A track displacement measurement device is a track displacement measurement device that measures displacement of the track on which a railroad car runs, and determines first displacement of the track by performing processing including an integration operation based on motion detection signal responsive to motion of the railroad car due to displacement of the track, determines second displacement of the track based on the rotational movement detection signal responsive to rotational movement of the railroad car, and determines combined displacement of the track based on the first displacement and the second displacement.

A railcar includes: an underframe including a pair of side sills located at both respective ends of the underframe in a car width direction and extending in a car longitudinal direction and a plurality of cross beams coupling the pair of side sills to each other in a car width direction; and an underfloor cover covering an underfloor portion of the underframe. The underfloor cover includes upper and lower plate-shaped members (a shielding plate and a closing plate) made of stainless steel, and the upper and lower plate-shaped members are at least partially spaced apart from each other.

A railcar includes: a power collector configured to collect electric power through overhead contact lines; a circuit breaking unit connected to the power collector and arranged on a roof of a car; and a plurality of electric power cables connected to the circuit breaking unit. The circuit breaking unit includes: a circuit breaker arranged above the roof and connected to a circuit connected to the power collector; and a branch joint which is integrally connected to a terminal portion of the circuit breaker and arranged under the circuit breaker and to which the plurality of electric power cables are connected.

The present invention is a high voltage device system mounted on a railcar and includes a plurality of high voltage devices to which high-voltage electric power from an overhead contact line is supplied, a plurality of high-voltage cables configured to connect the high voltage devices with each other, and a joint device to which the high-voltage cables are connected. The high-voltage cables respectively include cable connector portions at tip end portions thereof, and each of the cable connector portions includes a base tubular portion configured to cover the high-voltage cable and a fit tubular portion extending from the base tubular portion in a direction substantially perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the high-voltage cable. The joint device includes joint connector portions, each of which is fitted to the fit tubular portion of the cable connector portion to be connected to the high-voltage cable.
