A dyeing system includes a conveyance device, a reader, a dye fixing device, and a controller. The conveyance device conveys a conveyance unit including the resin body. The reader reads information relating to the conveyance unit. The dye fixing device heats the resin body in the conveyance unit conveyed by the conveyance device and fixes a dye adhering to a surface of the resin body, on the resin body. The controller acquires a parameter for a process executed to the resin body in the conveyance unit, based on the information read by the reader. The controller controls the dye fixing device based on the acquired parameter.

Dyeing system

A dyeing data management method is performed between dyeing systems disposed at different locations. The method includes a first dyeing step of dyeing a lens in a first dyeing system, a first acquisition step of acquiring first result color information of the lens dyed in the first dyeing system, a dyeing data creation step of creating dyeing data based on a discharge amount of dye in the first dyeing step and the first result color information, a data provision step of providing the dyeing data for dyeing a lens to a predetermined color from the first dyeing system to a second dyeing system, a second dyeing step of performing dyeing of a lens according to the provided dyeing data in the second dyeing system, and a second acquisition step of acquiring second result color information of the lens dyed in the second dyeing system.

Dyeing data management method and dyeing system

A dye-deposited base body manufacturing apparatus manufactures a dye-deposited base body. The dye-deposited base body is used in a dyeing step of dyeing a resin body. A dye to be transferred to the resin body is deposited to a base body. The dye-deposited base body manufacturing apparatus is provided with a printing device, a conveyance device, and a base body movement device. The printing device prints a dye for dyeing the resin body on the base body. The conveyance device conveys a dyeing tray on which the dye-deposited resin body on which the dye is printed by the printing device is placed. The base body movement device moves the dye-deposited base body from a printing position by the printing device to a side of the conveyance device.

An eyeglass lens processing apparatus for processing a periphery of an eyeglass lens includes: a lens chuck shaft configured to chuck the eyeglass lens; a shaft angle changing portion configured to change a shaft angle of the lens chuck shaft; a first processing tool unit including at least one spindle at which a first processing tool is provided; a second processing tool unit that is disposed to oppose the first processing tool unit and that includes at least one spindle at which a second processing tool is provided; and a controller configured to change one of the first and second processing tool unit to be used for processing the eyeglass lens to the other of the first and second processing tool by controlling driving of the shaft angle changing portion to change the shaft angle of the lens chuck shaft.

An eyeglass frame shape measurement apparatus includes a measuring unit measuring shapes of right and left rims of an eyeglass frame. Measuring modes include a first measuring mode in which whole peripheries of both rims are measured; a second measuring mode in which the whole periphery of one of the right and left rims; and a third measuring mode in which nose side portions of the left rim and the nose side portion of the right rim are partially measured. A controller drives the measuring unit to measure the whole peripheries of both rims in the first measuring mode, for driving the measuring unit to measure the whole periphery of one of the left and right rims in the second mode, and drive the measuring unit to measure partially the nose side portions of both rims in the third mode.

An eyeglass lens processing apparatus is provided with: a lens chuck shaft that holds an eyeglass lens; and a beveling tool for forming a bevel on the periphery of the lens. The beveling tool includes a first processing part for forming a rear bevel on the lens rear side; and a second processing part for forming a bevel foot coupled to the rear bevel. An eyeglass lens processing apparatus for processing a peripheral edge of an eyeglass lens, includes: a processing unit including a plurality of processing tools that process the peripheral edge of the eyeglass lens held by a lens chuck shaft; a calibrating lens; a mode selector that selects a calibration mode; a memory that stores calibration processing data for processing the calibrating lens to a predetermined shape; a detecting unit that includes a tracing stylus that contacts a surface of the calibrating lens which is processed by the processing unit based on the calibration processing data to detect the shape of the processed calibrating lens in the calibration mode; and a calculating unit that obtain calibration data by comparing a detected result by the detecting unit with the calibration processing data in the calibration mode.

An eyeglass lens processing apparatus includes: a processing chamber; a pair of lens chuck shafts which chucks an eyeglass lens; a lens rotating unit including a motor for rotating the lens chuck shafts; a processing tool which processes a periphery of the lens; an axis-to-axis distance changing unit for changing an axis-to-axis distance between a rotating shaft attached to the processing tool and the lens chuck shafts; a data input unit for inputting processing condition data including a target lens shape; a processing controller which controls the lens rotating unit and the axis-to-axis changing unit to process the lens based on the input processing condition data a camera which is disposed in the processing chamber and takes a video picture of the processing of the lens; and a memory which stores video pictures and the processing condition data.
