prevents rebounding, improves an absorption speed, and reduces a diffusion range of urine in the front-surface sheet. An incontinence padhaving a medium or larger volume that absorbs 20 cc or a larger volume of urine is provided. A front-surface sheetis a spunlace nonwoven fabric made of 100% cotton fiber by weight, is coated with a water repellent agent and has many front-face/back-face penetrating openingsin a region containing a part corresponding to an excreting hole. The absorber is made of a pulp fiber that does not contain synthetic fiber and a superabsorbent polymer, a basis weight of the pulp fiber being 75 to 300 g/m, a basis weight of the superabsorbent polymer being 85 to 185 g/m, and a ratio of the pulp fiber and the superabsorbent polymer being pulp fiber:superabsorbent polymer=70 to 30% by weight:30 to 70% by weight.

Incontinence absorbent article with cotton fiber front-surface sheet

There is provided an absorbent article with its front-surface sheet composed of cotton fibers by which liquid reversion is prevented and water retention on the front-surface sheet is minimized. An incontinence padis provided that is configured to absorb urine at medium or more volume that is 20 cc or more. A front-surface sheetis formed of a spunlace nonwoven fabric 100 wt % of which is composed of cotton fibers and which is coated with a water repellent agent, and has, at least at a portion corresponding to an excreting hole, numerous front-face/back-face penetrating openingsthat are longer shaped in the longitudinal direction of the incontinence pad. The cotton fibers form numerous longitudinal streaksand numerous lateral streaks, the longitudinal streaks extending along the longitudinal direction of the incontinence padand being formed with an interval in the width direction of the incontinence pad, and the lateral streaks extending along the width direction of the incontinence padand connecting together the longitudinal streaks formed with an interval in the longitudinal direction of the incontinence pad. The openingsare formed within portions surrounded by the longitudinal streaksand the lateral streaks. The longitudinal streakshave more fibers and are formed at a higher density than the lateral streaks

The embossment () includes bent parts () at which an embossment direction abruptly changes. An outer edge of each of the bent parts () is an angled part (), and an inner edge of each of the bent parts () is a curved part ().

An absorbent article includes an absorbent body provided between a liquid permeable topsheet and a backsheet; and embosses formed at both sides of the liquid permeable topsheet, wherein each of the embosses includes a body fluid expelling part emboss formed at an area corresponding to a body fluid expelling part along a longitudinal direction of the absorbent article, and is constituted of a shaped line protruding outward in a width direction of the absorbent article, longitudinal direction embosses formed at front and rear of the body fluid expelling part emboss along the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article, respectively, and inclined embosses extending from outer end portions of the longitudinal direction embosses, respectively, and being inclined toward a center side in the width direction of the absorbent article, and wherein end portions of the right and left inclined embosses are spaced apart from each other in the width direction.

An absorbent article has an absorber disposed between a permeable front surface sheet and a rear surface sheet of a non-woven fabric; wherein the front surface sheet is provided with ridged convex portions continuing in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article at a specified interval in the width direction of the absorbent article, and provided with dot-like concave embossments at the right side adjacent position and the left side adjacent position alternately at an interval in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article on the both sides of each of the convex portions, and the concave embossments are arranged in a zigzag pattern as a whole. The convex portion is an inclined surface having a relatively steep gradient on one side and a relatively gentle gradient on the other side, and the cross-sectional shape of the convex portion is an asymmetrical shape.

Incontinence napkin

An absorbent article, such as a sanitary napkin and the like, constituted of an absorbing body between permeable (skin contact surface) and impermeable (skin non-contact surface) sheets, is provided with intermittent recess grooves formed in a longitudinal direction on the absorbent article on the skin non-contact surface side of the absorbing body, a plurality of laterally elongated peripheral embosses formed at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article on absorbent body areas located peripherally to the recess grooves, and an absorbing body deficit portion formed at least between the recess grooves. Thus achieved are close contact with buttock cleavage and prevention of leakage to the rear.

In a three-dimensional gather BS, a sheet extending from the lateral side to the center side direction is folded in four by folding the sheet at the first folding portion folded back toward the lateral side on a central side position and at the second folding portion and the third folding portion in series to form the first folding back surface, the second folding back surface, the third folding back surface, and the fourth folding back surface. In a predetermined range containing the body fluid excretion portion, at least the third folding back surface and the fourth folding back surface stand so as to form an approximately dogleg-shaped cross section, and in the buttock side portion, the second folding back surface to the fourth folding back surface are bonded to one another, and stand linearly in an oblique manner toward the outer side direction.

A sanitary napkin comprises an absorbent interposed between a liquid-permeable surface sheet and a liquid-impermeable back sheet and enlarged to have a larger absorbent width on the back end than that of a crotch portion, and stereo gathers on the two sides of the surface. The stereo gathers have one or more folded-back portions formed at positions on the back end of the vicinity of a body liquid discharging portion, and the sanitary napkin is made to have a larger width between the stereo gathers on the back end thereof than that at the body liquid discharging portion.
