A construction machine includes a tank with an upper surface and a side surface that is configured to allow a user to get onto and off the upper surface; and a dressing cover that covers part of the side surface, an upper portion of the dressing cover being formed by an inclined surface having an inclination angle set so as not to allow the user who gets onto and off the upper surface to step on the upper portion.

A door panel of a side door of a machine has a latching mechanism, and a frame of the machine includes a striker. The striker includes a pair of vertically arranged mounting base portions, a pair of slanted shimmy-stopping surface portions formed on the mounting base portions so as to protrude in a V-like shape towards the latching mechanism, and a metal hooking portion protruding from a flat end portion that is provided between the slanted shimmy-stopping surface portions. The latching mechanism includes a mechanism body portion including main body plates. A U-shaped latch groove portion for engaging the metal hooking portion of the striker is formed by cutting away a part of each main body plate, and shimmy suppressing portions that are vertically arranged in a V-like shape are provided at the open end of each latch groove portion.

Door unit

A second hinge plate supported pivotally on a first hinge plate using a shaft member so as to open and close. In the second hinge plate, a bracket is molded integrally at the upper edge of the end opposite the shaft member. A vertical shaft of a hold-stay rod is loosely fitted into a shaft hole of the bracket so as to move rotationally and slide in a vertical direction. A horizontal shaft of the hold-stay rod is inserted into a guide hole of a guide plate welded to the first hinge plate and slidable, and a stopper is folded and formed at the leading end of the hold-stay rod. The stopper is inserted into an engaging hole by movement from a guide to a receiving plate due to the opening movement of the second hinge plate and can be taken out from the engaging hole by a pushing-up operation.

Hinge and door unit

A hinge enabling a plurality of hold-stay members to automatically lock when the door is fully open, increasing the durability of the hinge, and enabling easy release of the hold-stay members. A hinge includes a one-side hinge plate, a plurality of opposing-side hinge plate portions provided along the lengthwise direction of the hinge plate and supported by it, and an open-angle limiting mechanism for stopping, at a specific angle, opening movement of the opposing-side hinge plate portions.

The present invention provides a door panel that comprises an outer panel and an inner panel joined together at adhering portions and, regardless of whether rib portions are formed on the adhering portions in order to prevent deformation of the adhering portions or for other purpose, can be modified to withstand severe heat by means of formation of large ventilation openings in the adhering portions without significantly impairing the shape or the strength of the door panel.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a panel capable of obtaining sufficient strength, weight reduction and sound absorbing performance. A space is formed by an inner thin plate fixed to the inner surface of an outer thin plate, and a foam material is filled in the space. The foam material is preferably a highly foamable rubber sound absorbing material. In the inner thin plate, a perimetrical side part and perimetrical edge part for forming the space, and a concave part for enhancing the strength of the panel are drawn to the side of the outer thin plate. The bottom faces of the perimetrical edge part and concave part of the inner thin plate are bonded to the outer thin plate using a thermosetting adhesive.

Panel and method for manufacturing the same

A door panel that is capable of maintaining the adhering strength of the adhesive is provided. An outer panel and an inner panel are joined together by an adhesive. Adhesive retaining portions, each of which includes an adhesive retaining channel for retaining the adhesive, are provided in adhering portions of the inner panel. Each adhering portion includes vertically extending portions, and the adhesive retaining portions of the inner panel are formed in the shape of an extended raised portion and extend vertically in the respective vertically extending portions of the adhering portions, along ventilation openings, which are formed at locations corresponding to groups of ventilation holes of the outer panel. Each adhesive retaining portion is provided at the middle of each vertically extending portion of the adhering portions so as to be flanked by adhesion margins of identical width.

A door panel that is light in weight and has sufficient strength is provided. A door panel has an outer panel, an inner panel, and a foamed material filling a space between the outer panel and the inner panel. The inner panel is formed by means of press molding so as to have an uneven surface with adhering portions and a raised portion. The adhering portions are affixed to the inner surface of the outer panel, and the space is formed between the raised portion and the outer panel. The outer panel has a thickness ranging from 1.2 to 5.0 times that of the inner panel. A hemmed portion is formed by folding the peripheral edge of the outer panel so as to curl over the peripheral edge of the inner panel and then pressing down the folded part.
