Increase in weight of a rotary electric machine including a low-speed rotor in which a spacer made of metal is provided between a plurality of magnetic pole pieces, can be suppressed. The rotary electric machine includes a stator, a first rotor provided so as to be rotatable with respect to the stator, and a second rotor provided coaxially with the first rotor. The first rotor includes a plurality of magnetic pole pieces disposed so as to be arranged in the circumferential direction, a plurality of spacers respectively disposed between the plurality of magnetic pole pieces, two dampers respectively disposed at both end portions in the axial direction, and a fastening tool for fastening each spacer to a corresponding clamper. The spacer has a cavity portion. The spacer and the fastening tool are electrically insulated from each other.

Rotary electric machine

Provided is a magnetic strain wave gear device that makes it possible to achieve both improvement of the efficiency of assembly work and suppression of decrease in energy conversion efficiency. A magnetic strain wave gear device includes: a stator having a stator core, a stator winding, and a stator magnet; a first rotor; and a second rotor. The second rotor includes a second rotor core provided with a plurality of rotor magnet insertion holes and a plurality of rotor magnets inserted into the plurality of respective rotor magnet insertion holes. The first rotor includes a cylindrical first rotor core and a first rotor end plate. The first rotor end plate has a rotor magnet passage hole through which the rotor magnets can be inserted into the rotor insertion holes from outside in a direction of a rotation shaft.

Magnetic strain wave gear device

A permanent magnet-type rotary electric machine includes a stator, a first rotor, and a second rotor. The stator includes a stator core, a plurality of stator teeth, a plurality of stator slots, a plurality of stator magnets, and a stator coil. The first rotor is disposed inside the stator core relative to the plurality of stator magnets. The second rotor is disposed inside the stator core relative to a plurality of first pole pieces. The second rotor includes a plurality of second pole pieces. A proportion of the number of the plurality of stator slots to the number of poles of the plurality of second pole pieces of the second rotor is greater than 1.25 and less than 1.5, or greater than 1.5 and less than 3.0.

Permanent magnet-type rotary electric machine

Provided is a rotating electric machine in which stator coils can be easily inserted into slots while the effect of improving the output performance by a magnet yoke portion is enhanced. The rotating electric machine includes: a stator including a stator core having a plurality of slots, stator coils, and stator magnet, the stator coil and the stator magnet being inserted in each of the plurality of slots; a first rotor; and a second rotor. The stator core has a magnet yoke portion between the stator coil and the stator magnet, and is composed of a first stator core, and a second stator core having the magnet yoke portion.

Rotating electric machine and stator manufacturing method

Provided is a magnetic-geared motor that can suppress eddy current flowing inside a fastening member and reduce power loss. The magnetic-geared motor includes: a stator; a first rotor provided rotatably relative to the stator and including a plurality of magnetic pole pieces and a plurality of spacers disposed so as to be arranged in a circumferential direction; and a second rotor provided coaxially with the first rotor. Each spacer is composed of a plurality of divisional spacers disposed apart from each other in an axial direction, and a plurality of fastening tools for fastening the plurality of divisional spacers in the axial direction, and the divisional spacers and the fastening tools are electrically insulated from each other.

A stator includes: a stator core including a plurality of stator teeth in a circumferential direction with respect to a center of rotation of a rotary electric machine; a stator coil disposed on a bottom portion side of each of a plurality of stator slots formed between the stator teeth; and a stator magnet disposed on an opening side of each of the plurality of stator slots and having the same polarity in a radial direction. In each of the stator slots, a plate-shaped fixing member is provided between the stator coil and the stator magnet so as to be fitted to opposed two wall surfaces of the stator slot, and a magnetic body is provided between the stator coil and the stator magnet.

A stator includes: a stator core including a plurality of stator teeth in a circumferential direction with respect to a center of rotation of a rotary electric machine; a stator coil disposed on a bottom portion side of each of a plurality of stator slots formed between the stator teeth; and a stator magnet disposed on an opening side of each of the plurality of stator slots and having the same polarity in a radial direction. In each of the stator slots, a cooling portion is provided between the stator coil and the stator magnet.

A stator includes: a stator core including a plurality of stator teeth in a circumferential direction with respect to a center of rotation of a rotary electric machine; a stator coil disposed on a bottom portion side of each of a plurality of stator slots formed between the stator teeth; and a stator magnet disposed on an opening side of each of the plurality of stator slots and having the same polarity in a radial direction, and in each of the stator slots, the stator magnet is divided at a center in the circumferential direction of the stator slot.

Stator and rotary electric machine using same

A short-circuit generator is a generator in which stator slots provided with windings of a stator placed therein each have a depth in a radial direction perpendicular to a rotor central axis whose ratio divided by a width of the stator slot in a direction perpendicular both to the radial direction and a direction of the rotor central axis, is less than three. A rotor includes: a field winding placed in each of rotor slots; a metallic damper bar placed in each of the rotor slots on an outer periphery side of the field winding; and a metallic wedge placed in each of the rotor slots on an outer periphery side of the damper bar and connected to the damper bar. A damper-bar height that is a height of the damper bar is less than a wedge height that is a height of the wedge in the radial direction.

Short-circuit generator

A strand of a unit coil of an armature coil is transposed by transposition angle 540 degrees in a slot and transposed by a first transposition angle at coil end portions. In the slot, the strand has a change portion in which the change rate of transposition of the strand is changed. An axial-direction middle point of the change portion is located between a position at transposition angle 90 degrees and a position obtained by adding the first transposition angle of the strand to transposition angle 90 degrees.

Armature coil and armature

As a configuration of carrying out a turning operation of a brushless synchronous power generation apparatus, there are provided a synchronous generator, an AC exciter, a rotary rectifier attached to an armature of the AC exciter, and short-circuiting means which three-phase short-circuits armature windings of the AC exciter, wherein the armature windings of the AC exciter are short-circuited, causing the AC exciter to operate as an induction motor, thus rotating the rotor shaft of the synchronous generator.

Brushless synchronous power generation apparatus

A power generation system is provided in which, when a static frequency converter (SFC) is connected to synchronous generator's armature windings, an AC exciter performs AC excitation by allowing a d-axis winding and a q-axis winding of the AC exciter to configure d-q orthogonal axes; and, at the time of steady-state operation of the synchronous generator, an alternating current(s) supplied from an electric power source is rectified by a thyristor excitation device, and also the AC exciter thereby performs DC excitation by connecting the d-axis winding and the q-axis winding in series with each other.
