Provided is a solvent-free-adhesive polyisocyanate composition, containing, a polyisocyanate (A) and an aromatic vinyl-maleic anhydride copolymer (B), which is a copolymer of aromatic vinyl and maleic anhydride in which a molar ratio [aromatic vinyl/maleic anhydride] of the raw material monomers of the copolymer is 1.5/1 to 5/1. Further provided is a method for producing the polyisocyanate composition; a solvent-free adhesive containing, the solvent-free-adhesive polyisocyanate composition and a polyol (Y); and a multilayer film obtained by laminating a first base material film, a second base material film, and an adhesive layer between the base material films, in which the adhesive layer is formed of the solvent-free adhesive.

The present invention provides piperazine pyrophosphate represented by chemical formula (I) which has a sodium content of 10 ppm or lower and a process of producing the same. The piperazine pyrophosphate has high purity and provides a flame retardant composition exhibiting excellent flame retardancy. The process includes dehydration condensation of piperazine diphosphate and is able to produce the piperazine pyrophosphate at low cost.

A wireless remote control radio-transmits a vehicle height adjusting signal tagged with a remote control identification code in order to improve vehicle height adjustment operability in a vehicle such as a truck. The remote control identification code is pre-registered in a receiver, which, upon receipt of the vehicle height adjusting signal tagged with the remote control identification code, takes in the vehicle height adjusting signal. According to information contained in the received vehicle height adjusting signal, an air suspension ECU controls the supply and discharge of compressed air for air springs to adjust the vehicle height. When an emergency operation switch is operated, the vehicle height adjusting signal from the wireless remote control is disabled, and vehicle height adjustment is preferentially made based on a switching signal from the emergency operation switch.

The process for producing a low acid value phosphoric ester of the present invention is characterized by comprising treating a phosphoric ester having an acid value with an organic ortho-acid ester. The phosphoric ester preferably has a specific structure. The crystalline synthetic resin composition of the present invention comprises 100 parts by weight of a crystalline synthetic resin compounded with (a) 0.01 to 5 parts by weight of at least one of alkali-metal carboxylates, alkali metal .beta.-diketonates and alkali metal salts of .beta.-ketoacetic esters and (b) 0.01 to 5 parts by weight of at least one of basic polyvalent metal salts of cyclic organophosphoric esters of the following general formula (I): ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 each represent a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms, M represents a group III or IV metal atom of the periodic table, and X represents HO--when M represents a group III metal atom of the periodic table and X represents 0.dbd. or (HO).sub.2 --when M represents a group IV metal atom of the periodic table. The compositions can be used for packaging materials, and coated molded articles.
