In an analysis method and an analysis system for detecting fluorescences from each of a plurality of light-emitting points in a plurality of wavelength bands in order to identify fluorescence emissions of a plurality of types of fluorophores from the plurality of light-emitting points, spatial crosstalk and spectral crosstalk are present between the plurality of light-emitting points and between the plurality of wavelength bands, and then performance of the identification is reduced. The spatial crosstalk and the spectral crosstalk are eliminated and concentrations of each of the plurality of types of fluorophores at each of the plurality of light-emitting points are derived by inputting all detection signals in the plurality of wavelength bands for the plurality of light-emitting points to a predetermined arithmetic operation expression.

Analysis system and analysis method

The present invention aims to provide an electrophoresis apparatus which makes it possible to execute protein analysis with a high throughput. The electrophoresis apparatus according to the present invention is equipped with a capillary array which is configured by arraying a plurality of capillaries, a measurement light irradiation unit which irradiates with measurement light, a first lens array which includes a plurality of first lenses which are arrayed in correspondence with the plurality of capillaries, a second lens array which includes a plurality of second lenses which are arrayed in correspondence with the plurality of capillaries, and a light receiving unit which receives light which is incident upon the capillaries via the first lens array from the measurement light irradiation unit via the second lens array.

Electrophoresis apparatus

Aiming at achievement of timely installation of the cartridge, sequential execution of the pretreatment process in the order of installation of the cartridge, and individual shifting of the process to the electrophoresis process upon completion of the pretreatment process, the electrophoresis device according to the present invention includes a plurality of capillaries each filled with a separation medium, a thermostat chamber for holding the capillaries at a predetermined temperature, an irradiation detector which executes light irradiation and detection in an electrophoresis process using the capillaries, a high voltage power supply unit for voltage application to the capillaries, a liquid feeding mechanism for feeding the separation medium to the capillaries, and an autosampler for conveying containers each holding a reagent or a sample to the capillary. The voltage application to the capillaries by the high voltage power supply unit is controlled for each of the capillaries.

Provided is a vehicle body rear part structure. The vehicle body rear part includes a rear pillar, a damper housing and a gusset. The rear pillar forms a closed cross section by joining a pillar outer to a pillar inner. The gusset connects the damper housing and the rear pillar. When taking in outside air with a fan to control the temperature inside a covered portion where a specimen is installed, the internal temperature may change depending on an environment temperature to cause a difference in temperature control. The wind generated by the fan may blow against a reaction container depending on its loading position and it may influence the temperature control over individual specimens and lead to problems with temperature accuracy, temperature rise speed, and temperature drop speed. A reaction container avoiding these problems has a covered portion which performs temperature control on the reaction container and in which a cover and a fin cover have a heat insulating structure. A heat source is provided for controlling an internal temperature of an internal covered space. The internal temperature is kept constant and the influence of the environment temperature over the temperature control of the reaction container is minimized.

Therefore, a genetic testing system includes: an extraction unit; an assay preparation unit; a reading unit; a first conveying mechanism for conveying a sample among the extraction unit, the assay preparation unit, and the reading unit; multiple sample loading units which are provided corresponding to at least two units of the extraction unit, the assay preparation unit, and the reading unit; and multiple second conveying mechanisms which are provided corresponding to the multiple sample loading units and convey test samples to the inside of the system from the sample loading units.

Sample nucleic acids are prevented from removing from a sample-immobilizing layer during a sequencing reaction. Provided is an analyzer capable of reducing the amount of wasted reagents and shortening time required for solution sending, thus increasing throughput for analysis. A microsyringe sucks a minimum required amount of reagent that is substantially the same amount of capacity of a flow cell to a sampling nozzle. Then, the sampling nozzle is inserted into an injection port of the flow cell, and the reagent is injected into the flow cell by driving the microsyringe. The inside of the sampling nozzle is cleaned by moving the sampling nozzle to the cleaning tank and ejecting cleaning water from the sampling nozzle, and the outside of the sampling nozzle is cleaned by spraying cleaning water from an inner wall of the cleaning tank.
