The medical needle device includes: a shieldincluding a substantially cylindrical portion; a tube; a first hubthat is inserted into an inner bore of the shield movably in an axial direction. The rear end of the first hubis connected with the tube. A rigid needleis fixed to a front end portion of the first hub; and a hub movement controlling memberthat is attached to the shield detachably. The hub movement controlling memberincludes: a stopper portionthat can be inserted from the rear end side of the shield into an inner bore of the shield exsertably.

Winged medical needle device

When a hub () is in an initial position at which it is located on the front end side of an inner cavity of a shield (), an inner needle () penetrates an outer needle () and protrudes from a leading end of the outer needle to the outside, and when the hub is in a retracted position at which it is located on the rear end side of the inner cavity of the shield, the inner needle is housed within the inner cavity of the shield. A first side hole () is formed in an outer circumferential face of the outer needle, and a second side hole () is formed in an outer circumferential face of the inner needle. When the hub is in the initial position, an inner circumferential face of a region () of the outer needle that contains the first side hole is in close contact with the outer circumferential face of the inner needle, and the second side hole is located closer to the hub than the region where the inner circumferential face of the outer needle is in close contact with the outer circumferential face of the inner needle. Thus, a priming operation for filling a gap between the inner needle and the outer needle with blood can be easily performed, and leakage of blood through the side hole of the outer needle during puncture does not occur.

Indwelling needle device

An inner hub () with a needle attached to a tip thereof is housed in a cylindrical body (). The inner hub () includes a through-hole () penetrating the inner hub () in a radial direction of the inner hub (), and a recessed portion () formed in an outer circumferential surface () of the inner hub (). An opening of the through-hole () and the recessed portion () are connected together in a circumferential direction of the inner hub (). A liquid flowing out from the opening of the through-hole () is limited so that the liquid flows along the recessed portion (), and the flow of the liquid moving in the circumferential direction of the inner hub () is promoted. As a result, the removal of air bubbles in the circumferential direction of the inner hub () is promoted, whereby air bubbles can be prevented from remaining on the outer circumferential surface () of the inner hub ().

Flow control apparatus and medical injection circuit using the same

The present invention aims at offering: a syringe connectable to a port in a fixed manner as well as capable of demonstrating high operational performance even in the case of direct connection where a connector is not used; a connector used for the syringe; and a syringe able to attach the connector thereto. For the attainment of the above objectives, the medical syringe of the present invention is a medical syringe including a cyrindrical connection supporting member which enhances the holding force of a luer part inserted into a port when the medical syringe is connected to the port. The connection supporting member is set by sliding along the luer or a syringe body in a state of being movable between a first position near a tip of the luer and a second position away from the tip of the luer. The medical syringe is characterized in that, when the connection supporting member is moved to the second position, the tip of the luer part is exposed.

A fluid control device is characterized in that the device is structured of a hollow first fluid path () and second fluid path (), a housing portion () formed between the first fluid path and the second fluid path and having a hollow portion with a cross-sectional area larger than cross-sectional areas of both fluid paths, and a valve member () that has a main body () and a projection portion () that are installed in an opening portion where the first fluid path is connected to the hollow portion and that is formed of an elastic material. The fluid control device enables the circulation of liquid when the pressure of liquid flowing from the first fluid path toward the second fluid path is more than a predetermined level. The fluid control device enables accurate and safe measurement of pressure including blood pressure, and, when flushing operation of an infusion circuit etc. is finished, the device enables speedy lowering of pressure to a value that accurately reflects blood pressure of a patient and enables obtaining of a necessary flow rate in a region where pressure is relatively low.

Fluid control device

An indwelling needle device includes a shield tube with a flexible outer needle fixed at a front end, a hub movable in a lumen of the shield tube, an infusion tube attached to an end thereof, a rigid inner needle at a front end part of the hub and insertable into a lumen of the outer needle. A lateral penetration path penetrates to a lumen of the hub. A space is provided between an outer surface of the hub and an inner surface of the shield tube. A sealing section is on the outer surface of the hub. The outer peripheral surface of the hub forms engagement recesses. A rear-end-side engagement projection is on the inner surface of the shield tube and engages with the engagement recesses. Hub side walls, with a communication area opening, couple with the front end of the hub. The hub can be small in size.

A septum () is held in the cavity of a cover () and mounted on a pedestal () forming part of a flow channel, and comprises a main body having a through passageway and compression ribs formed in the sides thereof. In the main body, the vertical diameter of the cross section orthogonal to the through passageway is longer than the transverse diameter, and the through passageway includes a vertical diameter direction slit () formed in the vicinity of the outer end surface of the main body, and a hole () that is formed in a region extending from the slit to the inner end surface of the main body and whose cross section is spindle-shaped having a longer axis extending in the vertical diameter direction. The compression ribs are formed in the opposite sides of the main body in the transverse diameter direction, and the cavity of the cover is of circular cross section whose diameter is shorter than the outer surface spacing between the compression ribs. With the septum mounted, a space is defined between part of the surface of the main body and the inner wall surface of the cover. Further, the hole is closed by a compressive force acting on the septum from the inner wall surface of the cover through the compression ribs. The through passageway in the septum hardly forms a dead space that would cause a residual liquid therein, and the slit in the septum surface hardly opens even at the time of pressurization.

Needleless port

A mixing/charging port for medical treatment capable of reliably absorbing air bubbles. The mixing/charging port for medical treatment includes a disc-like valve having an insertion hole at the center, a seating for supporting the lower part of the periphery of the valve with the center of the rear surface side of the valve not supported, and a cover for restraining the valve by covering at least the upper part of the periphery of the valve with the center on the front side surface of the valve left uncovered, wherein a fitting hole defined by an inner periphery of the cover works as an anchor for anchoring an insertion body to the mixing/charging port by fitting the insertion body to the fitting hole when the insertion body is inserted into the insertion hole; and the tip of the depressed part of the valve is brought into contact against the inner bottom surface of the seating when the valve is depressed by the insertion member.

Mixing/charging port for medical treatment

A rotary connector with valve, comprising first and second connector members () having connector terminal parts () and fitting parts () with hollows () as fluid passages formed therein and a valve member (), wherein the first and second connector members are rotably connected to each other by fitting the fitting parts thereof to each other and the valve member is stored in a valve storage part () formed in the fitting part, valve pressing parts () are provided on the first and second connectors () on the side of the valve storage part, and at least a part of the valve member is pressingly held between the both valve pressing parts to hold a sealability, and a frictional force acting between the both valve pressing parts and the valve member is set so as to come within such a range that the first and second connector members can be rotated each other, whereby a structure allowing an easy assembly and an absorption of the twist of a line can be provided.

Rotary connector with valve

A mixing/charging port for medical treatment in which no air bubble is retained inside thereof even at the time of priming, and which is capable of infusing a drug solution or transfusing blood into a patient safely. The mixing/charging port for medical treatment includes a disk-like valve having an insertion hole at the center, a seating for supporting the lower part of the periphery of the valve with the center of the rear surface side of the valve left unsupported, and a cover for restraining the valve by covering at least the upper part of the periphery of the valve with the center of the front surface side of the valve left uncovered, wherein: a fitting hole defined by an inner edge portion of the cover works as an anchor for anchoring an insertion member to the mixing/charging port in a way in which the insertion member is fitted to the fitting hole when the insertion member is inserted into the insertion hole; and the bottom surface of an opening part of a passage is located at a lower level relative to the inner bottom surface of the seating.

A mixing/charging port for medical treatment capable of cleanly wiping out a residual liquid, residual blood, or the like. The mixing/charging port includes a disk-like valve having an insertion hole at the center, a seating for supporting a lower part of the periphery of the valve, and a cover for restraining the valve. A fitting hole defined by an inner edge portion of the cover works as an anchor for anchoring an insertion member to the mixing/charging port, the thickness of the center of the valve is larger than the thickness of the periphery of the valve, and the thickness of the edge portion of the cover provided with the fitting hole substantially corresponds to the difference between the thickness of the center of the valve and the thickness of the periphery of the valve.

A container cap or a liquid communication adapter attachable to a container mouth having a conventional rubber-like stopper. A container cap includes at least one disk-like valve provided with an insertion hole in a central portion thereof, and a cover for restraining the valve by covering at least an upper periphery of the valve. A lower periphery on a back surface of the valve is supported by a seating portion of a container mouth or a seating portion of a joint that is supported by the container mouth, and the container cap has an anchor for anchoring an insertion member to the cap by using a peripheral edge forming a fitting hole in the cover, while inserting the insertion member into the insertion hole.
